The breakfast is fabulous, staff is helpful, location is awesome (nearby main railway station).

Unfortunately we had the problem with TV: you can't share entire screen from device because TV isn't connected to Wi-Fi. And there are limited settings for user, so you can't connect TV to Wi-Fi yourself. Moreover, can't see the real difference between Superior Room and Standard Double Room - I think it's a little bit overpriced.

Very hot in the room overnight as if the aircon wasn’t working and even when the reception staff tried to sort it out it was still too warm fur me.

We spend our vacation in Puro Hotel, which is next to the Galeria Krakowska Mall. The location was perfect because it's 5 minutes walk to the old Kleparz market, and 10-15 minutes walk to the main square-Rynek Główny. There are also buss and tram station right outside of it. The main thing that made our stay at the hotel unforgettable was the attitude of the staff and their high sense of service and hospitality- every question we had was answered with a simle and patient. Since we planned on staying at the hotel for a whole week, the staff put us robes, slippers, a coffee kit, cups and a kettle in our room. There was also a coffee machine at the lobby of the hotel, which we could use 24/7. The food of the hotel restaurant, Hint, was so delicious, and we ate there several times. We would definitely come back there at our next time in Kraków.

Lovely room, great decor and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location right by the main train station. Literally 5 mins from platform. Also only 10 min walk from the Old Town. Loved the free 24/7 self-serve coffee machine in the lobby with cups and takeaway cups. Fantastic facility. Breakfast was good and included at a reasonable price. They allowed us to check in slightly early which was appreciated. Bar area looked lovely although we did not have a drink.

Room was on the smaller side but we booked the most basic room so I suppose that’s fair. We stayed in 3 hotels during our time in Warsaw & Krakow and this was the most expensive with the smallest room. But very nice.

The hotel's location is perfect - just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, with the bus and train station conveniently right across the road. The staff is also incredibly helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and spotless, featuring a modern design with smart integration for everything. From the TV to the floor heating, all controls are accessible via a Samsung tablet provided in the room, making the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

The only thing I missed was a physical light switch at the entrance. When leaving or returning, the first thing I had to do was find the tablet to turn the lights on or off, which wasn’t the most convenient.

The main attraction of this hotel is the great interior design. You can tell it was recently done up, to great taste. The room was small but very comfortable. The bed was really generous and the mattress and pillows were perfect. They even offer to change your pillow in case you might prefer it harder. The staff was super welcoming and nice. The location is great, super close to the main attractions in the Old Town.

The bathroom is made out of opaque glass and has a sliding door which means that if you aren’t confident with the person you’re travelling with, it might be a bit inconvenient. It didn’t bother us though.

The location is great being directly across the road from the main train station but not disturbed in any way by noise. The train station is also home to a huge shopping mall so perfect for retail therapy. The old town is a 10-minute walk away. I booked the basic room type and although it was quite small, it was well-equipped with everything I needed for a short business stay and spotlessly clean. Water was replenished every day, the bed was comfortable and there was a desk for work. The rooms have a touch-screen tablet for adjusting the lighting, wifi and etc which was easy to use. The lobby/ restaurant/ bar area is open-plan but it is still possible to find a cosy corner. The bar was well-stocked and reasonably priced and the breakfast buffet offered a good choice of hot and cold options. A huge plus for me was the complimentary coffee machine available for guests 24/7 so even if you don't book breakfast you can still have your morning caffeine fix. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. Although I didn't have time to try them, there were also a couple of activities offered including a cocktail making session and walking tour which was a nice touch.

The room was fine for a single traveller but there is not a massive amount of space for hanging clothes, placing toiletries etc so this could be a challenge if you are sharing with a partner or colleague but for a short trip this wasn't a big deal

Stylish hotel in a fantastic location, with all the amenities! The room was well equipped with everything you need from a safe and mini fridge to the amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner they provide. You are able to manage your whole stay from you in room tablet and have access to an amazing on site restaurant, bar, spa and tours. The breakfast was a combination of an epic continental spread with some yummy a la carte selections. However the star of the show is their lunch and dinner menu. Our tour ran late so we decided to grab a bite to eat at their restaurant - after we’ve been spoiling ourselves eating in the many Michelin star restaurants krakow has to offer, we weren’t expecting much. I have to say it was the best meal I’ve ever had at a hotel restaurant and so reasonably priced too! An all round amazing experience!

A touch noisy due to central location, could sleep through it.

The location is excellent, right opposite the station and 10 minutes walk north of the walled town. The surrounding area felt safe even late at night. The hotel feels quite new and the standard of both the rooms and common areas is excellent. Staff are very friendly, which with everything else made for an excellent experience.

There was a bit of a mix-up on the rooms. I booked a classic room for the first night and then arranged to move to two superior rooms when my friend arrived for the second and third nights. I was told I had been upgraded for the first night so could stay in my room all three nights. When my friend arrived the two rooms, which were next to each other were very different in size, with my room much smaller although they should have been the same. There were no spare rooms to move and so I agreed a partial refund for the smaller room. The staff were very helpful in sorting the issue out.

Great location next to station, shopping mall and the old town. Loved the way the free coffee and tea machine is in the public space to create a sense of community in the hotel lobby. This is the first time I have experienced this service and think its a great idea.

The keycard used to control the lift, is always a pain to use. The bar does not have much seating area around it so it lacks a buzzing atmosphere as people dont stay by the bar for long. The hotel should reduce the size of the huge bar area and make more seating available.
