Room was bigger than expected. Had washer in bathroom. Kitchen was very useful for cooking. We loved the big windows that opened onto a balcony. Also, the location was very quiet and safe with a bonus of a small shopping center with grocery, bakery etc near Toyen Metro Station. Many stores and close to rail to airport.

The instructions say that if you stay 3 days or more, there would be maid service. We did not have anyone change sheets or towels in the 8 days. Not sure why. There is only a telephone in the front lobby to check in and you make your own key. The process was a little awkward for people who haven’t dealt with that before.

It was a spacious room. It is an appartment with a small kitchen and you can also book this hotel with families. It was a nice place and I'm happy to come back.

Checking in is an absolute disaster....... First you have to call the reception. After that you need to pay and when that is successful you can hold a card on a machine and you are checked in. The problem is: the reception is somewhere else (most likely India). So the payment wasn't a success because their payment machine didn't work and I had to wait for almost an hour. At the moment I was getting angry and a nice person for housekeeping helped me. That was the only bad thing btw.

this is a great property with a good location; well cared for and the room was perfect for a relatively short stay. attractive decor; nice little kitchenette. nearby restaurants, stores, outdoor places to eat,

arrival was a problem; not just for me but for others. you are supposed to enter the property and dial the phone to get access to your room but that is not immediately clear and reaching the party on the phone is a little problematic and there is an office nearby but again no sign so you dont know the office is there when you have a problem with access; taxis dont seem to be sure how to get there; had multiple problems with that which then contributed to me not knowing how to access building....when you get the person on the phone for access they seem too busy for you...access to someone with a friendly attitude on the property would be helpful.

The apartment had just one window and there were very little amount of airflow, if hot outside the apartment can become very much hot and you have to switch on a ventilator to have a little air flowing; some people from nearby rooms have been smoking despite the no-smoking policy and we had the smell coming in our room during the night; parking space is around 20€ per day therefore it is not free

The apartment was bigger and nicer than we expected, the bathroom had towels, hairdryer and heated floor. Located a few minutes from all the subway lines stop and 2 stops from the central station. we could check in at the reception, it was easy and we had also received indications by email on how to get to the place.

Check-out being at noon, our keys were deactivated at 11.30 and we came back rushing at 11.40 just to pick up our stuff from the room and we could not get in, we had to call someone and it took a long time. the keys should be active until check out time

The apartment is definitely more clean than the Anker apartment. The kitchen is well equipped - even has a kettle and a microwave. would go there any time again

Please inform your visitors to cook with using the hood. The building-wide fire alarm early in the morning are just annoying (i know it is not your fault, but the more often i stay in such big buildings the more I get angry at people who cannot cook carefully and i will eventually end up booking bed and breakfasts outside town in small houses as during every stay so far i was woken up by a fire alarm and it contradicts the purpose of a holiday -.-

Comfortable beds. Good location close to the cozy Kampen district, only about 300m to a nice bakery called Håndbakt. Very quiet neighbourhood, we slept with the window open, no noise from the other guests either, felt very private.

Some small details could be improved. For example was there no light that would have been suitable for reading. Too little racks etc. to hang clothes and wet towels (classic issue with most accommodations though...). A glass shelf right above the tiny sink in the bathroom that made it almost impossible to wash face etc.

Large comfortable apartment, access to balcony. All in a pretty old brick building. I recommend staying here. We were upgraded to a larger room which was very kind. Very close to toyen station. Access to TV, washing machine, microwave, kettle, stove, also body soap included. Clean and nice accommodation.

The self check in and check out process should have been explained more thoroughly in a message prior to arrival. Was unclear what I needed to do to check out. Also the rooms did not have cleaning brush for cleaning dishes, which would be better.

There is a kitchenette (sink, fridge, hob, microwave, kettle) so it’s helpful to make simple dinner. I don’t have to spend loads to go for dinner in Oslo. It was very close to a tube station and a budget supermarket (REMA 1000) so we did have some cheap shopping trip there.

I didn’t know it was an attic room until we received it so the size was smaller than it could be. The kitchen’s fuse was out for 30 minutes but we had to wait for the receptionist, who lives far away from the hotel, to come and fix it hence we couldn’t cook our dinner on time.

Overall price/quality is ok for Oslo. Place itself is great, since its quiet and there is no problem to get to center by walk.

We've arrived a bit before(3-4 hours) check-in, asked staff if its possible to leave backpack somewhere, and our request was rejected. Also for some reason we've been charged with deposit the first time we've been in this hotel. But I havent seen any information in booking that I should leave any deposit. That is quite strange. Too dark in rooms, it would be great to have more light.
