Centrally located comfortable serviced apartment. Well stocked (and restocked when requested). Having stayed in many cities I must say the staff were amazing - above and beyond in terms of friendliness and professionalism.

Lack of English channels on tv although to be honest we were out most of the time so rarely used them.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony. Big windows overlooking a beautiful view of the chapel, and it was perfect. First and foremost, the cleanliness of this place is exceptional—spotless in every detail. The location couldn’t be better, situated right between the Old City and the Jewish Quarter, with everything within walking distance. The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and willingness to assist at any time, making the stay even more enjoyable. I’ve stayed in countless hotels around the world, but this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review. This apartment exceeded all expectations, and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this gem in Krakow.

The location was perfect. Our superior studio was a great size, with very comfortable twin beds and lovely pillows and linen. Slept so well. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and was a great size. The bathroom was large and also had a washer/ dryer. The studio felt warm, welcoming, so comfortable and of excellent quality. Welcome pack on arrival too. The staff are the stars. The most helpful, kind and friendly 24 hr reception team we have experienced. They went above and beyond to help us, to find information, teach us some Polish, book restaurants, recommend tours and sightseeing. Take us to the local shop in the middle of the night to buy a few essentials when our baggage didn’t arrive off the plane!

Great apartments with good value for money. The location is perfect. In the middle between the old town and the Jewish district. The apartment looks amazing, modern and new, with enough space for a family, including many closets for clothes. The kitchen is well equipt (although we didn't cook anything). The reception team is great and so helpful!

We were 5 and it was a bit challenging with only one toilet... Also, I was missing some shelves or surfaces to put things on (like makeup, skin products, and so on. Also, I would put more towel hangers as there was only one. The towel dryer was not enough for 5 people.

The property was in a central location, clean and spacious. We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was very spacious for 8 adults. The apartment was well equipped with plenty of towels, bedding and fantastic seating areas for all of us. The 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower) were well equipped with body wash, shampoo and body wash can be used as bubble bath. I cannot fault the apartment or the staff within the complex. I will definitely be booking these apartments again and I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a fantastic city break apartment.

The room was good and well equipped with almost everything. We had the breakfast and it was too much food for us, in fact we had left overs for lunch. There are lots of places to eat nearby. There is a lift so no need to carry luggage up stairs.

2 things. BEWARE THE BATHROOM. if possible as for a room with a walk in shower. Our room had a shower over the bath. The bath had very high sides and the bathroom floor is slippery when when wet. I fell when getting out of the shower on the wet floor. I fell backwards injuring my back on the toilet and cuts and bruises on my arms and legs. the staff were sympathetic but not too much. Fortunately the hospital said have not broken anything but 5 days later I still have difficulty with my back. second the room had nowhere to put the suitcases you will need to be creative or leave them on the floor

Location was central in old town. Stones throw away from Wawel Castle (you could see the castle from the apartment). Approximately 15 minutes walk to main square and 10 minutes to Jewish quarter. Reception staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to store our bags on check out due to a late afternoon flight. Extremely clean apartment. Tea, coffee, milk, water was provided on arrival. Kitchen area had kettle, oven, hob, toaster, fridge and freezer etc. Bed very comfortable. Also had sofa bed in lounge area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very spacious, modern and well-equipped apartment. Close to old town and castle, Great location! This is a great apartment, the staff in reception were all very nice and spoke great English. We would definitely book Stradonia Apartments again!

It wouldn't put us off booking again however, at 4am Friday morning we had someone banging on the door of the apartment, we think they were possibly on the wrong floor! We felt that a peep hole and an extra turn lock or bolt on the inside of the apartment door would have just given us more peace of mind. This is just a personal preference and as I have stated above would not put us off booking this accommodation again.

The room had everything we needed. Kitchen, laundry facilities and it was comfortable. The security of the hotel was also great. We felt very safe and the church next door was stunning.

We first got a room on the 2nd floor and when we went into the room the bed was sort of a Japanese style on the floor but up 2 stairs. Due to a disability that would have been difficult for me but once we told reception they changed it immediately. So not really a negative but there was nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Stradova apartments was absolutely charming, well managed and in a great location. My room was clean, very comfortable and generously stocked. The lovely balcony had a nice sitting area and looked out to the castle and church. The location was perfect - walking distance to the castle, Main Square and Historical Jewish area. The friendly staff were very polite and helpful. I travel all over the world and this was one of my favourite places to stay!
