- Located withing walking distance to Krakow old town Square (1.3km) and inside the Jewish quarter. - Good value from the quite cheap price that we paid. - We found the beds to be okay, but for some people the matress and pillow may be too soft. - The room was clean for the most part, but don't expect too much attention to detail. - The girl that was at the reception was kind enough to lend us an iron free of charge and give us new toilet paper and towels when asked.

- The walls are pretty thin and not soundproof, you could hear people walking and talking down the hallway. We didn't have incidents with loud people late at night like some of the reviews we read, keep in mind that it's a Hostel and many people, especially young people, come and go all the time. - Although we could tell that the bathroom towels were clean, they still had stains so we asked for new ones.

Clean and empty rooms (privat 2 bed). New bathroom. Nice location, near grocery shop, cafe.. Walking distance from the city centre. Near bus, train, tram stop. Because we have arrived late, they send us exact instructions how to access the room. Quick response to any question you send them.

Just a little uncomfortable beds (matterace). But still ok. For 4 nights we have just one towel for each person. Because it is near the railway you should have ear plugs - they have it also in reception.

The staff is very responsible and communicative with fast responding and good explanations of everything you need. We came late at night and they tell us what is the best choice for transport and even for their schedule and how is the easiest way to come there. Good equipped kitchen with free milk, coffee and tea. Hairdryer, iron, toilet paper always you can find at the reception. Walkable distance to old town and main bus and train station within 25-30 minutes.

Mattress was in not so good condition, and pillows could be better

I liked the location, very close to the city center. Found a rock bar just 350m away. We also liked that it has own parking. I requested a parking place big enough to park our combi car. The one given (Parking number1) was, not only small, but crossed with a building colummn so, impossible for us to park there. It could be good enough for a Smart or a Mini, but not for ours. Fortunately, the other places were empty so I parked nicely in another spot. We also liked that the kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The bathroom was clean and renovated and also it was good that it has a fridge in the room! And also something very important, our room had 10 or even more electrical outlets!! We could charge all our devices without issues!

The kitchen facilities were good in general. But, having a table for just 4 people and, for a place receiving many travellers, the kitchen can get packed at times. Some people might not like the type of unpersonal dealing with the hostel but, it may be also one of the reasons why it has an affordable price. The beds could also be a bit more comfortable.

The room was simple, as expected, but clean with private bathroom and fridge. The location is near the tram station and a shopping mall in the Kazimierz district. There was a shared kitchen with different facilities (e.g. microwave, electric kettle). Being in a hostel I didn't expect housekeeping (cleaning in the room, changing towels), but others might not be aware of this

There were some loud guests in the hostel and the room walls are thin. There was a single occasion I didn't have hot water when showering, but it was not repeated

I liked that there was a mini fridge and a private bathroom in the room!! They also provide cornflakes, milk, tea, and coffee all the time in the shared kitchen. Everything was really clean and felt safe. The self-check-in and check-out are nice options, given that we got to the hostel pretty late and had no trouble entering the codes. It is a walking distance to the city center (around 15 minutes) but you also have the option to take the tram that stops within a 1 minute walking distance.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom all the time, but they provided an air freshener that helped a little. We had a problem with our keys (they got stuck on the door) but reception handled it perfectly offering a place to keep our belongings given that maintenance would only come by in the morning (this happened at 9 or 10 pm so understandable).

Clean, comfortable and in a good location. We were also allowed to store our luggage before checking in.

The listing says that we can store our luggage after check-out, but there was no staff at the reception on the weekend so we could not store our bags in the end. After calling the customer hotline, we were told to liaise with the cleaning staff ourselves if we wanted to store our luggage. But as the person on the phone didnt know the cleaning staff’s working hours, we decided to just bring our bags along with us.

It was very clean, I especially liked the bathroom facilities. I liked the point that there are fridges in each room. The reception and the area around it on the ground floor had the welcoming atmosphere and I felt safe to stay there with my friends.

It was a bit cold in our room even though the heater was turned on, it was bearable with two blankets.

The location is very good - quiet place in the yard without street noise, in the walking distance from the old city; shops and bars/restaurants around. Triple room is not that big, but quite good and clean for the hostel, clean kitchens with all necessary appliances. Basic, but comfy beds, private bathroom - everything worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is the soundproof inside, but for the hostel format - really good.

Neighbours woke us up quite early, not the ***** soundproof)). In total: we liked the accomodation.

Very clean hostel with new bathroom. The first room had a cigarette smoke, but the girl from reception gave us a new room where everything was good. I was pleasantly surprised by a totally new bathroom. Also, the heater worked and it help to regulate the temperature inside.
