I had a great experience staying at this hostel. The location is fantastic—you can easily walk to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. I was also impressed with the bathroom; it was brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, quickly addressing all our requests. The breakfast was another highlight—great value for money! The food was delicious, and it was served in a beautiful café near the hostel.

The kitchen was a common area so it was messy but I guess we were not very lucky with our fellow guests. Also it could be very loud there.

The room was nice and clean, and spacious, the kitchen is stocked well for things you need to cook. The rooms were warm, which is great after you have been to Auschwitz, Birkenau and the Salt Mines all in one day and are cold to the bone. The beds were not the comfiest, but sufficient, pillows were soft and fluffy, and the duvets are good. The location of Moon is really good, right near a tram stop, however we didn't hear the trams or trains on a night.

The mattresses were a little thin and hard, but they were good for your back after a long day walking!! 🤣 It might not be what you want, but it is deffo what you need 😂

Clean and comfortable, recently renovated bathrooms/ensuites which is very nice. I was a solo female traveller checking in at dinner time when it was dark, and it was a bit spooky as the area was quite dark and there’s no receptionist on 24/7. But am told Krakow is a safe city.

Maybe a better system for luggage storage - I booked this hostel last minute leaving another hostel where I’d had a bad experience, and luggage storage was essential for me. However because it’s self-service I had to ring a remote receptionist who had to ring me back, and in the end I had to leave my bag behind the reception desk when I left in the morning, until a receptionist arrived. Luckily I had no valuables so I was fine with this.

- Located withing walking distance to Krakow old town Square (1.3km) and inside the Jewish quarter. - Good value from the quite cheap price that we paid. - We found the beds to be okay, but for some people the matress and pillow may be too soft. - The room was clean for the most part, but don't expect too much attention to detail. - The girl that was at the reception was kind enough to lend us an iron free of charge and give us new toilet paper and towels when asked.

- The walls are pretty thin and not soundproof, you could hear people walking and talking down the hallway. We didn't have incidents with loud people late at night like some of the reviews we read, keep in mind that it's a Hostel and many people, especially young people, come and go all the time. - Although we could tell that the bathroom towels were clean, they still had stains so we asked for new ones.

Good location, about 30 mins to walk to the centre of the old town, 10 mins over the river to the area which was previously the Jewish Ghetto & just over the road from the Jewish Quarter, you can reach all of the key areas of the city easily on foot. The room was clean & well appointed, we really liked the fridge in our room. The shared kitchen was clean & well equipped for cooking meals. A great budget option in Krakow, it is basic, but it absolutely does the job for a few nights.

The room and bathroom were new and cleaned. I did reservation for double room, but they give me room for 6...That was private room, I've stayed alone, but that wasn't quite what I've booked.

Common kitchen needs renovation. In addition, heating was closed in room. Thank's God, late evening I understood that something wrong with temperature and figured out how to open. But it helped just a little, as room was big, for 6 person, not 2 as I've booked and expected to get. So I was a little cold.

Clean and empty rooms (privat 2 bed). New bathroom. Nice location, near grocery shop, cafe.. Walking distance from the city centre. Near bus, train, tram stop. Because we have arrived late, they send us exact instructions how to access the room. Quick response to any question you send them.

Just a little uncomfortable beds (matterace). But still ok. For 4 nights we have just one towel for each person. Because it is near the railway you should have ear plugs - they have it also in reception.

The staff is very responsible and communicative with fast responding and good explanations of everything you need. We came late at night and they tell us what is the best choice for transport and even for their schedule and how is the easiest way to come there. Good equipped kitchen with free milk, coffee and tea. Hairdryer, iron, toilet paper always you can find at the reception. Walkable distance to old town and main bus and train station within 25-30 minutes.

Mattress was in not so good condition, and pillows could be better

It is so tidy and clean, the offer extra towels and toilet paper for free, there are two kitchens equipped with everything you need, the place is always heated and warm so it was so comfortable during our stay because it’s so cold right now, they offer a free storage for your luggage after check out and the staff are so nice

Nothing, everything was perfect

I liked the location, very close to the city center. Found a rock bar just 350m away. We also liked that it has own parking. I requested a parking place big enough to park our combi car. The one given (Parking number1) was, not only small, but crossed with a building colummn so, impossible for us to park there. It could be good enough for a Smart or a Mini, but not for ours. Fortunately, the other places were empty so I parked nicely in another spot. We also liked that the kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The bathroom was clean and renovated and also it was good that it has a fridge in the room! And also something very important, our room had 10 or even more electrical outlets!! We could charge all our devices without issues!

The kitchen facilities were good in general. But, having a table for just 4 people and, for a place receiving many travellers, the kitchen can get packed at times. Some people might not like the type of unpersonal dealing with the hostel but, it may be also one of the reasons why it has an affordable price. The beds could also be a bit more comfortable.
