Peaceful location few mins away from centre. The staff were all friendly and kind. Its a beautiful hostel with an outdoor area which gives it a unique and relaxed atmosphere. Nice living room. Very good breakfast, equipped and nice kitchen with outdoor sitting. Kept very clean. Comfy bed with socket and lamp. Hot shower. Nice view from the windows. I met some really nice guests. I had a really good stay!

No curtain. No towel. The shower was very small. I had to stop for the water to stop dripping before I could dry myself. No space to move away from under the head shower. If you keep clothes inside, they would get wet. So I had to leave my underwear hanging out of the door, and this is a communal bathroom. The doors make a loud sound each time they are opened and closed. One can hear all the doors while in bed. Bunk beds are touching each other. The board separating the beds is only half. One could have someone's feet few cms from one s face.

The location of the hostel is perfect as it allows you to quickly access the historical sites. The cleaning crews did a great job at keeping the rooms and bathrooms very clean throughout my stay. The included breakfast was delightful and had plenty of options. The wifi was good overall, but it did struggle at times in certain parts of the property. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans.

My mattress was well worn in one spot, so I actually had to sleep in the opposite direction so as to not have to sleep in a depression. The showers in some of the bathrooms were very small and did not have any hangers, which made it difficult to find a place to hang your towel/clothes while showering.

Quiet is a must. It was very clean and you could see that every morning cleaners come and clean with special equipment the floor. The location was great, one breath from train station and center of the village. The breakfast is satisfactory with coffee machine available as many times you want. The price is unbeatable offering accomodation (in a room of four) and breakfast in just €25 average. In conclusion this hostel is like a hotel of 2 or 3 stars. The view from the window is nice. There is a small garden to sit.

4 times out of 5 the water had been cold. It is a pity such a very good hostel to have serious problem with hot water.

Absolutely beautiful, love the location as it’s only 4 minutes from the train station/bus stop and lots of food places. I had an amazing private room with a beautiful view which I would love to come to again.

The prices are a bit steep and could be more affordable. Putting the two beds together to make one bed can be uncomfortable to sleep on as you get stuck in the gap between the two and have to sleep on only one side. One of the bathrooms had the temperature control not working the entire stay nor was it fixed. It was the only private bathroom available and the other bathroom has two showers and two toilets. The showers did not have a lock on them so anyone can walk in on you while you shower and the only way to prevent this was to close the door to the whole place. Not good planning there and need locks on those doors

The cozyness of the hostel and the room. Breakfast was also very nice, simple but fresh foods. And, it is very close to the train station. Special thanks to staff, we requested early check-in, and made our room prio for cleaning and we was able to go 2 hours earlier, we were really tired after a long trip to reach there. Really appreciated kindness :) Plus, the view from the room was amazing, we were watching the fog moving to the city.

As an improvement the main door to the rooms hall was quiet noisy every time someone enter the door was slammed, and we woke up. There should be stopper or it needs to be fixed.

- Location x3, - gorgeous interior design, - good guest to shared bathroom ratio (no queues 😄), - friendly and helpful staff, - quiet and restful at night, - nice continental breakfast spread, - the key card system, - downstairs restaurant with live music

The only 2 things we would change: - a wardrobe, or a shelving unit to help the guest organise their stuff would have been nice, (the room had a very tall ceiling and all that barren space would have been perfect for storage) - our double room had only the bed and a bench in it. All sparkling clean and attractive, but it wouldn't do much to help you keep the room that way once you open the suitcase 😁. - a double mattress on our double bed would have been much appreciated as well, instead of the two single mattresses. Without it, one of the love birds always ends up sleeping in the "Grand Canyon". 😄 EVERYTHING ELSE - TOP NOTCH! 👏🌺👏 Muito obrigados! We'll be back!

This hostel is really the best I’ve been to so far. The dorm I was in had it’s own private bathroom, but there are also additional bathrooms and toilets you can use throughout the hostel. The beds are comfortable and the room is modern. The kitchen is great and well equipped. There are different communal areas like the lounge, and a few balconies. The staff are very very good so a big thank you to them. They really look after the place well, the whole hostel is properly cleaned every day. I stayed a week here and it was perfect!

The location is great. A few minutes walking up National Palace. Our room was big. Had views of the palace. The lady at the reception was super helpful, kind, and polite.

Breakfast was what we didn't like. The dining area is small and was super crowded. One has to wash their dishes so, the sink was always occupied, and because of that it was difficult to access the cupboard to get plates and cups. When we went, all that was left was just one type of bread, one variety of cheese, and ham(few slices were left). Moreover, the coffee machine was broken.

I absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this hostel. From the moment I got off the train, a short 5 minute walk away, to the beautiful staff at reception (literally the loveliest, friendliest and kindest people I have met on my trip so far). The rooms were modern, clean, air conditioned, big locker drawers. The facility was breath taking, the common room inviting, the kitchen wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic every day with so many options, cereals, bread, croissants, cheese, ham, coffee, alternative milks, cakes, sweet treats, honestly out of this world. I wish I could have stayed even longer. Can’t wait to come back thank you for EVERYTHING

Perfect location - just around the corner from the train station and the bus stops to go an explore all of the sights. Also just around the corner from a lovely little restaurant. Great having breakfast included, just a nice little cold buffet with warm drinks and cakes too. Clean and tidy room, friendly/helpful staff.

The showers were push to start ones (like in old swimming pools) and not massively warm but that was just a minimal issue. Everything else was completely fine.
