Great location right by Heavenly Village and the casinos. Parking was abundant and convenient right in front of the room, but I went during off-peak. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hot tub works and was a great addition to the room. The rooms were definitely designed to be a "secret" getaway for adults to be away from their kids.

Although the rooms were clean, it's a little old and everything feels worn out. A little pricey considering there are comparable lodging nearby that are newer at the same price point.

Location was great, very close to Lakeside beach and restaurants in walking distance (would recommend going to The Naked Fish!) Room was clean and spacious! There's even a nice sitting area in the parking lot. Parking was free too.

Check-in staff wasn't the friendliest, didn't offer 2 keys (didn't know you have to ask for 2 keys if you want them). Back parking lot seemed a little sketch but may have been because of construction at the time.

The room was clean and quaint. The staff was friendly and they let us check in early with a fee. The location is great. Not far from everything, just far enough to be less rowdy. Quick walk to the marinade and beach. Quick walk to the casino. And many restaurants in walking distance.

Our room had a drippy bathtub faucet and we didn't realise until we were trying to sleep late-night. Otherwise it was just fine.

Safe. Proximity to downtown. Friendly staff. Fire pit.

Advertised walking distance to Lake Tahoe… when you walk down to lake you find out it is private and they charge $30 a day to visit. Sooo… you have to drive to state park 20 min. away. If I had known, I would’ve chosen a different spot because we wanted to be at the lake more than be close to downtown.

Well honestly the fire place was on so its put warm air out. Wish there was a ceiling fan. Had air conditioner on all the time. Which woke me up overtime it came on. I was in 111 room was quite. Till they started cutting a tree down right outside my window.

It was clean and quiet while I was there. Room and bed were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Nice sitting area outside. In room jacuzzi worked well.

No chair/table in the room. Water temperature in the shower was difficult to control (too hot). Property’s office is actually in the neighboring hotel. Finally, VERY limited options for charging one’s devices. No usb chargers at all.

I liked the way the roses & candles were arranged on the bed & on the jacuzzi. I liked the large shower & gas fireplace. Loved the look of the room.

We did not like the mattress. It was way too soft. A bigger trash receptacle would have been nice. The room was way too cramped. Needs to be bigger & needs more soundproofing because you can hear the neighbors' every move.

I loved all the wood inside the suite that we stayed in and the heart-shaped jacuzzi tub. It was comfy and romantic on the inside. Housekeepers were very nice also. Came in and cleaned the middle of the week that we stayed here and to restock what we had used and clean up some.

The bathtub made it very romantic along with the fireplace.

We had to switch rooms the next morning because our shower heat light started pouring water out of it from the upstairs and water was all in the ceiling creating bubbles
