Room is a good size, looks very nice. Location not bad. The main positive is breakfast. Best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel. I have traveled lots. Breakfast definitely is 10/10.

My husband asked about coffee in the lobby…was told that in the lobby coffee and tea was included/free but it isn’t. In comparison I think the price is too high for the stay. Staff could be more welcoming. One of the lights didn’t work in the room. Someone left gum next to the lamp and it was not cleaned.

Nice spacious rooms, breakfast was also excellent. The parking area was good, but the prices are not the same as the ones indicated on the information from the hotel, the company charges more.But I highly recommend the hotel to spend the night for a few days. 😊

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. There was dust in the toilet in visible places, which stays there for a long time in visible places, and for that amount, a long period should have passed since the last cleaning.Also the next day they didn't clean our room properly, they just picked up the trash, there were marks on the floor everywhere, nothing was cleaned also the toilet floor.

Property is kept in good shape. Seems like recently renovated. Breakfast is really good with options that are kids friendly. There is metro station about 10 min walk from the hotel from where all connections can be taken to the touristic side of the city.

Toilet / bathroom needs a face over. Also we noticed that cleaning is not dont on daily basis unless requested. Not sure if this is a common thing but more focus should be put on this.

From check-in to check-out it was an amazingly pleasant experience. Very specious room, amazing 😍 breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Locations was also good, just a few minutes walk to the Helsfyr Metro station, and the Flybussen airport transfer bus stop is also just a few minutes walk. Very large Kids play room on the ground floor, with toys, coloring pages and color pencils to keep the kids happy for hours. We really enjoyed our time at Scandic Helsfyr, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oslo.

The staff was more than welcoming and kind, they had special attentions for our children that we truly appreciated. There is a playground on the grounf floor, they have been offered an ici cream at our arrival, they dont pay for the evening buffet ( under 6y)... everything is made for familles! The breakfast is amazing ! Besides, the room was large, confortable.and clean.

It was a bit tricky to find out where and how to pay for the parking. ( we got a fine to pay....) More precise informations May have been given...

Fantastic breakfasts and a good interior. The hotel is located not far from the metro station — the quiet district near the stadium. You can buy some snacks and drinks in the lobby.

There were no cosmetics in the room except soap and shampoo. No teeth paste, no teeth brushes. No sleepers (the floor is cold). The heating is only with air conditioning, and you can't open the window. You have to take everything with you if you want to have comfort.

The size of the room was very good. The breakfast is really really nice and worthy and the internet worked perfectly. The staff was really nice and they even gave a gift for the kids. We really enjoyed the complimentary glögg with cookies available at the entrance.

The room was a bit cold if compared with the rest of the places we have been in Norway. We are vegetarians and the menu at the restaurant downstairs was really poor. We had to go out to find something to eat. TV in Norwegian only ( few channels in Swedish and Finish too, thats it)

- breakfast should start earlier on weekend, as the hotel was really crowded. 5 buses and everybody at 7:30 breakfast was a nightmare. - parking was a challenge. Not enough parking for such a large hotel

Breakfast was great and plentiful, staff was very helpful. The building was a bit difficult to find at first, but it's actually very close to the metro station. Crib for our baby was provided on request for free.

The room was a bit small and the air condition did not work, or maybe I failed to figure out how it functioned - it would be helpful to add instructions.

Hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful & welcoming. Very clean hotel, with an amazing choice at breakfast time. Even though its not the best location would definitely Choose to stay again as hotel & staff so lovely.

Location good for football ground but not near to anything else really unless you want to travel by bus or metro
