Great location, clean bedding very tidy rooms and adequate cooking facilities. The towels, shower etc. also fresh and clean. If I could make a suggestion the lighting was very dim and in the bedrooms the lamp was at the desk and not beside the bed. (no power switch or bedside table) All said and done I would recommend Nikau Apartments. Good value at a reasonable cost.

This is a fine place to stay overnight. It seems like a student residence that is available to travellers for the breaks. We didn't try to eat in the unit - there was a microwave and fridge but no extra way of cooking - but we went to a pub so that was ok. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was OK - not as good a design as one could easily imagine but there was a sink, shower, and toilet, so what can you say - considering the price.

Location, everything was clean and tidy, everything was working well.

The carpet was visually clean, but if you walk barefoot or in socks, the socks or your foot would be dirty straight away. I realize that nobody will be washing the carpet after each occupant. The solution might be to ask occupants not to wear their outdoor shoes inside... Another issue is the noise from the occupants above, but they would normally stop making it after 11pm.

For the price, this was an easy place to stay. Location is excellent. Parking was actually on the road but it was free and safe enough.

The bed was not very comfortable… saved by the fact that we had brought an extra, more substantial pillow with us. The toilet seat was effectively unusable as it was not securely attached. Very annoying.

The lady at reception was very, very nice and made us feel immediately welcome. The location of the apartment was handy to many services, which we found very useful. The room was clean and catered for our needs. We felt the price was right for the accommodation provided and we would recommend this place to others.

Proximity to town centre to walk there.

Upon checking in, the person doing it might have spent 5 mins orientating us about things to see in Nelson, places to eat, anything really. It would have really introduced to the town much more positively.

It was clean, tidy & it was a two bedroom apartment which suited our family. We booked quite short notice for a wedding we had on. The hotel was very central and close to everything. The school park across the road was a bonus for our small children.

The room didn't get serviced, there was no milk in the fridge & the wifi paper slips that were given, its quite dated.

This was an unusual accommodation as was among Nelson Technical students. It was a 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor with everything in it fantastic wee kitchen with microwave and oven and a fridge. Beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. WiFi was good Tv Programs limited if that's what is important. Easy walking to Nelson town and a couple of takeaways very near.

The parking was okay but parked outside and had to get up early before 8.30 and move your car. There was parking around the back but was often hard to get as part of the campus parking. We had no trouble outside on street though.

It was centrally located. Host was very helpful. Was pleasantly surprised the room very clean comfortable enough. Bed was comfortable kitchen well equipped. Water pressure was excellent.
