ROOMS EXCELLENT. SERVICED WHENEVER YOU REQUIRED. LINEN CHANGES ANYTIME AND OR PROVIDED FOR NEVER AN ISSUE! TOILET PAPER PROVISIONS WAS EXCELLENT TOO! VACUMMING ROOMS AND MOP OFFERS EVERY DAY! WE STAYED 7 DAYS! THE OWNERS, WAYNE HIS WIFE, AND HIS CHILDREN MADE THE STAY HAPPEN FOR US WITH ABSOLUTE EASE. WE BOTH WORKED HARD IN 2023 AND ARE RAISING A 7-YEAR-OLD GRANDSON WHO KEEPS US BUSY. AND BECAUSE OF THE OWNERS' DEDICATION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS' NEEDS, WE FELT FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME IN SUCH A LONG TIME, TOTALLY REFRESHED, RECHARGED, AND REJUVENATED! We didn't like leaving Arcadia!!!!

The location and room were perfect for us, we loved the room and the pool in particular was perfect. The owners were the most amazing people we could have had, they were so kind, helpful, and always doing their very best to make sure me and my partner were enjoying ourselves. I hope they know how grateful we are for all of their warm hospitality and how much we enjoyed our stay more because of them :)

The bathroom felt a little cramped which I know bothers some people, but we still loved it as it’s what we prefer.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Arcadia Motel in Nelson. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a wonderful stay.

Everything was amazing! We came a couple of hours earlier than the check-in time, yet were given a key straightaway. The room had everything we needed - a cot that we had requested in advance, a well equipped kitchen with not only the pots, utensils, dinnerware etc but also salt and pepper. A large cooktop; a giant TV and a jakuzzi for two people. The bed was utterly comfortable. A super nice swimming pool which my 3yo just loved. The owner and the other staff were very welcoming and helpful. I can highly recommend this motel and will definitely stay there again when back to Nelson.

I can't say I didn't like it, just would appreciate a bigger saucepan. The two available were really tiny so we had to use them both simultaneously to cook pasta for two adults and one toddler.

So impressed as all renovated - quality of furnishings & linen & bathroom towels wonderful & the gardens & pool great - so helpful & highly recommend the owners as helped me store my motorbike as 5 day trip via boat in Pelorus Sounds planned - taxi services locally great - 5 mins to shops restaurants airport & beaches & chemist - rooms a lovely size - high standard kitchen - so homely & well kept - thank you will be back ✨️🌸🏍🥀👣💕

Great stay, would def stay here again. The pool area was great, staff were lovely, very welcoming. Very good value for money. Rooms were very clean . Nice and quiet. You do hear the odd plane flying over but it's cool. 5 min walk to Tahunanui beach. Close to shops and food places etc but away from road noise. The shower pressure was very good and comfy beds. Really enjoyed our 3 nights here.

This is a well-kept, nicely furnished and very clean property.The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen facilities were excellent with many extras provided. The host Wayne checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. He also thoughtfully mentioned the street was going to be blocked off early on the day we were leaving due to a triathlon event.

This has got to be the cleanest Motel I have ever stayed in. The room was large and well equipped, there's a good kitchen area, plenty of hot water, and a powerful shower. It is in a great location being near to the lovely beach, but it's also only a short drive into the centre of Nelson. The owner is very friendly and makes sure that you have everything you need for a great stay. We were sad to leave! The Arcadia will be my first choice of accommodation when returning to Nelson.

Very clean, comfortable & spacious motel. Owners were friendly, helpful & conscious. Fine attention to detail & modern furnishings. Great shower, full kitchen & nice balcony - views to the NE & big sky.

There is nothing bad to report Located right beside the camping grounds & near the airport. If you're a plane enthusiast, then you get to view take off's & landings

Wow what a find - an excellent motel! What you get is amazing - huge spa bath in the bathroom, lovely large towels, super comfy big bed, kitchen and full lounge, plus your own carport. It was exactly what we needed after a 6 day hike!

The location isn't super close to restaurants... but not a long walk away, plus it's 100% worth it for the facilities and the peace.
