Great and expedited checkin experience. Rooms were impeccable. Low wifi reception and my dinner room service was not good, they sent me really salty food. However, the next morning I went to have breakfast at the restaurant, service was first class, food was good and the price was very affordable. I was VERY impressed with the waitstaff how detailed-oriented they were. I was very impressed and left them a 50% tip of my bill. When checking out, I had my taxi cab service in a minute, called by the receptionist. Staff always smiling and the facilities and pool very nice and clean. Thank you!

The hotel is set on a nice vast property on the outskirts of Valladolid, the hotel buildings are beautiful and the location makes it easy to quickly get in and out of the city. Ideal for people with a car who use it as a base for trips in the area. The centre is about 10 minutes by taxi which is only 40-50 MXN each way. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The pool was a lot smaller than it seems in the photos and quite cold. Hotel restaurant felt expensive for the area. If we didn't have a car, I'd prefer staying in the city instead, the neighborhood around the hotel is very local with minimal facilities.

We loved the room, it is huge and feels almost like a house. It has everything you need. Location is not central but quite nice if you have a car or rent a scooter (which the receptionist got us delivered to the hotel in less then half an hour notice). Also nice there is a big gym right next door! The hotel is like a little compound with lots of parking space and different rooms.

The pool is a weird color which didnt attract at all. But you really dont need a pool in valladolid with all the cenotes which are amazing btw. There are like 10 different wifis over the compound, which sometimes can be good sometimes bad signal..

It really is what it says on the box I wish we could stay here longer instead we have to be in Cancun but this place is great value for money to explore the ruins and see some nature and cenotes. The location is perfect if you have a car if you don't it's still quite central. The staff were lovely and the room was wonderful and well kept perfectly relaxing. Thank you guys great job! ♥️

This was the best hotel we had during our Mexico holiday: great value for money, very clean, nicely decorated. You pay less than other hotels in Valladolid cause its a 10min ride with the car from the city center but its totally worth it and even more comfortable if you have a car as they have a big parking lot and are on the road towards the main attractions (chichen itza, cenotes)

They should leave a hair dryer in the room without having to ask at the reception.

The rooms were spacious with quiet and effective air con, comfy beds, good shower and black out curtains. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers and also seating in the shade. WiFi was poor in the bedrooms but ok at the pool.

I liked the spacious clean room, with a screened sliding glass door. It was nicer than expected. The grounds of the hotel are spacious as well. The Wi-Fi signal was a little sketchy at times. Our Google map app led us onto one-way streets to arrive here, which was very confusing and wrong. But once we figured out the correct street to drive on, it would not be hard to find again. We will stay here gladly next time we're in Valladolid.

Great value for spacious, high ceiling room. Nice atmosphere since rooms are in one story buildings and everything was clean and relatively modern. Including water, daily maid service and security on site. Location was good for traveling by car - just far enough away from the buzz (therefore quiet) and with lots of free/private Parking directly in front of the door. Close to local, Mayan restaurant IX Cat IK (highly recommended experience).

The cleanliness, the room was quite dusty, I don't know how the lady cleaner cleaned. The hotel should banned the American tourists, too noisy and disrespectful (at the breakfast room near the swimming pool) .

Very nice hotel and the interior are spectacular. Everything was clean and very enjoyable.

Not a con per say but its a bit on the outskirts of the city. If you have a car its no issue like i presume most do. Then i didn’t see a problem at all.
