Close to airport and free airport shuttle service provided to the guest that's a plus point. Stayes for only one night so didn't explore any of the hotel facilities. They provide with microwave to heat food ,so you can carry you food if on a late arrival.

All the staff within the hotel were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From ordering taxis to providing a quality dining experience. The onsite 24hr Convenience Store was amazing, offering great variety at an affordable price. Many staff spoke in English to us to support with purchases, and we sincerely appreciated their kindness. Buffet breakfast was an affordable inclusion and the food was delicious. Complimentary shuttle bus services ran late into the evening, meaning that we often were able to book trains to the Narita airport and catch one to travel directly back to accommodation of a night time.

The room was older and due for refurbishment. Small TV, though it wasn't an issue as we barely used it due to being out most of the day.

The bus shuttle is every hour to hotel before 5pm, after 5pm is every 30mins from Narita bus stop terminal 27. Earlier bus to airport 4.40am and 5.30am with 40 capacity and usually pack, was told Subsequent capacity will reduce to 20 pax. Rooms is old, finishes need minor refurbishment but smell fresh. Toilet were sparkling clean. Beds are 4tf for single. Shampoo and bath gel were good grade product. As we are rushing, not able to feel the Onsen. Next time will dropby.

The wall paper could stick back, door paint peel off and could be touched up.

The staff members were excellent, receptionists and even the lady at the family mart connected to the hotel. They were the most polite and friendly staff members in my 4weeks stay in Japan. Since I have booked the twin room with an extra bed with the very reasonable deal, our room was a bit old style and not many charging area. But the room is big enough to open the suitcases and the beds are quite comfortable and big enough. You can have a hot spring bath with extra cost of 700yen. Free shuttle bus comes on time from and to Natita airport. They will send you the bus time schedule by Email once you make a booking. .

Conveniently located, every thing we needed for an overnight stay near an airport.

The morning shuttle bus was a disaster. Even though we were amongst the first people waiting, we didn’t make it onto the bus. Then we had to be really assertive to convince them to order us a taxi that would fit our oversized luggage and make it to the airport in time for our flight. They really need more busses during peak times! Also, there was very deep dust buildup in places like the ventilation outlets and on top of harder to reach surfaces. Needs a periodic thorough clean, not just room service doing the same things day and n day out.

Convenient shuttle service to and from Narita. They also offered a shuttle to a shopping mall. Buffet breakfast was superb with delicious and varied choices for all tastes. Best breakast of my entire trip. I also loved the mineral bath onsen and steam sauna for great relaxation. I did not like that there was an extra fee for the onsen, but considering the room charge was so affordable, I guess it was ok to add the fee. It is fair to guests who don't use the bath, they don't have to pay for it. I also enjoyed the option of getting a massage or a facial at the spa. I had a fantastic 60 minute facial that I loved. The hotel staff was very pleasant and offered detailed information and assistance. I felt welcomed.

The wifi was very poor.

I wonder why they charge me twice. March 21, 2025 of $155.69 and March 24, 2025 $127.74. The property was paid in full prior to our stay. We left the property March 22, 2025 did not say anything or whatever then the following Monday I started seeing charges to my bank and I don't know why they charged me for. I need a refund for this! Would be nice if there is someone from the Hotel reaching out to me and explain this or I wont entrust my card to this app and the hotel going forward

We stayed as a family of four to catch an early flight out of NRT. The hotel offered a good balance between cost and convenience. A baby bed was provided upon request but required an upgrade to a slightly larger room and an additional fee. The hotel has a "kombini" convenience store that covers any last minute needs or food cravings. I would stay again if I was traveling under similar circumstances.

The first couple of shuttle buses don't connect to NRT Terminal 1. The shuttle bus takes a convoluted route from Terminal 1, stopping at Terminal 2 and another hotel on the way. This is communicated transparently so I did not factor it into the rating.

Shuttle service was fantastic and faster than it predicted. Our room was perfect sized for three adults with 3 double beds. The onsen was the BEST feature of the hotel and why I picked it. Very affordable and very relaxing with several soaking spots.

The restaurant buffet was less than stellar and there was no signage that the drinks were extra. They showed pictutures of meat and other non-asian foods but we found very little for our picky eater. It was very expensive for what the three of us ate.

Free Shuttle was an absolute bonus. Room was huge, warm and very tidy/clean. The dining area was fantastic, food was exemplary, very tasty and bsolutely NOT what Im used to in New Zealand, but I tried ALL of it and loved it.. Dining staff helpful, polite, always with a smile and very well presented in their uniforms/ suits etc. Cleaning staff were also wonderful, happy to please. The Front of House staff were absolutely fabulpous, im[eccable in dress, speech and presentation. I did notice some parts of the building were needing attention/maintainence but Im sure that over time that will be addressed. Loved the supply of slippers and kimono - asked if we could buy one but they werent for sale. Well done Art Hotel - I would have loved to stay longer - you certainly showed your true colours BRAVO

I cannot think of a thing. Maybe the shower head was a little crooked but I managed it easily. Perhaps the mattresses could have been a wee bit softer.
