Spacious apartment with everything I needed and a lovely balcony overlooking the port area. Very close to shops, restaurants etc. Delicious croissants and scones in the morning. Staff were all friendly, helpful and lovely.

Apartments facing the sea and at the eastern end were close to a lively restaurant / club. This didn’t trouble me but some may not appreciate the music (it does quieten down in the evening) lovely to see people having fun and enjoying the fabulous weather. Apartments on the north side and towards the western sea view probably wouldn’t know there was a club.

The size of the appartement, well equipped kitchen. The bed was very big. The location is as central as it's gets. The interior is sober and functional, it does the job. Nothing too fancy, but good price quality range.

The layout was not that comfortable, the sofa was in the middle of the room, so we moved everything around a bit to make it more comfortable. Maybe it was just my room, but our bathroom was equipped for disabled. Makes sense for a few rooms, but I hope they aren't all like that, it felt a bit hospital like.

Balcony when sunny to sit out with a glass of wine after a busy day, with view over buildings to port area, and Waterfront buildings. Comfortable sofa and bed. All utensils, crockery and cleaning materials that you really need if using the kitchen, and a starter pack tea/coffee/milk that you don't need to rush out and buy essentials. Good sized apartment and great location at bus station for exploring the island. Easy walking to shops and restaurants.

The only small negative we had were the internal heavy doors to living room and bedroom, they would spring very quickly and loudly shut behind you, we had to prop them open with shoes to stop them banging when getting ready, moving around in the morning. Could hear other rooms banging shut around us. Otherwise, we weren't overly troubled by noise, only with the doors open the main road and port were noisy. We had arrived early but weren't able to get in, told we might be ok by 2pm, but had to leave again and come back after 3pm, but they did store our cases and were placed in the room waiting for us. But overall a great choice for location and comfort.

Location was great, beside bus station, lots of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and great views the marina. Spacious apartment with aircon, bath, and separate bedroom. Complimentary croissants, fruit and beverage on last day.

Noisy late night bar on Friday and Saturday closebye. Sofa wasn't very comfortable for two people.... Would benefit from an extra armchair or larger sofa. Balcony was extensive but a bit bare and with paint peeled garden chairs... would benefit from sun lounger , outdoor table and chairs with parasol and some plants. Step to balcony is hazardous as it's too high... would benefit from an extra step. Kitchen presses were shabby and could do with upgrading /repair. WiFi was poor most of the time.

This is an excellently placed property situated near the centre of St Helier, and is a large apartment with all the necessary items to enable independent living. The noise from the street was overcome by appropriate glazing. I have travelled the world since 1976, and only three properties have rated 9 and over. This one will rate around that. Stepover baths are not attractive to older people, but this had bars and good underfoot stability items. I can strongly recommend this property

I prefer “walk-in” showers that don’t spill water everywhere, but that was the only thing that caught my eye

We like the location of these apartments. Complimentary refreshments at reception. Welcome pack in room on arrival. Room was ready when we arrived at about 8.30am.

The sofa was very uncomfortable. The dining chairs were too low for the table. The kitchen area could do with a spruce up, been the same for at least 6 years. Having said that very clean and tidy. The dvd play did not work. Construction work opposite apartment, luckily not working over Christmas period.

The apartment is very convenient for getting around the island, especially if you travel by bus as it's above the bus station. There was no noticeable noise from the buses. There were nice little touches that we did not expect, with tea, coffee, cereals and a pint of low fat Jersey milk in the fridge. The apartment was clean and there was ample space for the two of us. All the staff that we came into contact with were very pleasant.

The sofa was super slippery as it was faux leather.

The location, the reception staff, and cleanliness were all top class. The apartment had all we needed when we first arrived so we could settle in before going out to get essentials.

A couple of small points, there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the nightclub outside on the Saturday night was very noisy so we had to have the windows shut on a warm night.

Excellent central location, close to shops, restaurants, ferry port and main bus station. We had an excellent apartment with a big terrace and a view over the marina. Well equipped kitchen. Staff very helpful. Coffee and croissants in reception is a nice touch.

Terrace space could have been so much better. Just a couple of wooden seats outside that had seen better days. It was big enough fot a table.and chairs. A little noisy on Friday night but not a problem really.

Very good location, near to the bus station and main shopping area, pubs and restaurants. Easy to get around the city and island from the bus station. Staff helpful. Apartment spacious with everyting you would want for a comfortable stay, whether it be for a short break or longer. Fully equipped kitchen. Milk, cereal, coffee and tea left. Our apartment had a balcony south facing so you got a lot of sun, view not too bad, overlooking the marina, but there were some building in front so not a clear view. Would highly recommend.
