Zomg the pools everywhere are amazing, so clean and beautiful. The restaurants are fabulous, and the entertainment is pretty good. We didn't want to leave. But we would have gained a lot of weight if we stayed too long!

We organised a packed lunch for the day we went on a tour but the concierge forgot to book it, so we went with nothing. I complained to front desk but they refused to take any responsibility and just told me to go back to concierge. It's all part of the resort. This left a sour note unfortunately. No offer of anything as recompense

The temperature of the pool was too warm, the alcoholic beverages weren't satisfying, most of them had the same taste. Also, the requirement for guys to wear pants at the restaurants was a damper, which limited us on where we could eat. I understand the dress code, but nice shorts and shirts can be appealing as well for men.

Modern styled resort…great nightly entertainment and daily activities! Food options phenomenal…Hibachi grill is super fun!! Friendly, helpful staff…Loved seeing all the wildlife on resort and the resident resort cat was sweet! Shuttle available to visit the other Princess resorts and beach area, and loved access to restaurants/bars at the other properties!

Beach is a bit Rocky as you enter (bring your water shoes) and this area gathers a lot of seaweed, usually midday as the tide comes in…However, staff does excellent job at keeping the beach cleaned from the seaweed taking over. It did not deter from enjoying the beach!! The water is amazing, beach atmosphere is fun… and you can see Cozumel on the horizon, across the way.

I loved the staff, the food at the restaurants on site and I really enjoyed daily the entertainment.

I didn't like that the hotel isn't truly beachfront and only a small number of rooms have a beach view. I didn't like that the furnishing in the rooms were a bit worn and every room doesn't have the same features. They should consider replacing the stained or worn furniture to keep the hotel looking modern and luxurious.

The room was a good size with a lovely balcony with great views!! All the staff were absolutely fantastic and they all wore masks ALL THE TIME! The beds were a good size and the shower was great. Great selection of food and constant drinks! Covid test was easy to arrange when it was time to go back home. Everyone is so accommodating, it was easy to book taxi's, tours and whatever we needed someone was always on hand to willingly help us out. The massage we had was great also.

Ice cream was lacking!! The wifi wasn't great in our room, even when I purchased the premium one. The room layout is a little weird, having a bath tub right in the open but the shower had a door so that was good. Room service didn't always stock up our drinks bar and we kept having to ask for extra toilet paper but these were just minor inconveniences, nothing too major compared with the amazing time we had!

The food was great at the buffet and also at the specialty restaurants. I never had to wait for a table and reservation was not required. The staff was friendly and I never had to wait long for a drink. The hotel was clean and the food was above my expectations. Entertainment was good, Almendra, in particular, was always smiling and very engaging, she knows how to multitask and she does it well. My room was quiet as I asked for it I could only hear the birds singing from my room.

serving tequila shut in regular-size glasses was a bit disappointing. I get that they have to use plastic but the size can be different. The seaweed was terrible. The hotel works hard to fix it but it really far more than they can keep up with. The only thing that is really upsetting and the hotel doesn't seem to care about is the wifi.

Location, atmosphere, cleanliness, beautiful resort

I had originally booked a 2 bed and 1 sofa bed swim out suite for two or my friends and I. We got there and they told us they only had rooms with one bed (a honeymoon suite with a round bed, extremely awkward) available so one of my friends and myself would have to share a bed. I explained to them that I booked this room MONTHS ago and could not understand why the website would say it was available and it wasn’t, and on top of that I still had to pay for the original room that I had booked. They did not care whatsoever about the inconvenience they had caused my small group. Other than that resort is beautiful and it within close proximity to most of the major attractions, xplor, xcaret, etc.

Some rooms are facing North, not enough sun during the day, especially swim out rooms water was cool.
