- Excellent location, Myeongdong station exit is just right in front. - We arrived at the hotel slightly before 12nn and were allowed to check in early for free. Looking exhuasted from long haul flight with a 2 year old in tow probably helped, but really appreciated the super fast fuss free early check in by the receptionist. - Clean room with modern amenties (smart TV that's Netflix ready, lots of wall sockets, lighting controls, heated toilet seat with auto bidet, thermostat and water heater worked perfectly) - Plenty of mirrors - full length body mirror, back to back mirror on the sink - Toilet and shower were separate which I found practical - Wide sink which doubled as bathroom and utility sink. I personally liked the open sink layout as it was convenient but I know others find it weird. - The room size was just standard but there was enough surface/countertops to put things on - Rooftop has a heated foot spa pool with a relaxing vibe and nice view of Namsan tower hill - Pleasant staff who greets you at the front door and housekeeping catered to our nightly request of emptying our trash bin from dirty diapers - Modern minimalist chic ambiance which I loved

- There were only 3 lifts that serviced the entire hotel so there's a long wait especially during busy hours - Lack of food choices within the hotel building, service at the Butterfinger Pancakes was not great, and food was mediocre - This is very minor but I find it unsanitary that their trash bins don't have disposable linings on. But I think this is because Seoul itself is very mindful of plastic usage.

- Clean - Convenient - Comfortable - Extremely near Myeongdong Station - Plenty of food options nearby - Helpful and friendly staff - Speaks good English

- Strength of shower is a little weak. It gets smaller when there hot water comes out. - Can be a bit brighter with the lighting - Pillow is a tad on the soft side

Great location. airport bus stop is just a min away, and myeongdong main shopping street is just round the corner. Near myeongdong exit 9 but i usually use exit 7 as there's escalator (which is closer to the myeongdong main shopping street), the excalator is extremely useful after walking around a lot. Hotel is clean and modern and the staffs are very helpful.

it'll be better if the water pressure is stronger. It takes time to rinse off all the soap.

The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location was great (right beside Myeongdong MRT). Staff were friendly and good in English. There is also a water and ice dispenser on each floor.

No mugs, spoons, glasses were provided in the rooms. They only gave 2 flimsy paper cups that weren't even regularly replaced. Not a problem with the hotel, but the Myeongdong area is a bit dead at the moment - travellers can consider Hongdae instead if you prefer more lively shops and nightlife.

1. Excellent service! I've stayed at other hotels before. The conversation with front desk were limited to - your room is ready etc. However, with L7, the front desk is able to communicate more than expected. Everyone of them wears a smile and is friendly, and give exceptional service. The concierge's english is quite basic, but still maintain great service. When the staff saw us struggling with the door (because of our shopping bags), they quickly ran over to help us with the door, one even carried an umbrella for me to my taxi, eventhough i told him it was okay cos I had a hat over. 2. Great location! It's right in front of a taxi stand but some drivers are choosy, so it's best to ask the concierge to help you book a taxi, if you do not already have a Kakao Taxi app. If you have a lot of luggages after many rounds of shopping and need a ride to the airport, go for the airport bus service, which is across the small road. it's less than a minute walk. I like this location because it's near shopping, near taxi stand, near the airport bus pick up and drop off point. 3. Quiet Eventhough we are near busy road, busy street, busy shopping area, the room is surprisingly quiet. We are pretty sure there are a lot of guests in the hotel, but it's quiet. We had a good rest after long shopping sessions

If i really had to pick something, it would be the toilet and the lift. I wished the toilet was bigger and I wish the lift is faster. There's only 1 lift that serve B1 (laundry). I waited around 7-10minutes for the lift. It's just too long.

- Super convenient location right in the middle of myeongdong and within short waking distance to other nearby lines too. Within 10-20mins subway ride to everywhere in Seoul, including Hongdae, Gangnam, Itaewon and Insadong - Taxi stop right outside the hotel - Coffee shop on the ground floor of hotel with lots of seats. - Plenty shopping, convenient stores, restaurants of all types just at your doorstep - Easy and quick access to/fro Incheon and Gimpo Airport (either via express AREX at Seoul Station or airport limo bus) - Very clean throughout, including communal areas - Extremely responsive staff who reply to messages/ emails/ requests without delay - Check in staff speak client English and always helpful and accommodating - Concierge staff on ground floor are always courteous and well mannered - Kindly allowed us to store our large luggages for free while we travelled to other parts of S.Korea which was very convenient for us - Quick aircon/heating in room to suit your needs - Coin laundry facilities with new washer and dryer (though need to pay to use) - Despite it being 21 floors, even at full capacity it didn't feel really busy and lifts were quick - In-room full length mirror right by the room door was really handy

- Coin laundry is a little expensive (KRW 4000 per wash/dry) - Lack of different types of pillows in-room. The ones provided are not firm enough and too flat for my liking. - Superior rooms are fairly decent sized but could do with a little more space and lounge seating area - In room wardrobe is small and open - Bathroom is small and only one person can go in at one time

I loved my stay here, location of the hotel is perfect right next to the train station, made it so easy to get to anywhere! The staff were so friendly there was always someone to greet you in the lobby. There is also a floor where you can take mugs from your room to grab a Nespresso coffee and chill out which i think is such a great idea.

Location is fantastic with the airport transfer. The subway is just right at the entrance of the hotel which is another big bonus again. Room size is ok and facilities are fairly new and clean.

One day before checking out, there was no room service provided to clean up the room. We ended up using towels that were not changed for the day. Inconsistency in providing amenities as some days we were given new bedroom slippers and some days nope. Important to note is that toothbrushes are not provided as amenities.

The location is perfect. Right beside the underground line 4. Easy to get to the main markets, palaces, etc. It is a very safe area. The shopping area beside / around the hotel is fun. Nothing major to be bought (according to me) but fun to walk around and relax. Plenty of street food. A lot of cafés and bakeries around. The hotel is very clean. Staff is helpful. It was easy to get luggage stored while I was away on a 2 day trip (2x) and only took a small bag! Shower very good, fun toilet, bed very comfortable Great sleep! Laundry facilities great. Only you have to come back to collect everything not knowing how long a wash cycle is...

There is hardly any room to store luggage for 2 people. Only one space for a suitcase, which could not be opened unless I hauled it on the bed. Just 3 or 4 clothes hangers. no shelves that I could reach. Also very little room beside the bathroom sink. I could just fit my toilet bag beside it, and then the same for the second person. Definitely not good. The lifts are at times very slow to come.

Location was great! Right outside the Myeongdong shopping area, you can literally hop in and out of the hotel conveniently. Room size is decent and clean too.

1) Please install clothes hook in the shower and toilet cubicles. There is no way to hang our towels/clothes currently. 2) Please frost the entire shower glass doors as we may not be staying with our spouses in the same room. 3) the pillows are too soft and sink flat very fast.
