My stay was great! The hotel is nice and clean. This was a Girls trip,3 girls total. We got the junior suite. Perfect size for three people. The pull out bed was comfortable, as well as the king bed. The staff was very friendly and responded to all request super fast! I would stay here again. Ive stayed in several Miami hotels before, and I think it’s a good price point and location for what you get.

The gym was small and the pool area is too close to the bridge/car traffic. But the rooms and service were great so it makes up for it.

Hotel manager nick was fantastic. Checked in at 10 pm and our room was unavailable until nick intervened. Dinner on the house while we waited. Didn’t like the room initially provided. Nick searched and got a better one and personally greeted us as he opened the door to the new one. Gave us a late checkout as well without hesitation. Very professional. Everything he took upon himself to make amends. And he did. ( Nick even personally tried to find me some over the counter medication over the phone when i could not. ) Thank you. I will come back. By the way, the hotel lobby is quite spacious, comfortable chairs with nice view of the river. The in-house store, with muffins, cakes, bagels, pizza and fruits and orher assorted goodies is quite handy and complete. We bought 11 slices of their cakes to take with us! Rooms kept clean and were spacious as well. Hotel well located downtown next to lots of good restaurants. In the end, what mattered most here was the hotel manager. Congratulations Hyatt, you can be sure this Regency is in good hands. He took a very delicate situation where the hotel had made a horrible error and turned it into a pleasurable stay.

Room unavailable when we checked in due to some error on the part of the hotel. This mistake was corrected by the manager nick.

We stayed in a double queen room, large and spacious with comfortable beds. The room was very clean and had a bath which was handy having young children. Large impressive lobby upon entry to the hotel. Front desk staff were polite and very helpful. Hotel is in the heart of Miami and about a 20 minute drive to South Beach and 10 minute drive to Miami Port. Great Wifi access throughout hotel. Large and delicious selection of breakfast options in the restaurant buffet.

My husband and I ordered a drink each from the bar, very expensive and were then charged a tax to simply drink it at one of the restaurant tables. That’s a bit rude I think. We’d already been travelling a week and had to take our laundry to a nearby hotel to do it. It was only about a block away but it was annoying to go back 3 times to wash it, then put it in the dryer and then go pick it up. I think there should be a small laundry on site.

Booked this hotel for a one night post cruise stay. Took advantage of the cheap room upgrade offered. Room we we got was massive and very well appointed. Well worth what we paid.

Pool and sun bed area was out of commission as its being refurbished. but in truth it didn't look that great. Small and outdated especially given the size of this hotel! But we were allowed to go and use the pool facilities at another nearby Hyatt which were lovely. Hotel is perhaps a little dated and could do with a refurb

Great value for money, friendly staff, sells yummy mac&cheese, hotel was well located, big wholefoods just across the street. Pool had enough sunbeds.

We really loved our view (top floor, sunset facing) but were disappointed by not being able to open door to little balcony the room had. Also laundry offered next day dry-cleaning on the menu, but fastest they said they could clean 1piece of clothing we needed done, was actually in 4days.

very nice hotel, staff were all helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious, with fridge and nice bathroom etc. The location was also cert convenient as we had the following within 10 mins walk: * Various restaurants * Market selling various food and other items, as well as an excellent selection of hot food * Breakfast places nearby * MetroMover a few mins away, with no charge to explore downtown Miami.

our group went for ultra music festival weekend. location was great. we basically walked to bayfront park and back, avoiding all traffic. security was strict. we all need wristbands to come in and out after certain hours. room was clean and comfy. service was fast. they have luggage holding service even after we checked out

the price was twice as much as usual, but i guess it’s the nature of music fes weekend

I love the place and staff was great. Monica from front desk is amazing and super helpful. My staying was for 2 weeks and loved it, and the location as well.

Housekeeping, they keep knocking the door (7 am), even when you say no, they come in to your room without permission, and besides that, after 5 min another person from housekeeping arrives to your door and does exactly the same. Being precise, 3 people knocked and opened my door even if at the first one I said NO THANKS.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk to bayside market. The whole food market was very near the hotel.Every staff was super nice. They allow us to enjoy outside meals at the lobby because we want to try the local cuisine. We were at the same hotel in 2011 and 11 years later we were very satisfied.

It didn’t have the luxury we expected. The main switch in the room had a problem and although they said they will fixed it they never did. Also the sleeping sofa we had to call because it was t ready a bored young man came he did it and left but there were no pillows and nothing to cover
