We paid for a balcony view overlooking the marina. Our location was perfect really as we could sit on the balcony with our drinks and soak up the busy atmosphere below, or we could nip out for a meal. It was pricey, but we were paying for the location. The apartment was fine. It was not ultra modern, but it was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The bed was a little on the firm side for us, but you could get that anywhere you go. The people on the reception desk were very personable if you took the time to have a chat to them.

There's nothing really I didn't like.

Nice friendly staff and approachable staff most of the time, great location close to the action and the views are lovely even from the foyers of the elevators.

The city view room 204 little bit dated and paint chipping etc , got given the wrong room and walked into someone else's room which sucked then got given another room with no balcony which was specified in the booking requests that i wanted one. The bed is a bit hard and blankets a little too light for me.

Lovely big unit with seperate bedroom and and great kitchen as well as a laundry. We like travelling light with cabin baggage only so need to wash clothes if staying for more than 2 days

Whilst we paid extra (top money for us) for a room overlooking the viaduct harbour basin, the extra cost was well worth it. Breakfast on the balcony every day watching the boats leave the basin and the people walking around as well. In the evening we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the atmosphere of the viaduct basin humming or close the door (excellent sound proofing) and enjoy ourselves. Yes we will pay the extra again for a similar experience

location is excellent!! very close to bars and restaurants. you cant beat it if you want to be right in the viaduct! great for people watching as well :)

the rooms are a little out dated and could do with being updated. Also the location can be a little noisy later in the evening. To be honest you would expect that if you knew the area - but if you dont you need to be ready for it especially on a friday or sat evening

We liked the marina view and the balcony. We also liked the big room which is actually more like an apartment than a hotel room. Having a full kitchen is a bonus if you don't feel like going out to a restaurant but there is plenty of choice nearby if you do feel like going out.  We also appreciated the onsite parking and 11am checkout.

It is subject to quite a bit of noise from the restaurant and night club area nearby at night. Ear plugs are advised.

Location for an event we attended was perfect. Harbour views were outstanding. Full laundry to wash and especially dry clothing (poor weather weekend). Good range of breakfast options downstairs. Large variety of eateries within easy walking distance. Friendly reception staff. Fresh bed to retire to each evening. Staff were quick to respond to issues. Utilised the large & cheaper public carpark across the road. Access to the bath house across the road (but unfortunately didnt have time).

The noise still rising from the nightclubs at 3am. No fold-out luggage hamper, not enough clothes hangers, power to fridge/freezer had tripped out so nothing was cold upon arrival, large leak from corridor ceiling directly outside room, winfow privacy blind broken and was removed but no replaced so had o keep curtains closed.

The location was superb! You get to access to the public transport close by. A wide variety of food options and plenty of attractions nearby. The reception staff are very helpful and polite!

We made a booking for 3 people but we kept getting 2 sets of towels and other stuff. We had to ask every day for the third towel and other things. It was until the 4th day when they finally remember to provide us with what we booked for.

Location to the viaduct is excellent and parking was available on-site. The room was exceptionally quiet and clean with plenty of power points available for two people and multiple devices. Facilities in the room were generally great.

The shower is a bit outdated with a shower curtain and the water pressure could be better. The sink does not drain very well.

I forgot the name of the manager that was working on Saturday night he was I think an Indian guy. Wonderful service and extremely productive and helpful, even thou I was angry and upset about my last minute booking not having a balcony he made it happen with a smile. This company is very lucky to have an employee like him to work in this hotel.

I didn't like that it said carpark included then when we got there and we were told first come first serve, the manager on shift said it says on the fine print which was ridiculous but it's not his fault. I blame the hotel trying to make money and covering it up with the fine print.

Fully appointed roomy one bedroom suite with large fridge, cooktop, dining table and washer/dryer. Spectacular views over the Viaduct Marina and Harbour Bridge. Central to many bars and restaurants on the waterfront and a short walk to Auckland downtown. Good basement car park with easy lift access.

Housekeeping was inadequate reportedly due to Covid related staff shortages. Roadworks outside made access by car difficult.
