Loved the hotel, the staff, service, room size, cleanliness, breakfast especially were great.

Very unhappy with the Spa. The water in the pool was so cold that those who tried it did little more than dip their toes in and retreat. The sauna was out of order, the steam room was off and had to be restarted, taking 15 minutes, and, even then, was too cold to work properly, and the jacuzzi was just about warm enough to use. A great disappointment.

We really liked the location - central but quiet. The room was small, but clean and ok for two people. Breakfast was generous and had a good variery for all tastes, regular refills. We also appreciated the luggage room, which can be uses freely before check-in/after check-out.

We missed toiletries in the room - no shampoo, conditioner or body cream.

The location of the hotel is absolutely great considering that guests can reach most of the must see places in Riga by a short walk of only several minutes from the hotel.

Staff seemed partly not very used in serving clients. When we had booked a table for dinner in the evening it took too long until we got the menu to be able to make our order. As we stayed at the hotel we decided to wait but we saw other external guests leave as it took too long until the waiter came to their table. Maybe this is a post covid issue but definitely a part where Wellton Centrum Hotel could be better going forward. Overall, we were nevertheless satisfied with our stay and we would also visit the hotel again but for clients with even higher expectations this could be an issue to not let them return to Wellton Centrum Hotel.

Great convenient location with walking distance to everything including tram. Spa services were great and pre booking ensured there were not so many people there that it was not enjoyable. Breakfast options were excellent - lots of choice for all tastes and a couple of different options were added each day for variety. Room was quiet and spacious with seating area and desk

Note that it is a shower/bath set up and the bath is very deep which may make getting into the shower a challenge for some

The room was modern. Great location, all you need is near. The bus and train station and the airport can be reached very quickly and comfortably. We made some Mimosas and enjoyed a tasty and plentiful breakfast. We had dinner after the opera at Melnā Bite Restaurant. Service was quick, food was delicious and beautifully served. Our visit to the SPA zone after 7 PM was relaxing especially the Turkish steam bath.

The only con was the bathrobes brought to our room for SPA. Although they were very, very clean, they were worn out and with some holes. As everything else was great I would definitely visit again and recommend it to friends.

Breakfast is standard breakfast, not having to ask for an alternative milk and having it readily available was a nice touch. Spa is excellent need to book in advance as it can be busy in the morning but you have from 9 am - 9 pm to book in so you can definitely get to the spa. Spa is clean and has good facilities. The central location is ideal for exploring Riga old town. Room was quiet when the windows were closed and air conditioning was available in the room. Lots of small toiletries given, slippers, robes (for going to spa), tea, coffee, etc. Small touches but nice touches.

Bath/Shower leaked all over the bathroom when we used it which meant we had to keep cleaning up water from the bathroom floor. Need the door/screen fixed on the bath or totally replace bath with a shower instead. With only 2 large towels and 2 small towels, it wasn't ideal to be mopping up water.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Right in the heart of the old town. Very easy to get to by bus from the airport. The rooms are clean and tidy. There is no noise from the streets, although our room was at the back of the hotel. The spa was lovely, especially the powerful resistance jet in the pool. The spa cost an extra €16 each. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and even glasses of cava.I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was being offered the chance to upgrade the room, before checking in, at a cost of €15 euros a night. I accepted this offer after receiving their message. It stated we would have a larger room and spa access. My confirmation kept being rejected. I sent the hotel several messages, but to no avail. When checking in, I asked again and was told an upgrade would be over double what they had previously offered me. I declined.

The location is excellent, very close to all the points of interest in Riga. They served really nice hotel-grade breakfast buffet with a good variety of food. I was satisfied with the room, the bed was particularly comfortable. It was generally clean and the standard met my expectations. The staff was nice and professional - 24 h reception desk is a big plus as well as the possibility to store my luggage after checking out

The bathroom could use more cleaning attention (general feel, nothing major). The room was supposed to be soundproof but it surely wasn't - I could hear everyone outside the door and some noisy neighbors upstairs. It wasn't something that annoyed me greatly but I just think the room shouldn't be advertised this way

Attitude from staff was tereible. No interest in client, no smile, no eye contact.. When I need to check-out, I wait till someone will ask to me or offer to help, but nothing..so I decided to leave room card on counter and leave..

From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed, the Lobby smells beautiful as the spa is on the level below. We booked two single rooms, they gave us rooms with a double bed at no extra cost. The rooms are very sound proof as I didn't hear my friend coughing at all, or the noise outside. My view wasn't the greatest, didn't mind. The rooms are spotless, warm and shower was perfect. Breakfast is delightful, worth the extra. Location is fantastic! We went on the free walking tour of Riga, give it a try, the guide was really lovely...but wrap up it gets cold. Best hot chocolate I've had at the place right by the hotel. The spa was almost empty, as we booked our treatment and spa time for a Thursday. And even booked a extra treatment before we left. It's really a lovely place to stay.
