Would have liked more diversity in the hotels restaurant, but the staff was great and breakfast was good. Hotel prices of course, but that's to be expected.

We changed rooms to a bigger room. Somehow it took 2 days of no room cleaning to get it finally cleaned. We did notify the desk each day of this, but for whatever reason, the staff didn't come and clean the room until we bypassed the desk staff and spoke with the manager. My guess is that the room change was the culprit. Due to the hotel being next to a government building, getting a cab or Uber is difficult at the hotel. You have to walk down the street to do so.

The Perfect location in Old San Juan! A short walk to all of the main highlights as well as two great squares and a grocery store. It also has the most breathtaking and relaxing roof top patio with an infinity pool out of a movie with views of the cobblestone streets and ocean. It also has a wonderful relaxing centre courtyard with water feature and an adjacent air conditioned library areas with games and sitting area. Their restaurant has really great food and the best Sunday Brunch. The rooms are clean, large and have the most comfortable beds and pillows. Best of all is the staff. They go out of their way to ensure all of your needs are met and then some. I have stayed several times and will be back again and again.

Didn't have breakfast there. Enjoyed drinks and pizza at the restaurant for late night snacks. Pool deck is great with plenty of seating for everyone. Could have used more shade options as it was quite hot. I believe they may be locating a bar up there as there was an area under construction. Bathrooms and showers were an unexpected pleasure. Background music was great.

Lack of shade. Could easily be addressed by large umbrellas. First floor rooms are dark and while not below grade, the concrete makes them dark. We were moved to the second floor which was much better.

Location of hotel. Room was nice and opened onto the patio. restaurant and bar on site. pool on roof . We had problems with the safe and they came promptly to fix it.

The DJ on Saturday afternoon at the pool was way too loud. Music could be heard from blocks away. You had to go down the elevator, thru the lobby to the bar to get a drink, when you were at the pool on the roof. When you are paying this room rate you expect a waiter or bar at the pool and a little classier ambiance. But beautiful pool! The towel rack fell off the wall and was never fixed.

Maria on the front desk (I hope I have her name right) was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She could not have been more accommodating, friendly, warm, professional and caring. The food on premises was nice and again, the staff was attentive and friendly.

Completely happy with the property. The street in front of the hotel was blocked off, therefore it made getting to/from Ubers a little more challenging with the rain, but that is a minor detail, and I would not consider it an issue.

We ate breakfast and dinner there daily under the covered patio with a beautiful breeze and loved it! The food was amazing! I thought the bed was perfect! The best part though was the outgoing friendliness of the staff who greeted me Daily by name. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Actually, other than an itemized list of my expenses which I didn't receive everything about this hotel was exceptional!

we were out most of the day came back to a room that wasn’t touched by house keeping… complained please send someone and they dropped of coffee no towels and never touch the bed. complained the next day when asking for an extended late checkout, asking for 2:00. the answer was no! then we saw them cleaning the room at 5 whe we left for the airport. problem somewhere in the hotel!

Great location, near to restaurants and attractions and within walking distance to everything old town has to offer. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. Hotel is spacious and well laid out, and has a full service bar and a nice rooftop pool and deck area. There is a small gym of OK quality (not great).

Room was not ready on check-in, despite the fact that we arrived at 5 PM. A/C had been turned off during cleaning and it was close to 80-degrees in the room. Strong box did not work and the hotel 'engineer' never seemed to be available. We asked for a late checkout but got conflicting information from three different front desk staff over the course of two days, which made it hard to plan our last day given our late flight time. Front desk staff change very frequently and do not seem to be well informed on hotel policies and systems.

Spectacular restoration, beautiful roomy & appointed room, great public spaces & a wonderful roof top pool! The bar will be a great touch & the gym Is great! Loved the pool towels, comp Water etc. Very professional & friendly staff too! Location superb! We will return!

Our only complaint is that we waited an hour for our room To be ready after check out time. I suggest a complementary glass of wine or cup of coffee while waiting from Mgmt would be a great touch!🙏

The location was extremely convenient and walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. It was great having a rooftop pool, hotel bar/restaurant, and lounge areas as well. The staff was so friendly and efficient - they held our bags at check-in and check-out and responded to our requests so quickly. This hotel is also on a blocked off road, so it felt safer and was more quiet.

We were there for 4 nights and only had the room serviced once because they would come in the early evening, which is the normal time we'd be getting ready for dinner, so it wasn't convenient. Next time, I'd request earlier service during the day while we're out enjoying vacation. Also, it was almost impossible to reach the front desk by phone... I had to use my cell phone anytime we needed to call.
