The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, hot water was great and size of the room was great. Nice decor and view from 3rd floor was ok. I'd recommend being above the 5th floor or higher to get full ocean view. The restaurant on the grounds was pricey but great food. It's a nice resort that's about 45 min from San Juan, so you should get a rental car in Dorado which will be cheaper than getting from airport. Take a uber from airport which will be half the price or less than private transportation. I used VIA rental company. The pool was wonderful at the resort and Jacuzzis hot which was nice.

Not having breakfast with high cost of room would of been nice.

The property is nice. Rooms are comfortable. It’s a timeshare place so people who are not timeshare are not the priority. We had to park across the street and the nightly rate was high. The beach is nice but the location is somewhat remote. There’s nothing in walking distance, and there’s only one (expensive yet mediocre) restaurant. Would have preferred more of a resort feel where you can order room service, get food at the pool, charge expenses to your room, etc. The staff was great. No complaints there. Nice enough property but most likely would not stay there again due to lack of resort amenities.

Did not like the location. Not enough food options and not walking distance to any good options. Going anywhere requires a car.

Beautiful views of pool and ocean. Huge 1bedroom suite, very nicely equipped kitchen. We ate many meals in our room on the balcony overlooking the resort. Even had a washer/dryer which was used a couple times during our 6 night stay.

The restaurant was slow and had mediocre food. My husband ordered grilled grouper and a side Caesar salad. After an excruciating wait, he got some fish (not grilled, likely not grouper) on top of some lettuce and covered with Alfredo sauce (???). I ordered crab cakes and they were okay. No way were we going to send back the food - it was so slow and we were tired and just eager to get back to our lovely room.

Beautiful place! We really enjoyed our room. Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. A great view and easy walk to the beach and restaurant. The food was excellent. We ate there several times rather than leave the property. Restaurant and hotel staff were very friendly and efficient with check in and check out.

100% enjoyed the facility. The only cons were the lukewarm hot water in the shower and lack of an ATM and gift shop. Hyatt really does need an ATM. The taxi service we requested to the airport only accepted cash. 10am checkout is early, but gave us time to enjoy the Mahi Grille one last time for breakfast.

it is excluded from every. i went to get alone time and i got just that!!!! it is 35-45 mins from attractions. but if you want a get away trip to clear your head. this is the place!!! The pool and beach view is shown from every room!!! they need to classify this hotel as a resort.

I didn’t like that i had to walk so far from the visitor parking lot especially at night alone.

Only one restaurant and sadly was not great, People, this is a time share so you need to do a shopping when you get there , if you didnt rent a car, use Ruben drives you 1-787-549-6777 he is by far the best, youre not getting an UBER out there either, very hard to get because there must not be enough business , its far fro airport!!!!Uber form airport was great but not when you are at Hyatt!!!!! Bring candy etc, no vending machines at all lol.

Great front desk staff, friendly and helpful. The pool area and beach are wonderful. Enjoyed watching the lizards scurrying around. The food/drink at the bar and grill is pricey but good. The room itself was outstanding. Spacious, nice view from small balcony and good kitchen area. There was trouble with the lock, and we could not get into the room- they replaced the lock in about 5 minutes!

The bracelets are silly. Check-in was a little cumbersome. Coming in through entrance gate- there was a guard who asked us what we wanted... ummm our room? A strange welcome. The property next door is being demolished and looks like world war 3... Didn't care too much except the construction noise during the day interrupts the sound of waves on the beach... The bar/grill uses single-use disposable plastic cups and paper plates... not great choice for environment and the seaside wind kept wanting to blow everything away that wasn't full of food/drink!

My wife and I enjoyed a beautiful and spacious room on the 5th floor. The room includes a full kitchen, dining area, and living area and an awesome balcony that overlooked the pool area and the beautiful beach. My wife loved it! The pool area is well-kept and the pool is large with a jacuzzi on each side. My wife and I spent our evening time in the jacuzzi meeting and conversing with other guests, while enjoying the drinks from the excellent resatuarant/bar, beyond which is the beach. The hotel also features tennis and basketball courts. PS - The staff and all the restaurant servers were AWESOME!

The beach area at the hotel is beautiful, but not the gentlest beach, so you may wish to explore other beaches, nearby. I did not think to ask for recommendations from the staff.

Wonderful beach, many activities for families, very safe with Covid protocol, great balconies. Our large family rented four units. The full kitchens had everything. The smaller units had a mini fridge and microwave and sink. The kids enjoyed the daily activities.
