The location is great - close to Heathrow Airport, and within easy reach by either bus or taxi. Staff was friendly and the check-in process, including room selection, is made easier by online check-in which the hotel provides in advance. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is an excellent spa on the ground floor, which I really liked and would recommend wholeheartedly. I also liked the bar (and kudos to the hotel for giving a complimentary drink along woth the room reservation) and the hotel restaurant, which somewhat peculiarly specialises in steaks and lobsters (yes, it's called "Steak and Lobster", but at first I was under the impression this was just a fancy name, not that it actually only serves steaks and lobsters). :D Definitely good value for money.

Although the room was clean and comfy, it didn't really have any extra amenities besides the TV, a telephone, and an ironing board with a smoothing iron (which I actually used for once). So no minibar, no bathrobes in the closet (which would've been useful when going to the spa), no water kettle or coffe or tea or anything. While it's not a big issue, when pursuing a 4-star experience, one might expect that there be an extra something in the room.

Arrived early for check in but very happy to sort me out a room very efficiency. Romeo on front desk was very friendly and polite and a credit to your staff very helpful young man. Nice clean room with comfy bed and a good breakfast 🍳 in the morning 😁

Why has the sauna and spa closed down 😫

Check in went well and the helpful reception staff in booking us a taxi back to the airport the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. We were also on the ground floor close to reception and did not have to walk miles to get to the hotel entrance.

The bar drinks were very pricey and they did not serve snacks such as crisps or nuts or similar, which was a shame as we arrived late and did not want a full meal.

Comfortable room. Nice to have a couple of places to eat on site. I could check in early for no extra cost since my room happened to be ready. Helpful staff.

Beautiful modern hotel. Downside as a customer you cannot call the hotel to speak to them directly at Radisson blu. I was informed by the receptionist. Friendly word pls improve this other hotels provides this basic facility to call them directly if Aby queries. When I rang Radisson blu customer service I had several long waits and dropped calls too not good.. Poor shuttle bus service For terminal 2 and 3 it did not arrive for 4 30am I incurred more expenses had to take a taxi to the airport £20 for an 8-minute journey or potentially could of missed my flight. Overall lovely stay at Radisson blu would stay again.

The hotel offers the comfort and facilities that you expect from Radisson Blu. It is beautifully decorated throughout and well maintained. The 24/7 gym is the biggest and best one i have ever experienced in a hotel. My room was relatively basic, looking out onto the car park, but comfortable, clean and perfect for just a one-night stay. The bathroom had modern fittings and was spotlessly clean. The staff that i encountered were without exception friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Location close to LHR Terminal 2, accessible by HoppaBus is great. but there are also many frequent bus connections in various directions from a bus stop just a few steps from the hotel entrance.

The carpeting in the corridors leading to rooms and in the room itself was very "tired", but given the amount of guest traffic and suitcase traffic in an airport hotel like this, it is no great surprise.

The room was well appointed and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in, this was very welcome after a long haul flight from Australia. The location is great as it is very close to Terminal 2&3.

The staff at the front desk could have been clearer in their communication. The front desk was very busy when we arrived and I found it hard to understand the lady who was checking us in. When asked for information on transportation it again was difficult to get clear information immediately - we got there in the end. Having said all that the concierge who was overseeing the check-in process was very good.

I have stayed here a lot and like the hotel and its staff

Arriving at reception to book in and told I must provide photo id (passport or photo driving license) I didn’t have either. I was told it was a new policy as they are classed as a “Airport Hotel” and theses docs must be presented at check in. I said this is not mentioned in the booking details on the website. The receptionist relented “on this occasion” but next time I must present the documents!! I am not flying anywhere so I don’t see to as relevant. I said if it was an issue I would book in down the road at the Radisson next time!

We stayed for 1 night to allow us to see a show in the city. We drove to the hotel which was easy to access from the M4 and the hotel car park at £16 for 24 hours + in our case, good value.The staff and ambience of the hotel was excellent, and they volunteered a room upgrade for us. The room, albeit a little dated in decor was, importantly, clean and comfortable and for the price paid excellent value compared to the same room in central London. The access to London is via uber or bus and tube, takes about 35 minutes, was easy to navigate and with the savings made on the room rate left plenty of surplus for us to enjoy, we did Uber and Elizabeth line from Hayes and Harrington. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment. We will definitely be using this hotel again as we would like to see more shows and theatre in London. Well done all.

I have never stayed in such a posh beautiful hotel. The Radisson RED doesn't even compare. My boyfriend and I were greeted warmly, and we even got our room complimentary upgraded. I felt that was great customer service. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and it just has this lovely atmosphere. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. I loved the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner scents they have. I may buy them. The breakfast was absolutely divine with loads of options for everybody. Overall, this facility is stunning, warm, and very welcoming!

The only downside I could find was that their restaurant options are a bit pricey. I felt they needed a few menus geared towards people who are on a budget.
