The apartment worked well for our family and having the pool access so close was perfect. The garage provided what we needed for storgae of bikes etc as well. The bay window seat was a big favourite for all of us too - a coveted spot for reading whenever we were at the apartment. Well equipped kitchen and having a nice table to be able to sit together was great.

The knives weren't very good for cutting -not sharp enough for slicing tomoatoes etc. Having some way of cooling upstairs. We love summer and heat but it was very stuffy upstairs even with windows open and the fan in one room operating making it difficult to get a decent sleep.

The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and well equipped for making light meals. The bathroom had a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and the rare power plug/ mirror combination. There was a grass and seating area off the bedroom . The apartments are located in a residential area and are set up as duplexes with a common entrance. Mine had a ground floor 1 bedroom unit next to a two story multi-bedroom unit. The units were connected by a shared wall with a connecting door and could be rented together for as larger group.

No matter how beautiful and well located a place may be it’s only as good as the neighbors. My stay was made less enjoyable by the kids next door slamming the door every time they went in and out, the party group of women celebrating by the pool until after 11:00 pm ( even though the apartment has quiet hours and a disturbance fee), and someone blasting music, also after 11:00 pm. The reception was never staffed whole I was there. There was a phone on the desk to call.

The location is great for Cardrona or TC skiers/boarders and it is a very quiet neighborhood - a blocks walk from the lake and less than 10 minutes walk along the lake to the centre of town. The apartment is easy to heat and comes with underfloor heating in the bathroom which makes for toasty feet. Easy to light gas fireplace for ambience and the communal outdoor fire and pizza oven and spa is a wonderful alternative for guests to use if you want to stay in the outdoors for longer. Everything worked and was clean.

Our bed was rather creaky which sometimes disturbed us when we rolled over in bed. We did leave a note for this to be addressed which was attended to and did make that nights sleep much better however, the noise slowly returned and by the last night it was back to how it was at the start. Other than this little hiccup - our stay was wonderful.

Good location. Great open plan living.

The rooms were very hot upstairs at night even with the windows open. Kitchen needs to be better stocked and include an oven glove. Our TV reception needed fixing.

Space, layout and cosy

Hot and sticky at night as no air con and only one little fan for a large 2 bed house... Stayed in quite a few queentown places with air con and it makes all the difference

This is a full-service, two-bedroom apartment, kitchen, sitting room, etc. There is nothing negative to say about this place. The apartment itself was great - roomy, fully equipped, clean. Staff, all of them, were fantastic - best ever, they couldn't do enough for us. Swimming pool on site. Our first thought when booking was that it was a pretty expensive place to stay, but it was honestly worth it. Many thanks to Alex and the team!

Stayed in a one bedroom ground floor apartment. We visited in the middle of winter and when I saw the heating in the apartment, I was worried I would be cold however the apartment warmed up quickly and was fine. The electric blanket was great. The apartment had everything you need for a stay. Staff were very friendly.

If you are walking, the apartments are a little further out of town than I anticipated. The walk to to and from town is fine however you will be walking through a field if you take the quickest route. It was fine for us but if you are a little less mobile, this could be an issue for you.

Spacious living areas and bedrooms plus the ensuites meant we felt comfortable with 3 adults and a child for the week. Quiet complex and didn’t feel too busy. Staff were very friendly. Nice showers and bathrooms, property was well maintained, adequate cooking facilities and equipment and coffee machine was a nice touch too. Overall a very comfortable stay and we felt good value.

Servicing was a little hit and miss and the hot tub needed draining and cleaning - wasn’t cleaned during the week we were there.

The apartment was warm, spacious and very comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace. The kitchen had a good supply of utensils etc so made cooking very easy which was great after being in a hotel and eating out for a week.

We were very excited about the Miele coffee machine but unfortunately the coffee was not to our liking so we didn't use it and housekeeping didn't restock our tea so went without a cuppa on our final morning which was disappointing. The spa pool was barely warm on our final night which the kids loved but not enjoyable for the adults.

Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Walk to the lake was 5-10 minutes and downtown was 15-20 minute walk. Both walks are nice walks. Walk to town is along a park with lake views the whole way so we preferred walking than driving. Overall, a good stay.

I thought it was a bit weird that they didn't provide hot pads for taking things out of the oven. I just used one of the towels so it was fine but I thought it was weird.
