Easy, friendly check-in at reception and a cosy, clean, conventional room with a lovely little patio to sit outside but facing a carpark and back of the hotel building. Basic amenities with a super comfy beds and great shower with good water pressure and little bathroom condiments which was nice. Overall we enjoyed our overnight stay.

I had small children and an elderly family member with me, so the stairs weren't ideal and quite narrow to walk up and down on. The rubbish bin was very small and we couldn't place much rubbish inside it at all. . A bigger bin for a small family would be more ideal rather than a small bathroom sized one. Also, there wasn't enough dishes or cutlery to use. Only one teaspoon to share between us and no plates. . Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thank-you :-)

The beds are huge and super comfy, location is convenient, pool was warm and clean, had kitchen, cleaners were really friendly.

Carpet was a bit worn. Upon checkin the 2 girls were doing something on the computer together and left me standing at counter completely ignored. They could have looked at me and said they would just be a minute. First day we took towels out to swim and they didn’t replace more to the room, had to ask for some more.

Nice clean room. Good facilities - Has everything you need. Fridge/microwave/tea&coffee etc. Bed was comfy, everything was clean.

Not great when it comes to parking, pretty confined spaces but do-able. Staff didn't engage at all. It was merely a a transaction to them. No "welcome" or "are you here for work or personal - Here's some attractions in Nelson." It was just, here's you key, here's your room, Thanks. And when checking out it was "Your all good to go" from the manager and that was it. I'm not a smoker, but thought it was unusual that part of the smokers area is next to the gas bottles out the back of the rooms. Bathroom has frosted glass but is facing the restaurant so not ideal if you don't want people watching your silhouette while showering.

Comfortable and warm rooms with kitchen facilities. We had breakfast at the restaurant on one of the mornings which was tasty and good service especially as it was busy. 5mins drive in to Nelson - good location.

We had booked two studio rooms for 4 people and got given rooms on opposite sides of the hotel which didn’t make much sense as it was one booking. We arrived late to find a school party had taken over most of the hotel & had some entertainment going on in the conference room which was below one of our rooms. Thankfully the party wrapped up by 10.30pm so didn’t disturb us too much but would have been nice to have been informed when we made the booking & to have put us in rooms close to each other and on the quieter side of the hotel.

We were upgraded due to our first room being dirty and smelling. But our new room was a lovely spacious unit with a full kitchen. There is an amazing pool that the kids loved with a bbq area and a laundry, which was cheap to use.

We requested no service each day (4 nights) apart from towels. We left our pile of towels out the door with the sign but unfortunately, I had to follow up towels and bathmats on 2 days and our 3rd day our dish cloth etc was taken away but not replaced. Just small things which can be easily addressed. Parking was another thing sometimes you couldn't park outside your unit. Again we still managed to park inside the facility tho.

The location is perfect. The room was HUGE as we had a 3 bedroom 2 x bathroom room 20. It's just awesome. 2 private balconies and a spa bath. Large fridge. Great kitchen. Highly recommended.

The only thing missing was electric blankets and extra blankets. An extra mirror in the middle room would be very handy also. There was some road noise in the morning, but if you asked for a back room there would be no noise. Really great hotel.

We had a free upgrade from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom apartment. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Great location and very handy to have the restaurant on site. Dinner was great.

Quite a bit of noise from laundry facilities behind the apartment and delivery trucks parking right outside our apartment early in the morning, so not the greatest sleep unfortunately.

Probably the cleanest place I have stayed. I couldn't fault it at all' Room was very well appointed and no stains or marks on furniture. Sheets were pristine. Very well appointed room. Parking was easy and I parked just outside my room. The restaurant were extremely efficient and my breakfast was ready in minutes so I felt I had plenty of time. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk into town so very close to amenities.

While the walls are definitely soundproofed I had a very loud snorer next door the first night and I could hear him through the wall. If I could make a small point - the reception team could possibly have been a bit more smiley and friendly. I felt my welcome was a little too reserved. Polite though.

Very clean and cozy little hotel, so worth the price.

About a 12 minute walk from all the restaurants, which didn't bother us hut FYI. The parking for the unit we got was also very cramped and had our jutting out all night. The partition in the tub didn't come out far enough, spraying the floor everytime we showered. The bathrooms exhaust was also not strong enough for the steam and it took ages for the mirror to unfog. All minor things in the grand scheme of things but can be a bit annoying. But for the price, I'd still come back 😂

Room size was great and clean

Small uncomfortable double beds and stupidly small tv, Also felt humiliated at the reception when I was told that I had to pass over my visa details as a bond in case we left any odors or cooking smells in the room or pay up additional $200 bond in cash or eftpos.pissed me off more since I had paid my accommodation in advance and we didn't have a kitchen facilities anyway' Receptionist wouldn't accept my visa/debit card or my MasterCard card.wish I had of known this in advance as I would have gone elsewhere rather than felt like a second hand citizen.we were so upset that we cancelled our restaurant bookings at the in-house flame restaurant and went to another restaurant for our meals and breakfasts of the course of our stay
