Great location - a lot of good bars and restaurants around it, good breakfast, clean.

Either there was a laundry on my floor or ventilation system, but it was quite loud during the night. It was abit difficult to sleep. Just ask about it before selecting a room.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is very good. Rooms are nice clean, little small but for few days enough for 2 people. I have to say the bed is really comfortable, i slept wonderful all night. The receptionist (young man) was very friendly and explained everything with very good english.

On the other side: - The room entrance doors are closing very loud and when a neighbor closes the door the whole room is shaking. -We had only 1 breakfast during our stay. Very poor selection, the bread was already half dried, the egg dish was tasteless, literally swimming in water. -I knew that the parking is probably not possible by the hotel, but there is a parking garage next to the hotel. It doesn't have to be for free, but it would be nice a special price for hotel guests. Other than these things, we had a good time in Riga, in the hotel.

The hotel was great. Clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were helpful and we were surprised to find a fruit platter in our room on arrival. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, only a short walk into the central old town. There's a great view from the gym on the top floor. The gym looked like it was well set up.

Pillows and bed wasn't completely comfortable but down to personal preference.

Modern hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very good location. Comfortable beds.

Not much friendly reception staff, except one lady who arranged our transport to the airport, others were not very helpful. As an example, they failed to arrange early breakfast for our group, regardless my request in advance. Check-in experience was also disastrous. The rooms are very small, no closet in the room. C'mon, we're not in Venice! Cleaninless in the room: I spoiled a bit of clean water on the ground, so I took one of the towels we've used and wiped it - the towel was almost black from the dirty ground.

It’s a good modern hotel slightly away from the old town (~15-20-minute walk away). All were functioning well and clean. The reception staff was friendly and eager to help. The hotel provides fast WiFi with good coverage.

With the weather close to +30, it was a bit hot in the room and turning the air conditioning to 15 degrees with full-speed mode did not help much. Likely, the overall limitations of the ventilation system. There are no iron facilities in the room. However, the hotel provides the option to use the shared iron room on the hotel’s second floor. The toilet/shower door is half-transparent and provides little noise isolation. Luckily, the door faces the entrance door and is not seen from the room side.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Location is superb, there's a lot of places to eat, cigar shop, shops, etc. The room is very nice, a bit small but comfortable and clean. We stayed with a dog and were pleasantly welcomed with it, also a very good room to be with a dog. A lot of complimentaries.

The bed is a bit hard and the pillows a bit too soft. Ac is a bit loud, waked us up at 8am. Hotels parking is only with 20 spaces.

The location is perfect: it is nearby the city center. A lot of restaurants and bars around the hotel. It was not noisy as the most of facilities are closing at 10 or 11 pm. The area is really nice for balancing between relaxation anddrink&food.

This time the housekeeping was sort of slow and not focusing on the detail i.e. one day we are not getting the sugar for morning coffee, and the other day we there is no refill of coffee capsules. Also, complimentary water is only on the arrival day.

Excellent location- 15/20 walk from the Old Town, main train station Lots of good cafes and restaurants on the same street and close by Friendly staff, especially at reception and in the bar Good gym room

Cleanliness in rooms could be improved and plumbing in the bathroom was an issue as the sink got blocked up on our last day and wouldn't drain. .

Great location, specially for those, who needs to visit the clinic “Ivf Riga”

Then we arrived, we got the room which was cleaned not properly: hair in the bathroom, left rubbish and etc. After, got an another room. The heating was not working properly on the first night, only maybe 30% of Tv channels were showing. Strange thing, that housekeeping is cleaning the rooms only if you stay more than 3nights due to Covid situation.
