The location and ease of access from I-40 was simple. The staff was very accommodating, breakfast was nice, and the room was very modern and comfortable. And quiet! Will stay again. If you are attending an event at The Criterion this is your best choice.

The valet parking is fairly priced, but very confusing. When I arrived, two cars were in the parking drive and a third was blocking the road (literally in the road). I proceeded to the parking lot, parked, and then checked into valet parking. I'm not sure this was appreciated, but I wasn't going to block the road.

Easy access to highway - not in crowded area - new

Very noisy traffic- parking, they called it valet parking, but it really wasn’t traditional. They had their own lot. Why not just let us park ourselves it was weird the breakfast food put out was not enough for a full hotel. We went down at 7:30 and most of the hot food was gone.

I liked that it was fresh and clean looking. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool. Wasn’t a fan of paying for valet, but it worked in our favor when we needed things out of the car. I gave a 9 overall because my milk was the consistency of slime. It didn’t smell spoiled but it was disgusting. The rest of the milk was fine.

It’s close to Bricktown. We parked and walked the whole weekend. It’s clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. We would totally stay there again!

This is a tiny detail… but they only had plain creamer. I do love flavored creamer and most hotels have it now.

Nice room, nothing special, but clean and confortable. Standard breakfast offered and private parking available on site. Very close to Bricktown district and downtown, you can easily walk to get there. Perfect location.

Everything was great!

The only thing we didn't like was not having a body mirror in 2 Queen Suite #420. The King Suite #419 had a body mirror but our room did not. We like being able to check out our outfits before heading out. THAT IS THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT. Everything else was GREAT!!!

Rooms were good size. Staff very friendly.

The hotel was not prepared in kitchen for the numbers that were there this past week. The valet people need to stay longer.

How convenient it was to everything that bricktown had to offer. We were in town for a concert at the criterion and being right across the street was Fantastic!! The staff was absolutely wonderful!

The room amenities and size and quiet space. I like that it's close to Bricktown.
