Allover is good

During check-in, I gave my Credit Card to the Reception and they Swipe, I saw POS machine showed "Approved" but your Stuff informed, it did not approved. Then I paid in Cash. After that I got an email and SMS from my Bank that the transaction is approved and I showed to your front office but they did not admit. Subsequently, your front office assured me that they will enquire. The next morning, One of your Stuff confirmed that the Card transaction is approved and due to problem hotel POS machine, it did not shows. They will arrange for refund as soon as possible.

The room was tidy and conveniently located. The bed was also comfortable. Wifi was sufficient for work zoom calls. Fun fact, this hotel is located maybe 3 blocks away from the weekly Night Market. Definitely worth checking out.

The facilities needed a bit of TLC. The aluminum edging everywhere in the room was starting to show some signs of a dated "modern contemporary" look and it's a bit of a hazard for your elbows and limbs to randomly scrape on. Not that it happened, but I can easily see it happening especially if you travel with young kids. The wifi was spotty outside the room (i.e., conference center, and the balcony outside the conference center). The pool was a nice touch, but the one shower I tried to use ended up breaking down.

We were just off a cruise and arrived at the hotel about 6 hours ahead of regular check in, but they accommodated us with an early check in and even a late check out as our flight didn't leave until late the evening we checked out. Even though the hotel is not inexpensive, this kind of customer service has made a loyal customer of me!

There was nothing to complain of. We loved everything there.

I found the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the view was great. The hotel is close to a number of amenities which is always nice. We liked that the parking was underground, although a little tricky. Concierge was quick to respond to requests.

Getting to & from the hotel was a bit tricky at times until you get to know the shortcuts. While the parking was underground, the stalls are a little snug. I found that our key card would 'glitch' and stop working a few times, but the front desk was always quick to replace it.

I was a late arrival, 2am, after an exhausting day. The man at the desk helped me with my luggage, checked me in, took my bags to my room, without wanting a tip..The room was cold but I could turn up the heat easily, and soak in a huge tub with white tea scented bubbles..the bed was without a doubt the best I have ever slept in a hotel, and I travel a lot. In the morning the in house coffee was good, the dining room breakfast was a perfect omelette, with a nice server. Checkout was easy, and everyone kind, ordering a taxi that was paid for by the hotel, because of Covid restrictions on shuttles. I told the desk person ' you have done what hotels are supposed to do, supply comfort and care so we can rest.' I left rested, fed and ready to complete another day of travel. Well done Western Wall Center, I will be back!

The room was very for my stay, comfy bed, separate large shower and large bathtub. The room service was great, very good food. Very close to the airport, about a 10 minute cab ride. My plane was delayed and I ended up arriving at the hotel at 4am. The staff was very kind and helped me get checked in even though my reservation didn't like checking in that late.

My only complaint is that the nice sink was a little too high for a short person like me. Slightly awkward to lean over to wash my face.

Room was clean. The staff was amazing! Bathroom was great with both a stand up shower and a soaker tub. Bed’s were super comfortable. Property still provides Room Service although the food comes in boxes not on trays with domes. Hotel will reimburse taxi from airport and provide voucher for return.

No drink vending machines on property. Adjoining doors between rooms were VERY heavy and would not stay open. Perhaps they could provide door stops or something to help enable the doors to remain open. Children with us had a hard time opening the doors due to the weight.

Close to where I want to visit.

The skytrain station nearby is still being built. We gave to walk to Bridgeport or Aberdeen station for a ride.

Very very comfy bed, nice big room, friendly staff, and a hotel shuttle from the airport

The hotel restaurant is really not very good aside from the service, and the area is not very walkable for alternatives. The pool lounges were outside for some reason and there were only strange uncomfortable chairs available.

very good entrance a helpful staff to make us at ease. room bedding very comfortable , great shower, tub and toilet area clean.

NOTHING we stayed one night and left by 6 in the morning. Coffee ready in lobby GREAT
