The property is in a great spot so nice to be right by the lake and not have to get over the road. The guy that we dealt with was awesome really accomodating and informative. The rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh towels and restocked. The room was quiet and airy. Nice to have the spa on the balcony. Easy to check in and made our stay stress free.

We were a family of 4 and the two kids had to share a double pull out bed. This meant that when the kids went to sleep we had no tv in our room to watch tv and chill. The last night we got a takeaway and eating in the room was difficult as the only seating in the room was the bed. The only other thing was apart from the rail outside on the balcony there was no where to hang wet towels and togs from being at the lake… really needed a clothes horse or something.

The service attitude of the hotel is very friendly. The front desk staff paid attention to the needs of the remarks. The room facilities are relatively complete.Plenty of parking spaces are available, and it's close to the lake and business district.

The main private SPA does not allow you to see the lake view from the SPA pool, and the massage function of the SPA pool is out of order. The hotel has a long history. Although it was renovated in 2014, the traces of time can still be seen. There are flaws in the hygiene and cleanliness. The WIFI password book that the staff specifically informed was dirty and had oil stains and hair left on it.

Very large room, friendly and helpful staff, good location, comfy bed, generous with toiletries and coffee etc. in room, easy check in and check out, free parking right outside the entrance

Our room had no opening windows and was quite dark all day due to the tinted windows which I don't think was mentioned in the room description and I had trouble finding enough lighting to do my makeup but it still had a lovely lake views and I would still stay in this room again.

Spacious and comfortable room with spa, a little dated but had everything you needed for a short stay. Nice big comfy bed.

Other than a good-sized wardrobe there was no storage for your clothes whatsoever. No shelves, No drawers anywhere, other than one shallow drawer either side of the bed. No luggage rack either, so had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. Same in the bathroom however there was ample bench space there.

We had a suite which we had not asked for but it worked well. there was also a spa on part of the balcony area which was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room were spacious. The location was handy to town. There was free parking beside the hotel for our car.

I asked for a hotel that did breakfast but it doesn't do it everyday here which we had not expected so the first day we went into town for breakfast at Dixie Browns which was a nice meal.

Room was massive, bed/pillows extremely comfortable, location was great for us (southern end close to motorway), room was very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom was very small, no room for toilet bags and only one person could use at a time. Cafe is only open for breakfast and lunch, however we did walk down the road to the Millennium which wasn't too far. We were expecting something a bit more upmarket due to the Cove's reputation and cost of the room - were disappointed in that regard.

Location was great. Parking on site very easy. Small compact room which met my needs on the night. Bed was very comfortable, and I loved the pillows. Shower had great pressure and the individual toiletries provided were a nice touch. Extremely clean and well-maintained property.

No lift and my room was upstairs, hate having to lug bags upstairs when travelling on my own.

Great location, lovely boutiquey feel, spacious room and comfy beds. Our room was roadside but the soundproofing was excellent and we didn't notice any noise. Didn't try the cafe but the menu looked nice.

It was a little strange to have kitchen amenities but no sink to rinse dishes and no table to eat at. The shower was also blocked so ended up standing in a puddle.

The size & layout of the room, the comfort of the beds, the outdoor balcony, the private jacuzzi, the amount of towels provided. Have to say the stand outs were the sound proofed room & the amount of channels provided. I was actually able to watch a couple of great movies & documentaries while on holiday thanks to providing so many channels.

Couldn't fault anything.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure that your stay was a memorable one. The photos on booking. Com regarding the room were exactly what the room was. We would definitely recommend the cove to others.

There was nothing we didn't like the room was perfect and so was the veiw. Nice peaceful location.
