We absolutely loved everything about the apartment. Very clean, very comfortable and stylish, you can find anything that you may need during your visit. We loved that it is right in a beautiful park just next to Wawel Castle. The lady that gave us the instractions for the check in was very helpful and when we needed to ask something about the house, the gentleman that we talked to, was very polite. The location is just perfect -you could walk and within ten to fifteen minutes you can be in the heart of the old town, or in Kazimierz. We hope that we will visit amazing Krakow soon and we will definitely choose to stay to WillaWawel again. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgetable.

I recently stayed at an apartment hotel in Krakow with my wife and daughter for 5 nights, and it felt like a home away from home. The hotel was impeccably clean, and they thoughtfully provided all the necessary appliances. The fully equipped kitchen was a delightful surprise, making our stay even more comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding location, which is incredibly close to the old city and Wawel castle. We could easily explore the historic charm of Krakow without any hassle. Moreover, the hosts were incredibly helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made our visit truly special. Amazing location and the apartament was beautifull. It was vèry clean also. Rally do recommend this place.

We had technical difficulties with air con and windows. Air con was set to heat windowns wouldnt open apartament was way to hot coming up to 27 degrees. When mentioned to staff this issue wasnt resolved unfortunately. Which was little disillusioned we really enjoyed our stay there apart from this issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the castle and the old town, which made exploring the city really easy. The apartment itself was beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, and tastefully decorated. We felt right at home. The customer service was excellent as well, with quick responses to any questions or requests, usually within minutes. We highly recommend staying here!

I loved the appartement and it's location in the most charming and luxurious corner of Cracovie. Most of all the service at the LoftAffair is absolutely excellent, fantastic people with positive attitude ready to help. The place was very clean and well equipped. The rooms were very nicely decorated and of high quality. Definitely will come back again. I also recommend the location near Kanoniczna street and near the Wawel Castle. It is much more peaceful and absolutely stunning.

Very clean and big, close to the city centre, to the river, very close to the castle, modern, safe and quiet. 2 rooms. Shower room and toilet are separated. There is a lift in the building. Immediate communication from the staff.

Was not ready to the morning sun through windows in the ceiling. Covers were smaller than blankets. To turn on microwave, you need to lower your head due to sloped ceiling (I’m 170cm).

The apartment is beautiful and extremely clean. I loved the view of the palace through the roof window, it gives the place a charm, the value is great and the location is exceptional. The hosts are attentive and respond quickly, I definitely recommend them.

unacceptable lack of blinds on the windows. At this time of year, the light peeks into the room as early as 5 a.m. Edited 3 weeks later. 16 days passed before the required deposit of PLN 700 was returned.

I would recommend putting a sign up to indicate where the apartments are as their are no staff onside and the check in process was a bit complicated
