Clean, comfortable hotel with very kind staff. It is in a convenient location right next to the metro station and within a walking distance from Porto city centre. Small details like free coffee and tea 24/7 and really beautiful LED lights in our room made our stay memorable and enjoyable. The breakfast was managed way better than in the other B&B hotel we stayed at: everything was quickly refilled no matter what time you decided to eat.
The only downside was the repetitive and not balanced breakfast. The majority of the dishes were sweet pastries, yogurts and cereal leaving very little options for a non sweets based vegetarian breakfast. There were little to none vegetables served and the only warm dish that was not meat (scrambled eggs) was always a little burned. For a day or two it was fine, but it became boring after we stayed for a few days.

My first night could not take shower because the water was not hot enough, so I told the morning staff about we should get free breakfast to compensate and they did.
Hot water was not hot on the first night. They did fix o the 2nd night.

Clean rooms which were cleaned daily Comfy beds and pillows Good location Friendly staff at reception who speak English Good facilities - used ironing board m Good Value for money Safety deposit box in room Quiet and peaceful room. Nice fluorescent nightlight on a dimmer.
Had to keep asking for breakfast cutlery such as bowls and plates etc. Breakfast staff didn't clear tables so sometimes there was no where to sit. Had to ask for a mug to use in the room. There was no kettle In toom to make hot drink. No laundry or washing service. Walked into the automatic glass slide door on the way in/out. It seems to be an architectural design fault and the hotel should put up clearer notice signs.

This hotel has the right concept for the non high-end traveller. It is minimalistic but has essentially what you need. A super comfortable bed, great shower and clean linen and all at a reasonable price. No frills that add extra cost. The breakfast selection was good too - especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.
Our only issue was the lobby / breakfast seating. Some lounge chairs would be good too. Then for eating, not everyone likes to be boxed in in a bankie style arrangement. Ladies don’t like to swing their legs over broad benches. Some ordinary tables and chairs with a backrest would be welcome.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with well-maintained facilities. The location worked well for us, and the overall cleanliness was up to standard. We appreciated the staff's professionalism and service. The room itself was furnished appropriately and provided all the essential amenities we needed for our stay. The on-site parking availability, although paid, is a real advantage in this area where parking can be challenging.
There was a persistent dripping water sound during the night that disrupted our sleep. While we checked our bathroom, we couldn't locate the source of the noise.

From check-in to check-out, everything was great. The bed was really comfy, the room was clean and there's a fun extra touch at being able to choose your own mood lighting. AC was easy to control and worked quickly and effectively. The staff were amazing and the free piece of fruit & hot drinks in the lobby were very appreciated (the hot choc was amazing!). Location couldn't be better, right next to the metro and also a taxi rank. Breakfast was good. I requested a room high up and was given one on floor 9 which was perfect.
I had a Deluxe Double Room and asked if there was a desk as I would be working in my room. There was a desk, but it held the tea/coffee tray on it which I then had to move back and forth. Not a big issue, but would have been better to have a separate area for the tray and another desk in the room, especially as the room was large enough to accommodate this.

B&B hotels always provide the best value for money. You don't break the bank but still get to enjoy a luxury environment. The location was so close to everything we needed to do and transportation links right outside the front door, including a taxi stand that seemed to operate 24/7. Another major plus was that we were right across the courtyard from the biggest department store chain in Europe, El Corte Ingles, this also houses a grocery store and food court.
There was nothing we disliked here at all.

The hotel was really nice and you could see it was opened just a few months ago.
We had a room with breakfast, but we had to leave at 4 in the morning for airport. Two separate times we were assured that there will be a small breakfast package for our check-out. We asked if everything is ok a day before. Unfortunately, when we had to check-out, there was no food left for us. Quite dissapointing, we would have bought something ourselves.

Let me say that this was a last minute booking, due to a bad experience in another hotel in Oporto, that I replaced by this one in a few minutes. Without having the time and the means to compare it. So I did pay more than 50% then the lower price available directly at the hotel and even so was a fair value. If I had the best price it would be excellent. Besides that the hotel is brand new, basic. But with good quality. It will simply be my pick of hotel when I return to oporto

Very clean, friendly stuff, good breakfast, and one of the best coffees I’ve had. A walk to Porto center takes about 15 minutes, but you can take a metro which goes frequently. Also there is a big shopping mall next to the hotel
A little bit noisy as there is a highway near the hotel
