Overall it’s location and cleanliness is excellent. A young lady at the front desk named Brania who checked us in can re learn a bit of customer service. Rude and not helpful in answering billing related questions.

The room was well appointed, but uncluttered and clean. The location was central to an array of restaurants and entertainment. The free breakfast was excellent with tables large enough to accommodate adults. Although we did not use the outside eating area, it looked very attractive, and we may use it if ever there again.

Pillows too soft. I personally prefer a fairly firm foam pillow. The weird sliding "barn door" to cover the bathroom and closet openings. Not sure who's idea that was, but it was a dumb idea and when moved banged loudly enough to hear between rooms. The closet doesn't really need a door/cover anyway.

Really lovely hotel. We stayed for four nights and almost everything was perfect. The reason I won’t give ten are two items listed below. But let’s focus and the positive things first: - premium vibe - heated pool - adequate breakfast - rooms were new and of high quality materials - nice staff

The reason I cannot give this hotel a perfect score is: - the WIFI was terrible. Every ten minutes I was logged out of the wifi and had to reconnect. This was acknowledged by the staff as: well, you just have to deal with it. Well, its 2024 and now I needed to go the McDonalds to make some business calls while I was paying almost 200 a night for a hotel. Fix this. - a 15 dollar a day charge for parking? Why? You are asking a pretty high rate and I don’t see any reason why a customer should pay for parking in an area like this.

Room was clean and exactly like in the photos (note that the carpet looks like wooden floor in the photos but it’s actually carpeted). Room had many hooks/rails to hang stuff, which is not usually the case in other hotels. Nice shower. Hot breakfast. Nice seating area for breakfast and friendly staff. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. To the housekeeper who made a cute flower from the starting end of the toilet paper roll: It’s a very nice touch and shows how much you care in what you do! Thank you!

Nothing I didn’t like. Just wanted to keep potential guests informed: - If you have any difficulty walking, be aware that this hotel has many rooms and therefore, depends on where your room locates, the walk from the elevator to your room can be a little long. But it’s carpeted so it helps. - If you’re not an easy sleeper, the AC can be very loud. - Separate parking fee of $15

I booked a room with three beds, per the booking.com listing. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have that room at their property, and that it’s a well-known mistake with Booking (the front desk clerk then said that WE needed to fix the issue with Booking; not them!). I was traveling with five people, so we needed another bed. They were unable to do anything for us — no extra rooms or discounts were offered, even though I paid for something they didn’t have. They provided a rollaway bed, which was nice, but I was pretty disappointed when we first arrived.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that exceeded all my expectations. Here's a detailed review of my experience: Perfect Location: The hotel's location is truly a gem. Situated very close to the lake, hotels, and all essential stores, it offers convenience at its best. Additionally, its proximity to the Heavenly ski resort was a major plus for me, making it an ideal choice for both winter and summer getaways. Impeccable Cleanliness: From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the level of cleanliness. The reception, lift, hallway—everything looked impeccably clean and appeared brand new. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment did not go unnoticed. Personalized Welcome: Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised to find the TV displaying a personalized welcome message with my name. It was a thoughtful touch that instantly made me feel valued and appreciated. EV-Friendly Amenities: One standout feature of this hotel is its commitment to sustainability. The provision of free EV charging stations, catering to both Tesla and other electric vehicles, was a significant convenience for me. It's heartening to see such eco-friendly initiatives in place. Delicious Complimentary Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was a delightful experience. With a variety of options to choose from, it not only satisfied my taste buds but also left a lasting impression on my daughter. The quality and selection of food were top-notch. Comfortable Accommodations: The room itself was a haven of comfort. The bed was exceptionally soft, and I woke up each morning without any aches or pains. The inclusion of a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room added to the overall convenience of my stay. Well-Stocked and Clean Bathroom: The bathroom was well-stocked with ample towels and all the basic necessities.

The only aspect that bothered me was the noise from the AC/Heater, which unfortunately disturbed my sleep on a few occasions during my stay.

We had a great stay here. It’s large hotel but didn’t seem busy during our stay. Room large and very nicely appointed. Slept well, air con good, Breakfast was complimentary and more than adequate. We don’t use the pool or outdoor area. Walkable to a few local eateries if you don’t mind a ten min stroll - we liked Applebee’s and also the Heavenly leisure area - particularly Base Camp Pizza

No complaints but I did feel the reception staff not that interested in giving advice on the surrounding area - shops/reataurants

The location was convenient to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe, and restaurants in the area. We expected an older, run down inn; but, were pleasantly surprised that this was up to Hilton standards with a clean, modern gym, modern lobby, breakfast area, and room. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and hot jacuzzi as well as the fresh fruit, scones, scrambled/hard boiled egg options, wheat/white bread options, sausages, bacon, waffles, nuts, granola, and yogurt for breakfast.

Pool towels should be larger; they were the size of gym towels. Our first night we had noisy kids stomping back and forth across the floor above us all night. These may have been the same elementary school age kids chasing each other and crawling on the floor, playing in the breakfast area. Parents: PLEASE teach your kids good manners in public places so that everyone can enjoy their stay. The hotel remedied the noise situation after that first night, thank you staff; but, they should not have to do so. Non-fat yogurt options would be a plus as well as a bit of greens in the breakfast.

Lovely location, 5 mins from ski lift by car, 10 mins walk to shops, restaurants and the gondola. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to FedEx my daughter’s favourite hoodie to our New York hotel which is greatly appreciated. The hotel pool and hot tub are a lovely bonus. Lovely breakfast staff especially.

I don’t like the fact you get charged to park your car at the hotel you’ve booked, this seems to be a new trend since our last USA visit, in fairness due to a problem with waiting ages for our room the hotel did not charge us.

The property was conveniently located near the heavenly village shops. I went with 3 kids, a dog and my parents (grandparents). The property was very kid & dog friendly. They provide doggy bags to help keep the property clean. They had a nice warm indoor pool the kids enjoyed and a wonderful breakfast for both kids and adults. They also have EV chargers for the Tesla too! Also they are next to a restaurant that will deliver to the hotel. At night we saw families eating, drinking and playing board games in the lobby / lounge after a long day of snow play.
