Everything, we had an ocean view room on the 25th floor, room was large and spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the aircon was nice and cool. The location is excellent as the Straits Mall and boat Harbour are within easy walking distance. The staff are awesome, very friendly and very respectful.

The only faults I could find were the bar fridge was not cold and there were no in house movies. I am nit picking as I really didn't experience anything negative.

We had a pleasant stay. The facilities was good. The room was clean and comfy. Food was delicious.

A bit disappointed with parking. When we arrive we were sent to 7th floor to park our motorcycle by one of the staff but actually we have to park only at 3A floor as told by another staff at the 7th floor. The next day we was about to go out for shopping. But the doors to parking was locked. We had to go up and down a few times before we finally went to the reception to ask for help. Then we went all the way to 6th floor by elevator then down to 3A floor through the parking lot to reach our motorcycle. Afterwards when we return from our shopping we find the doors was still locked. So we had to go up to 5th floor through the parking lot. Very disappointed because our time was wasted by going up and down just because of some false information.

I booked this hotel due to the pool view located on the 30th floor. The pool has a nice view, but unfortunately, another building was just built next to it and did not allow me to see the Beach view. But still worth visiting. Also, I booked a Deluxe one-bedroom suite, and it said: This larger, air-conditioned deluxe one-bedroom suite opens up to views of the city. We arrived late at night after an 8-hour journey. The receptionist was very kind in assisting us, and the bellboy assisted us to our room. We had our breakfast at the main restaurant. The food was good, and the staff was very friendly. Big thanks to all, and I really appreciate the good hospitality service given.

Wifi for playing PlayStation online gaming is not great (call of duty game is lagging always), but for general browsing there is no issue. At some times if one wishes to watch Netflix, one might have to settle for poorer graphics due to slow internet, but if one waits and compromises one can watch with the high graphics with no interruptions.

The property is in a great location with shops all around it. While staying at JAZZ you want to also check out Straits Quay for a dinner by the sea. My family and I had a memorable stay.

Two things that really don’t matter much. The light switches are not in obvious positions which make it difficult to locate which light switch puts on which bulb and the master bed room AC was impossible to regulate even after calling maintenance team.

room are very spacious & comfort. pool top floor but facing other condominium. location 15-20 mins to town. staff all are friendly and always smile.

hotel have no own parking ticketing.. need to use tng @ bank card. need to validate it before out from parking at lobby 1st floor. after that need to take lift back up to where u park. limited channel on tv. cold & hot water also sometime have problem. congested traffic around it. breakfast buffet not that happening.

Location wise, the hotel is located very near to Lotus Hypermarket, which makes a traveler like me to appreciate the conveniences of buying essential goods. The hotel staffs were friendly, smiling to guests and the ambience of the hotel was great. With jazz theme, nicely decorated with musical elements, comfy lobby and chesterfield sofas, Jazz Hotel does blow my mind off. The room was absolutely spacious overlooking the sea. Bathroom with bathtub was a good surprise (plus the "tub Bomb"), hot water was working great and the lighting was good.

The hotel was clean.The sea view from window was brilliant. Some of the staff were very kind.

The manager or a staff member who looked like some management position dropped his orange juice right next to me, and my foot got wet with orange juice. But He did not even apologize at fist, although he splashed his orange juice. it made me frustrated. I took buffe style breakfast, there were no spoon to put souses.Every time I tried pick up something, I had to ask staffs. It is not worth 4 stars hotel, I feel.

Place was clean, staff were prompt and lovely to deal with, amenities were good, can't fault it. Given the incredibly dishevelled and last minute circumstances in which we arrived at their doorstep, they were very respectful and lovely. Next time we are in Penang, we would definitely stay here again. Recommend it anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Penang. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Jazz Hotel!

I like the service person's name Marcus and the manager forgot her name. I was so thankful to them for their help in rectifying and changing the other room for me when the toilet flushing issues. Their services are good and overall great. Thumbs up. Thank you for the maintenance person too!

The toilet and shower issues. I only can use the top washing shower the other is so hard to turn. Overall still okay to stay and just use the top shower
