The view from our accomodation was incredible Location was perfect, close to the vineyard and in walking distance Friendly staff Lovely clean site Spacious living area

Kids weren't too keen on the pool as they said was a bit cold Only 4 chairs round the table but 5 lots of cutlery and crockery Incorrect check in times on booking.com used winter check in with closure at 6pm rather than summer which was 8pm this caused us to miss out on glacier viewing en route and a rush on the journey from westport

The unit we stayed in was absolutely spotless, I don't think I've ever stayed in a more clean and tidy holiday home and park in my life. They also had proper blackout curtains which made for a dark room at night, and the beds were so well made with comfortable duvets and bedding etc. Our kids also loved the park, and it was in good view from our family room. Unfortunately we only stayed the night on our way home from our original holiday, but we definitely will be returning! In summer when the water slides are open! We also loved the location, it was a quiet rural setting, and the lake was literally only a couple of minutes drive away. Definitely can't wait to return!

We stayed at multiple accommodations along our trip and this was one of the nicer ones. The staff were really friendly and accommodating when we were coming from Fox Glacier but decided to take a detour to Queenstown before checking in on late arrival. The room was comfortable and spacious and the facilities were very clean. My children enjoyed the playground for the short time we were there. They didn't get to experience the pool as we left early the next morning but they did go have a look and said it looked like a nice pool. This is an awesome well maintained holiday park we will definitely book here again if we come to the south island again.

What a beautiful surprise - the family unit was much more than we had hoped for - all of us, including the children, were really impressed with the rooms, layout, facilities and the warm, comfortable spaces. Massive thanks for making this one-nighter in Wānaka an awesome experience. Ka rawe! We know we will be back again sometime, but next time for much longer.

That we were only staying one night.... and we will plan a summer stay next time so we can check the pool and water slide out!

Lovely staff and great location.

Noisy neighbours on the last two nights. The neighbours outside ranch slider was at the head of my bed and as they had guests coming and going until late, sleep was impossible. On the last night they smoked fish on their deck and the smell in my unit was awful. The layout of your units is not good if neighbours are inconsiderate like these guys were.

Spacious, two bedrooms plus living area plus kitchen. Natural light. Pleasant surroundings - our cabin looked out on lawns and a view of mountains. Comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities. Could park right outside. Staff very helpful and rang us when we let them know we would get there late.

I would have given a higher rating overall except that the bathroom was quite basic, small and pokey, no room for toilet bags etc. No mixer tap on sink and hot water was HOT! Odd shower/bath cubicle with a light over it. No shops etc within walking distance.

A good amount of space in all rooms, clean and well presented bathroom and kitchen, comfy bed and plenty warm enough with heaters in each room as required. The kids loved the trampoline and playground.

The location is a bit out of town but close enough to walk if you're keen and you pass #thatwanakatree along the way. You're on the right side of town to access Treble Cone and Wildwire.

Warm little room with heater blasting. Location was very handy and far enough out of main wanaka to not be crowded. Never actually met any staff but were super helpful with late checj in and early check out.

Shower didnt go hot till i turned on all the showers in the block. when i went to turn other off to not be wasteful mine went cold again so i had to leave them all running to have a hot shower.

Great place to stay! Family friendly, nice and clean, everything we needed great park for the kids to play at!

The kids bunks in our room were very squeaky. Probably just need the screws tightened on them as whenever the kids rolled over etc the bed would squeak. Other than that it was great

Really nice place. Had everything you need. Lovely well equipped kitchen. Clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of parking. Great staff. Had a problem locking and unlocking doors but the staff were so prompt and solved the issue immediately ! Thank you Charlotte ! Good value for money. Very comfortable stay !

None. Just that if possible the bathroom could be modernized.
