The pools are nice and heated. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Breakfast is the same everyday with no change at all. The cleaners never cleaned the floor and never changed the bed sheets.

Overall the hotel was really nice, especially the pool and spa looked great. Reception was very professional. Housekeeping was amazing, very good service from them! It was a really enjoyable holiday and the views are indeed amazing. I would recommend for families or elderly people going, not couples or young people.

Some of the workers there didn’t think I spoke Spanish and I was surprised to see them being rude in Spanish in front of me or even talk about me while I was in front of them, especially the workers at the pool. Also, the food is not the most amazing for pool, room service or breakfast. Location is not amazing if you want to do stuff, we had to take a cab everywhere.

STAYED IN A SOLARIUM VILLA. PLENTY OF SPACE IN ROOM WITH SEPERATE WALK IN WARDROBE, AND A BATHROOM WITH SHOWER BATH & TOILET. A BALCONY WITH A TABLE AND CHAIRS & UP THE OUTSIDE STAIRS A SUN DECK WITH LOUNGERS & A WHIRLPOOL BATH. SPEND ALL DAY APART FROM MEALS IN YOUR OWN PEACE & QUIET,IF IT SUITS YOU. FOOD WAS FINE WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE. STAFF ALL VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.THE VIEWS FROM THE HOTEL ARE LOVELY AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF SUN BEDS & THE VARIOUS POOLS ARE NOT BUSY.

YOU ARE WARNED THE HILL TO THE BEACH IS STEEP BUT THEY HAVE A COURTESY BUS SO BOOK THAT IF NEEDED. THERE ARE QUITE A LOT OF STEPS AS THE HOTEL IS ON DIFFERENT LEVELS BUT THERE ARE SOME LIFTS SO CHECK THEM OUT IF NEEDS BE.

Amazing view of the mountains and the ocean from our room, nevertheless morning hours or night; most probably one of the best views of the island. Beautiful 😍. The pool area is top notch as well 🤩. Great food variety - quality and well organized considering the large diversity of the clientele. Friendly staff and good service even do some were newly hired, however good attendance and service overall. Cozy ambient. Special thanks to Luz, Milena, Sofia ... and all staff who is doing a woderful job there. We just love it !

We should have stayed more days ... ☺ Definately we liked everything and enjoyed our vacation. As a suggestion, can have a daily bottled water, considering it is a 5* ... but again, only positive thoughts.

I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the majestic colonial style space and lush, well-manicured gardens The resort boasts multiple pools, each with crystal-clear water, some heated, some refreshing. A perfect combination. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip to cool off, do some laps or lounge in the water there’s a pool for every mood. Or just spend the day on a comfy sunbed or even balinese beds to soak in the peaceful atmosphere. There is no need to reserve it at dawn ;) there are enough of them. The beautiful beach pkaya del duque is just a short walk away. in my opinion the nicest beach i have seen in teneriffe. there are lots of cafes, bars and fish restaurants on the sea promenade. Its a lovely upscale area. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. Their attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. Food was another highlight! The breakfast and dinner buffets were simply outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. As for the rooms—absolutely stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and featuring ultra-comfortable beds that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi in the garden, and I was lucky enough to have one! Relaxing under the stars in my own private oasis was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is pure perfection. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious escape with top-notch service, amazing food, and breathtaking surroundings, this is hotel is incredible value.

everything was perfect

The service from all the staff was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was fine (actually I've tasted better, but it was completely missed). The hotel is high up with a great view, which means there are slopes in every direction you want to go.

There could have been more choice for lunch, such as sandwiches with ham and cheese, club sandwiches, pizzas and light food. Lunch was quite expensive for the quality, and it's a long walk for lunch, no restaurant near the hotel. The furniture and curtains in the room could be changed, but the rooms are very large, with a great shower and a great bed. But the furniture and curtains are a child of their time.

Nice view from the balcony. Great staff. A lot of parking space. A decent selection of food + dinners are not fixed so you can try multiple cuisines.

The design and equipment of the rooms are a bit outdated, a tiny 30-ish inch TV that is 10 years old is a great example.

Really disappointed that a 5 star hotel which promotes sustainability does not provide a bottle of water in the room each day. I had to keep asking and was then told it was not in my tariff!!! We spent approx Euro 3000 for the stay and you don't include a free bottle of water? We used our towels for the whole week, we only used 1 towel per day at the pool and we DONT buy plastic bottles of water - but you forced us to - really really annoyed about this. Also a very poor meal in the pool bar and I sent back my pasta untouched but was still charged for it? Also the spa was not very well cleaned - it was scummy around the bottom edge and the filter needed cleaned - even though I reported this and asked for it to be cleaned - it still wasn't cleaned properly around the filter.

There are plenty of beds available around the pools and a ‘quiet’ and ‘adults only’ area for those looking for peace and relaxation. Food and drink service to your sunbeds was available and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was also very good. The daytime restaurant La Jaima had a very good menu and good food.

The food choices in the evening (we tried) Pulcinella and Mercado was adequate but not a ‘special’ experience.

The Staff and the food were excellent. Also the courtesy around the pools - no blocking beds allowed.

A slight overdependence on the app. I made a query at the spa about massages - I have some injuries and so wanted to check things - and was immediately directed to the app. There were two mimers of staff there - both very friendly but I felt that as they were there, they could have answered the query themselves. I like technology but feel it should supplement, not replace humans in a hospitality situation. Also, given the heat, replacing water in the rooms would have been nice.
