Excellent value for money given it’s Amsterdam! The free shuttle to/from the airport is very easy (to hotel is 15 and 45 past the hour and to airport is 00 and 30 past the hour) and takes about 10min to drive - it isn’t that close but to be honest for the price difference and ease I’d definitely opt for it again. Bed was super comfy, staff were helpful and the gym facilities were great. All very clean and Wi-Fi was great.

I just don’t understand why hotels don’t have proper doors between bathroom and bedroom - it was a swing door with no attachment so it just basically hovers with a gap. No one wants to hear bathroom noises….. fine for solo travellers but anyone else I think it’s just weird - and unnecessary given there is actually a doorway there rather than a funky / edgy bathroom set up!

The location is fantastic: 15 minutes from the airport (from where one can easily take a train to Amsterdam) and near the great forest park of Amsterdam Boos. We love walking through the park, incredibly nice and quite although so close to the airport. The rooms are wonderful, comfortable, and beautiful and the bed is extremely comfortable. The highlight is for us the breakfast buffet, high quality, a real experience! We also are sauna lovers and love the sauna facility.

The restaurant. The Sport Bar is strangely not really fitting this kind of hotel. The food is not great (it has significantly worsened over the years) and boring, always the same few things, little variety and very ‘sport bar’ type with TV screen with soccer everywhere. The trattoria has reopened, but curiously is only open Monday through Thursday, so we never get to use it because we are there mostly on the weekend. The Shuttle to the airport does not leave at a fixed time as it used to and it is complicated to plan to be at the airport on time now.

As a 4-star hotel you can imagine how good it should be, and the room, bed and all the facilities are indeed very good. Although I was only there for one night, and didn't have the chance to use other services of the hotel. Well, I have to say the free shuttle bus service is really convenient, and the staff in the hotel are all nice and helpful.

The only thing I did't like is that the email they sent to me before I arrived for some reminds or service offered is all in Dutch, which is not convenient at all since I need to use the Google translator to understand. As a hotel for international clients, they should have the consideration to send emails in English or Bilingual.

comfortable , clean and good services quite far from Amsterdam city center , either you have to choose airport free shuttle bus service to airport then from there take bus to city centre or directly taxi from hotel to center it’s cost around 40 euro to 60 euro

Our new second-favourite airport hotel in the world (after CROWNE PLAZA Changi)! Far more upmarket and classy than we were expecting based on the price. Big, whisper-quiet rooms, luxurious bathrooms, buzzy (we arrived about 10 at night and the bar was busy and we could get a full meal still) and friendly bar with reasonably-priced menu including excellent cocktails and Netherlands specialities. We caught the wrong shuttle initially as we wrongly assumed that bus was going to all the hotels on the sign at the airport and ended up back at the airport again waiting again so look for the one with the hotel name on the side. There are lots of hotel shuttles of all different sizes and types and lots of people waiting for them so it can get a bit confusing. Shuttle timings from the hotel seem not exact - they seem to go about every 25 minutes - despite the timetable so suggest you check with reception if your timings are critical.

Nothing we didn't like about this excellent hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was convenient and easy to use. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. I enjoyed riding a bike around the Bos (park area).

I contacted the hotel before my arrival and asked about bike rental. I was told it would cost 7,50€ for the day, but the actual cost was more than double that. I was also charged 26,96€ more than the agreed upon price for the room in the Booking app. I contacted the hotel about this overcharge more than ten days ago, but no one has responded to my inquiry. I was also disappointed to find out that the day ticket I bought for transportation in the city (a GVB ticket) did not include the Connexion buses that run near the hotel.

I had to wait a long time for the shuttle at the airport. There was no indication on the reservation nor on the website about shuttle times. The room was a bit outdated. I was on the "Executive Business floor" but not sure what qualified that floor as such. Didn't notice any special features. Bed was relatively comfortable for a single night.

Room service charged a rather high "tray" fee that, although transparent compared to most hotels, seemed rather disproportionate to the order (depending on the size of the order) No choice of restaurants outside the restaurant No possibility to extend check out No dedicated working space in the hotel outside the room

The room was spacious and well equipped with a refrigerator and there was an ice machine on one of the floors. The price was exceptional for a 4 star hotel. Room was quiet and air conditioned and the bathroom was wonderful. There is a free shuttle to Schiphol and back every 30 minutes so it was easy to go into Amsterdam.

The prices for food were too high. Some of the staff seemed to have an attitude. Check in was 2 and we arrived at 1:00 and I was told in no uncertain terms we couldn’t checkin before 2. I was fine with that, however most reception folks don’t jump down your throat for asking. At 1:45 I asked a second receptionist if it was possible to check in and he graciously informed me the room was ready. On day 2 housekeeping forgot to give us fresh towels and I had to go to the front desk twice in 3 hours before it was corrected. When I tried to use the phone to call the reception all I got was a busy signal and none of the numbers worked, including emergency.

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities. The staff are warm, friendly, and considerate - absolutely priceless after a day of dealing with airline debacles. My flight attendant recommended this place, and it's truly a gem - by far the best place I've stayed in my recent travels. The concierge and front desk team were all quite helpful. The hotel bar and restaurant were serving food late enough to accommodate an evening check-in; the room itself was stellar, and included everything you might need (even a hidden iron and board for those last-minute business touchups). My stay was quite short, but I will definitely return - you really can't beat the environment or service for such a reasonable price (especially this close to the airport).

If you'll need shuttle service to the airport, best to book it for a time slot 30 minutes prior to your preference for departure - the driver may or may not show up on time.

Special birthday cake baked by the pastry chef and delivered to our room. The room had all that is needed for a good comfortable stay. The free airport shuttle service operated every 30 minutes to and fro from the Schipol airport. Bed is very comfortable and the room also has wider area to store your luggage. Housekeeping staff did a great job everyday to keep the room clean and tidy and replenished all the consumables daily.

I generally not very picky about the staff's behaviour towards their guests. But I think it would be great if the receptionist could simply smile for their guests upon their arrival and departure. Also, I had requested for two bathroom slippers but it was not in the room when we checked in. So had to go down to the reception again and collect the two bathroom slippers - Guess what! once I came to the room, I realized that both the slippers were for female and smaller in size. I didnt have any eneregy to go back and change the slipper, so managed with the female slipper with some discomfort.
