Location is very good, almost sheltered all the way from Osaka-Umeda station; It's quite a walk, but it's all underground with well-lit connections, and the only unsheltered path is crossing one road. And a 7-11 is just a minute's walk away too! A pair of my trekking boots broke on my trip, and I wanted to bring them back for repair. The staff were really helpful and got some extra large plastic bags for me to store them.

Honestly no complaints! Really liked everything there.

- The location is extremely strategic. If you want to go Umeda, you can go by walking thru ~1km Osaka Garden City Underground or just take a Hanshin Railway train and it only costs 160 yen. - You get a morning breakfast from a restaurant inside the facility. - There is a nearby 7-11 konbini that does not even take a minute to walk.

- Men's shower water pressure is low and there is only 2 shower rooms. 4 rooms maybe needed. - Only 2 laundry machines :( - A specific room for arranging baggage maybe needed. I don't want to distract other guests while making sound... - 2F wifi is strange. Sometimes it wont connect, even connected, I cannot connect to some hosts and slow to load. 1F/lobby wifi is just fine. I ended up using my own cellular connection while in room.

The place is convenient as it is next to the station but be careful if you use google maps as it will lead you to the back alley of a bar, get to the general area and instead tap on the actual hotels icon. The staff were incredibly nice with their service and some of them were able to speak English which helped a lot. Whilst everyone was fairly friendly some of them made a passive aggressive comment during my encounter but that could’ve been a language barrier… There is a cafe within the hotel and is perfect for some good food at a reasonable price. There is also a 7/11 across the road which is great for some late night treats and it’s near a strip full of bars and restaurants. Would definitely come here again when I visit Osaka. Amazing location, close to bars, food and the station. Nice accommodating staff, clean facilities. Good choice for staying in Fukushima-ku.

If you book a normal room you will have to store your suitcase sideways in the doorframe as customary with capsule hotels. You can also try asking the staff to store your luggage but I don’t know if they provide that service. Otherwise they also have lockable storage in your room where you can store your valuable items. The first class cabin is spacious with a small round table beside the bed. The floor space is big enough to open and lay a carry on suitcase flat.

Quite a nice gem ..I am glad i book this capsule hotel. It was good. better than i expected. It was clean and staff was helpful . There was a nice sushi stall just 50 m away from the Hotel .. Beyond that , the Metro subway is nearby .. and there are plenty of restaurant around the area. The hotel breakfast is ok. But the choice is limited. I like the capsule cabin ..great experience. I enjoy the japanese bath . Good locations ..and comfortable . Will be my prefer choice of stay whenever i am in osaka.

Limited choice for breakfast .

Clean, comfy beds in a great looking dormitory area, and includes a decent onsen. A lot more space in the capsules than the typical capsule hotel. Location was great, too! Pretty close to the subway station.

Breakfast felt a bit pricy for what it was (880 yen for sandwich and coffee). Could have gotten a rice bowl set with miso soup and tea at the nearby yoshinoya for that price! Also, the ventilation inside each capsule was rather weak. The dormitory itself was comfy but the capsule felt a bit stuffy.

I was coming from another amazing capsule experience, so the exceptions were high but this capsule hotel didn't disappoint at all. The capsules are much bigger than I imagined, they are basically really small rooms. You can almost stand up fully inside of it! Super clean, easy to manage, and, for international people like me, everything was well indicated. The breakfast was included (either I forgot or it was not included first; it was a pleasant surprise). If you are backpacking like I was doing, it is a good spot to clean and dry your laundry.

The location was centric but not as much as I thought. It was really close to one of the biggest malls in the area, but to go to other places I wanted to visit I had to take public transport for a long time.

It was a really well accommodated hostel. It's about 50m away from the nearest convenience store and there's a great food hub behind it if you know where to look. There's also a very interesting park opposite where all sorts of people come to practice musical instruments, dance, skate, bmx and even sword fighting.

The 5pm check-in time: ARE YOU KIDDING??? I felt like a lost a whole day of my Osaka trip and they literally wouldn't let me in one minute sooner. Also there was no social vibe, and despite there being an amazing looking bar/restaurant at the front, it didn't seem open to guests and was only open to customers for 2 of the three days I stayed here.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu is limited but well prepared and made fresh. Onsen area is nice after a day exploring. Lots of space to get ready after a shower, good hairdryers and hair straightener/curler at each mirror. Space for about 10 people to use. Slippers provided and extra amenities available at front desk. Luggage storage area and extra blankets pillows available. Good transport links to explore Osaka.

For me the pillows and bed were too hard but good size room space.

I had a First Class Cabin which I would recommend as it has floor room to put your suitcase in and open up. Business class ones would have been too small. Definitely worth the extra money. The onsen was wonderful for relaxing after a full day out. Showers and shared bathroom facilities were excellent and kept very clean at all times. Washing and drying machines were good value.

The beds were way to hard for me. This may be just a Westerners thing, as I do love a softer bed. You can get extra blankets which I did to make it more comfortable. The thing I found difficult was the lack of a private space to sit and relax in and the need to be quiet at all times whilst in your cabin. Overall though, if you're on a budget and don't mind shared facilities, it is good value for money in Japan.

The location was really good and only a short walk away from Osaka-Umeda station. The room was spacious enough that all my luggage fit inside. The capsule is interestingly-designed and you are provided with comfort wear for the duration of your stay at the hotel. The decor is meant to look like an airport so that's pretty neat. The men's facilities are pretty well-maintained and there is indeed a small hot bath area. Coin laundry is also available as well as vending machines. The closest 711 is just a block away too in case you want some food.

The check-in time is one of the latest I've ever seen in Japan or worldwide normal check- in time for this hotel is 17:00 while check-out is 10:00. A big shame.
