Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. Comfy bed. Bathtub a bonus.

Somewhat poor lighting in the room. A broader selection for breakfast would make it perfect (hint: Bacon). For those travelling to the airport by bus (short trip and good connection, as such): Check the time table at the bus stop. The table in the reception (probably) gives the times the bus leaves the terminal, and not when it is by the hotel. I had a 20 minutes extra wait... (Side note regarding the bus: you can only pay cash - €2 to go to the airport).

All staff are very polite, positive and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning had an issue the first night but was resolved

The bar has no food apart from breakfast and is manned by the reception staff. No room service. Water is not provided in your room for you if your not an IGH member ;) Air conditioning is controlled by reception so if its too hot you have to call and if its too cold for you turn it off

Easy check in, easy to find and close to the location I needed.

The breakfast could be better with the only hot thing being scrambled eggs, no bacon, no mushrooms. The fruit selection could also be better. No water. Only juices available and coffee. I was a bit sad nothing done when I had mentioned my husband’s birthday was the next day. I was was waiting for for example a small card for him on the room? But overall everything was okay. Would stay again and recommend it.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was spotless and cozy, bathroom had soap and fresh towels that felt like home, staff was friendly and helpful, they just made one awkward and out of place question, there wew 4 of us, a couple, their sister and me, and the staff asked who was staying in what room exactly, as if it was any of their business, super weird but I can´t complain about that, just odd, the rest was perfect. 10/10.

Don´t ask personal questions.

The hotel is very modern and clean, rooms are spacious with modern amenities such as USB chargers in the wall. Reception staff very helpful. A piece of my luggage had been lost by the airline and the gentleman at Reception was extremely helpful at finding me a few items I needed (iron, ironing board, adapters for my UK and US devices and a toothbrush)!

There is no restaurant as such (they do serve a buffet breakfast) - a bar only in the evening and it is advertised this way so not misleading at all, and they do permit take-outs or delivery food to be eaten in the bar area which is great.

Totally fine for a short stay. Especially if you have a flight next day. Breakfast was good. Parking in front of the hotel. Nice Restaurants 10minutes walking from Hotel Don Coelhone is highly recommended

Carpet in rooms looked clean but are not hygenic in general. Not even in private houses. Old covid restrictions on the walls, in elevator etc. to wear mask during breakfast.....i Took my mask but it was valid last year or even 2020 i guess. Just remove them if they re old restrictions

Seems like water pipes weren't cleaned in a while. Water would never drain fast enough. Quite often staff would forget to place new teabags in the room, so I had to take some from breakfast

It's a brand new building, so none of it is tired or worn. Everything spick and span - even the communal areas, including the lifts, sitting and dining areas. The lighting in the bedroom & bathroom was beautifully controllable, the shower was predictable & easy to use. Lovely comfortable bed. Really good soundproofing (even from the local building works). Special thanks to Ivo, whose calm, relaxed and professional manner (and excellent English) was so helpful at check-in.

The immediate surroundings are pretty much building sites.

the room is big enough for 2 people, the bed and the sheets are extremely comfy surprizingly well sound proofed the staff very nice the location is ok, close to the beach and to the bus station

no veggies at the breakfast, I would’ve liked at least some tomatoes and cucumbers no ventilator in the bathroom and it gets quite steamy after showering a mini fridge would’ve been nice as well
