Perfect situation above Liberty Bus Station, but very well insulated so not bothered at all by the noise. Short walk into St Helier high street and close to restaurants and bars Apartment bigger than expected. Kitchen well equipped Comfy bed Free breakfast supplies (croissants, jam, butter...) at reception Bathroom fan worked brilliantly Go for the higher floor with a view towards the marina ;)

It would be nice to get some general information on arrival on housekeeping, breakfast supplies at reception (only found out at day 3), recycling (apparently Jersey has no recycling policy), the collection of tins for Durrel Zoo ... The doors slammed very hard, so some door stoppers would have been appreciated. Another towel rail in the bathroom would be good.

Location and view were fabulous. Was central to shops and restaurants... bus station 1 min walk. The balcony was really spacious and the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay home away from home.

Bins, towels etc not changed during stay.. really should be when staying for a week. We did ask fir clean towels and got them, but bin was very full. Maintenance work being carried out, frequently having to avoid tools on floor and ladders in corridor. No shade on terrace, unable to use when hot. Wooden floors and furniture were worn quite badly by door. Front door not working with card had to ring buzzer ot it was left on latch.

Location was fabulous and next to the central bus station on the island so you could get anywhere (all the major a reactions!) Beds are comfortable, apartment amenities were terrific with a washer/dryer combo (rare & nice to have) dishwasher, fridge, full stove with oven and toaster, water kettle, dishes and pots, pans and utensils.

Not that I didn’t like it, it would be good to know they supplies some items (toilet paper, paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablets, no laundry detergent but you can either bring it with you (I did as I already needed it for another property I rented on this trip) or you can buy it from the store (nearby) or the front desk.

I really appreciated my stay at Liberty Wharf apartments. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable and there was everything I needed. The visit was a mix of work and family visit so I chose Liberty Wharf for that specific reason. I had to do 2 online webinars, meetings and lots of work whilst visiting family on Jersey. The location is fantastic. Right above the bus station, and close to the CBD and attractions such as really good restaurants and even a small shopping centre under the apartment block. I was able to cross the road to the Esplanade for a beach walk or to get a coffee from one of the many small cafes and kiosks. I loved the free Croissants and coffee in reception. The staff mostly all friendly and helpful. The internet was great most of the time.

The internet became unreliable on my last few days which was super frustrating. The receptionist just shrugged and no solutions or comment was offered. I wouldn't mention it except I believe many guests are business travellers so perhaps management would like to know this. Apart from that everything was fantastic.

Bus station just below apartments. Buses are terrific, they run regularly all over the island and are cheap to use. Shopping, supermarket, cafes and restaurants are situated nearby and also many interesting places in St. Helier itself. Great town centre. Book an apartment with a balcony to have views over the harbour area. Apartment was clean and the bed & pillows were comfortable. Towelling bathrobes supplied. A very useful starter pack including milk, tea, sugar & coffee is also supplied. Free tea and coffee is available in reception anytime. Helpful and pleasant staff.

Although not an issue, housekeeping is done on a weekly basis only. No cleaning materials were supplied to do a quick freshen up in the bathroom and kitchen, which would have been useful. The duvet is a bit heavy for summer temperatures. The shower is over bath, which may not suit anyone with mobility issues. Due to the design of the building, some apartments are at the far end of a long corridor away from the lifts and may not suit those who have mobility issues.

The property is very nice, comfortable and well maintained. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The kitchen area is well appointed with all the appliances you would expect. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean and with decent sized shower. The apartment I stayed in had a balcony with views over the marina. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to local transport links and only 5 to 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal and into the city centre. The staff were helpful and polite.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the property.

Spacious apartment with everything I needed and a lovely balcony overlooking the port area. Very close to shops, restaurants etc. Delicious croissants and scones in the morning. Staff were all friendly, helpful and lovely.

Apartments facing the sea and at the eastern end were close to a lively restaurant / club. This didn’t trouble me but some may not appreciate the music (it does quieten down in the evening) lovely to see people having fun and enjoying the fabulous weather. Apartments on the north side and towards the western sea view probably wouldn’t know there was a club.

Lots to like - We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was fantastic as it meant my daughter had her own room. The place was spotless and the robes and slippers for everyone were a nice touch. Well equipped kitchen and we really appreciated the milk, cereal, tea and coffee and biscuits to start us off. The beds were so comfortable and we slept great, not disturbed by traffic at all despite being in a busy spot. Location couldn’t be better for getting buses all over the island and the walk along the seafront to St Aubin is beautiful. The M&S food hall was very handy for supplies and the restaurants nearby were great. Helpful staff too. It was no problem to leave luggage at the property and collect later on the day we were leaving.

Parts of the apartment were a little tired looking (skirting boards and kitchen cupboards chipped) and the sofas weren’t the most comfortable. A balcony would have been nice but only certain apartments have these.

Great location, very central to St Helier. Clean apartment with everything needed- small welcome pack of milk and basic household items much appreciated. Clean and comfortable. Availability of coffee croissant/ scones in reception daily. Staff helpful

Instructions for cooker / washing machine not clear & difficulty reading settings. Safety handle in bath in awkward place and bath shower screen not good / large enough making water go on floor which is unsafe. But otherwise bathroom great.

We thought the apartment was excellent, and in a tremendous location. We particularly liked the separate sitting room / kitchen, and the complimentary croissants and scones in the morning. We also appreciated the wine and chocolates on arrival.

We liked the balcony, but the seating needed updating. As an older person I would have preferred an information pack to one requiring a QR reader, but I understand 'times are changing'. Neither comment was a complaint, purely an observation.
