1. Staff. From check-in till check-out time all my contacts with the personel was pleasant and positive. The staff is helpful and polite. My requests was completed quickly and friendly. 2. Location. Good modern district of Manila. Huge shopping center nearby. A lot of restarants in foodcourt area nearby. And of course 7-Eleven only 50 meters far from the backdoor of the hotel. 3. We took 2-bedroom appartments because I treveled with my family (4 persons). There was one bedroom with bathroom for adults and one bedroom with two separate beds for kids. There was a big living room with the kitchen and aditional toilet. Kithen contein all that is needed, refregarator, dinnerware, even washing machine. Conditioners and TV in every room. I think, this appartments is most convinient for the families. 4. Breakfast and dining. A lot of dishes, good choise for breakfast and during the day. Perfect choise of wine, I didn't see on Philippines like in this hotel. 5. Swimming-pool. Located on the third floor it is on the terrase. Even on the very hot days water stays not so hot and very refreshing. I liked this hotel so much so we even stayed there on our way back for the second time.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. Only one thing to improve. The water in the Swimming-pool was a little bit muddy.

I expected something minimal for breakfast because it was "continental" however they exceeded my expectations. It was a great breakfast to say the least. The pool was also very nice. It was half covered to avoid sun burn during the hot sunny days and it was also long enough to swim laps which was nice for cardio.

The glass shower door was missing from the bathroom in the main bedroom and was replaced with a shower curtain. The floor puddled up while showering and I needed to put a towel down to avoid slipping and falling.

I was utterly disgusted at how they treat me and my family from the moment we walked in.! All the staff are too friendly! We are not here to make friends, so why are they too happy to serve us? From the moment we checked in, we were supposed to carry our heavy luggage to our room because we are so used to some hotels leaving us alone, not looking after us and all, but for some reason, this bell boy just happily helped us and carried all of our things to our room and assisted us nicely! Who does he think he is making our family happy and comfortable? The room is especially too spacious and clean! It's definitely more than what I payed for, I didn't asked for this! We even have a surprise complimentary wine and cookies! ( since it's our wedding anniversary ), which was really uncalled for! And what's up with the room amenities? Are they expecting us to live here? It feels like it's too homey! The living area is huge! The bedrooms are too! The kitchen and dining area are even complete with all the utilities and utensils and it even has a washing machine, and all! Aren't I supposed to check out the other hotel amenities? I can't leave the room now since it's too cozy! I especially HATE how our kids feels like they'd love to live here! How are we supposed to go home now? Even my family loves the food so much and now we have no choice to come back next time! They set the bar too high for hotels, that if there would be any "value for money" topics about hotels, I have no choice but to say Citadines Millenium now! It's really frustrating! Now, I can't even try booking on other hotels anymore because my family likes it here!

We checked in late at 7pm. Front desk guy Paul i think is very nice and cordial. The hotel went out of their way to even have balloons, a gift and a Happy Birthday sign for my daughter. I got a 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing!!! The facilities are awesome even with a washing machine and a complete kitchenette. The sheets are clean. The shampoo and conditioner are soft on my hair. Breakfast is a hybrid. You order a main course but all the other aide dishes are buffet! The pool is not big, but perfect for leisure swimming. Internet is stable too.

Downsides - aircon is too cold for me even if i live in usa lol The fitness center could have a sauna. They dont.

ordered room service and since vegetarian I ordered a cesear salad and they added bacon. when i explained that I don’t eat bacon, he just said it’s not too much scrape it off. it was everywhere! and that is when they came 20 minutes late to my room. they then said ok we will send up fruit tomorrow (like that helped) but didn’t even do that. not impressed.

All was good except that on your site was written that the Covid-19 PCR test is a must to stay in your hotel. I did it and was stressed that it was not older than 48 hours as my travel was about 24 hours door-to-door. Well, when I came, nobody asked for it as obviously it was not needed. Could you please update your instructions when you send such information to the costumers? I also wrote to the desk staff to clarify this requirement but I never receive any response.

There was some confusion during online booking. I guess the Booking.com site stated that the taxi pick-up was free, but when I corresponded with the hptel, they said it was not free. I don't know if the problem is with the Booking.co site or th hotel, which leaves me in doubt. Also, it was difficult to speak on phone with the hotel. It was more correspondence through email.

Overall, we had a great, relaxing stay: – Check-in and check-out procedures were hassle-free. – Room is spacious with well-equipped kitchen and private bathroom. – Kitchen had complete equipment, utensils, and supplies (including dishwashing liquid and sponge). It even had complimentary 5 gallons of drinking water. – Bed was comfortable. – Daily housekeeping was available. – Breakfast buffet table was available for salad, soup, bread, cereal, and fruits. – Room service for lunch/dinner was great (good serving size and taste). – All the staff are friendly, including the security guard who helped us unload/load luggage from/to the car.

Just some minor points for improvement (which did not heavily affect our stay): – Bedroom: There was a faint odor in the area near the AC. – Bedroom: The door in our room needs a hard push to activate its lock and also to open it. – Bathroom: The bidet's pressure is too strong and cannot be adjusted. – Service: I am not sure if the staff were busy at the moment, but when I asked for plug adapter for the electric kettle, it didn't come. – Breakfast: Ala carte menu variety could be improved.

When it came to check out, I got a reminder from the reception at 10:30AM and another knock on the door at 11:15AM. It seems the staff are eager to get their guests out as early as possible

Everything was great. The service was great. The rooms were constantly kept in good shape, and the service was exceptional. Staff were pleasant. I definitely recommend Citadines Millennium to travellers. Both business and family.
