gorgeous sculptures and pool area. the rooms were new and clean. the breakfast looked good but we missed it as we went to see the Mayan ruins between 7-12

We arrived downstairs at the breakfast place at 6:50 as we had to catch a bus at 7:15. breakfast hours started at seven but we were not able to even get a coffee when we asked even though there was three people working and setting up. they were very strict about the 7-12 breakfast. we got back from the ruins at 12:10 and we were not able to get anything to eat then either. breakfast was included and we didn’t get to enjoy that. it’s not a big deal but small little flexibilities go a long way.

The grounds were beautiful, the parking was good, and our cleaner did a fantastic job. Having a fridge in the room was nice.

Would have liked to have more cooking supplies such as sharp knives to cut up fresh fruit and vege’s along with a cutting board. The couch in our room is needing to be replaced. The breakfast we tried the first day and were very disappointed. Only received one cup of coffee, green juice was not good, the bread was too dry to eat, yogurt was good, but the fruit plate was also disappointing. Step up the breakfast and you would have received top marks from us.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. I would recommend the suite if you are staying more than a couple of days in Valladolid. The included breakfast was light, but delicious! All in all, great

The free breakfast was delicious but it was on the light side. We were left wanting, so we ordered nicer coffees (for a cheap, but additional price).

On arrival, we looked for the reception, which we eventually found on the other side of the road. We stayed in the part of the hotel where the pool was. The hotel is renovated and beautiful. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom was large, the shower had hot water. The air conditioning and fan worked perfectly. The breakfast was very tasty - small portions but very varied. The location was also excellent. My daughter was delighted with the pool, which had warm and clean water. The staff were very friendly. The hotel also offers free parking. The wi-fi worked perfectly.

The room was very nice and complete with anything one may need. The breakfast area is very pleasant and the food served fresh and tasty.

The cleaning staff did not check the space between the beds and behind the bed stand placed in the middle. We found a bunch of gross used q-tips and that created a feeling of discomfort in the area.

Very beautiful pool and garden and rooms. The finishings and art around the pool and rooms are very beautiful.

We didn’t like the fact the outside floor by the pool gets very very slippery with just water. Our 4 year old son fell 3 times just walking to go get a towel/hit the back of his head really hard and our 3 year old fell and slipped 4 times luckily he didn’t get hurt much. Did let the front Desk know they need to secure that area with rubber mats especially by the shade where the Plastic tables and chairs are. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL I almost fell too. Also, the Beds are super duper hard as a rock. they need to change their mattresses. I’m sure they are aware of that. There are also lots of flies when you eat breakfast. They need to take care of that or enclose the kitchen.

The accommodation was nice. The pool and the garden was beautiful. The breakfast was held by the pool and the breakfast was included in the price. The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

Most of the staff didn't speak English well or not at all. I should have a room with a balcony and view to the pool but I didn't get that. Unfortunately I noticed that on the app when checking out and I mentioned that at the reception.

beautiful, the sculptures and free breakfast was awesome. The pool and details felt big city. Location is super easy to navigate. Few landmarks and your golden for easy sightseeing.

only 1 thing I could ever knock them on is wifi. You have it, you don’t have it, u have it back, it’s out again. Everything is beautiful concrete which I know plays havoc with wifi signal. They might invest in a Mesh type wifi router to help with those concrete walls. You ask me straight away “I loved it”, if you ask how to make it little better I will say new MESH Wifi routers. I hate that in an area with so much to do we’re tethered to our phones, but it’s sharing photos and planning our next days adventures. So I understand need for better wifi.

Fantastic place in Valladolid, walking distance to bus station and colectivo for Ek Balam, though still in a quit area at night. Very spacious room with a full kitchen. Their pool were also very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, which was included for me, was also good. Good parking options if needed.

Didn't have a safety deposit box/ safe in room.
