The washer dryer was awesome and really helped us on our stopover in nelson. We had a really decent sized room and it was comfortable and had great aircon. We stayed on Christmas eve and didn't hear much of the street noise. Will stay again for sure.

Knowing about the $200 security deposit (making that really clwar) if you don't have a credit card - we had a debit card so we needed to put 200 down. Luckily we had the funds but some people don't have that kind of money to just put down straight away.

Checkin went smoothly but a bit surprised with the checkin desk which is rather nondescript

The shelves in the unit were far to high to reach. I had to pull on the electric jug cord which meant it fell on me to get it down. The toaster was also on this shelf but not used in this instance. They are certainly not designed for shorter people. In another cupboard there were dishes for food which were hard to reach with an electric frypan further up which would need a ladder to get down. As this is a fairly heavy item it really is a health and safety situation.

Hotel was in a great central location with good parking. The room was comfortable and cozy with great aircon for humid nights. Room was smaller than expected but had everything we needed and was clean and tidy.

We stayed for two nights and would have expected the room to be serviced but only the bins were emptied, and towels replaced; the vanity was not cleaned, hand soap wasn't replaced, recycling not taken, beds not re-made, or floor cleaned. I would also suggest providing a dark brown flannel or hand towel specifically for make-up use to protect your white towels, most hotels have these labelled as make-up towels.

The staff on check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is large with an oven, hob top, microwave, full size fridge and a small dishwasher. There was a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom which was super handy. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. We had a view of the car park but we did get a nice sunset!

There are very limited car parks and the paid public parking behind the accommodation has a time limit so we had to park a few streets down to avoid fines as we were staying 2 nights. It wasn’t that long of a walk though. Definitely request a car park well in advance if you are unable to walk to and from the car.

The flat was very well equiped with washing machine, microwave and oven etc. There was a TV in both the living room and the bedroom and good internet.

We were told once we got there that we have to pay an extra $15 a day to use the carpark (very disappointing) and the charge for the room was taken from my credit card before I had a change to pay by EFPOS, which cost me an extra 2%, which was also disappointing.

Wasn't as sound proof as lead to believe, did ask for quiet room as light sleeper. Close by bars music could be heard clearly in room. Fortunately didn't open to late. Bathroom had obviously peeling paint in few spots, not to major degree but wouldn't expect this flaw for level of hotel and price.

We liked that we could leave our big Hiking backpacks x 4 at the hotel so we didn't have to carry the heavy packs around the city while we waited until it was time to head to the airport to board our flight to Auckland.

On the Booking.com website it stated that there was no toaster ocen microwave etc. I would have been more helpful if we had known there was a toaster and an iven in our rooms!

Great central location. nicely appointed and comfortable bed. Great kitchen facility

Could perhaps manage the car parking better. We came back mid evening to find all spaces taken bar one which had not enough room as the car had parked on the line. Clearly the person parked there was not a guest as they would have known whose car it was. Did receive a refund of a nights parking.

We were upgraded to an apartment,which had oven,d/wash &dryer,full fridge. It was a very clever design. Spotless clean , comfortable king bed. Location was excellent, walking distance to numerous restaurants and cafe and shops. Car parks were limited so pre booking would be advisable. Highly recommend.

Location. Close to everything we needed walking distance to food places and Trafalgar square. I paid for parking but wasn't able to fit by the time I got back. So they gave me an extra night parking free.

Go with credit card or they ask for $200 upfront before you get your key. But I did get my $200 back by lunchtime of my check out.
