the apartment was really nice, good place to stay, clean, good location to walk 15-20 min to center. there is free wifi, but you need to call reception for it.

Please delete all russian channels. Please put salt, sugar, tea, coffee to apartment. Would all so be nice to have soup in apparent, and basic shows gel, laundry detergent. The apartment is really nice and clean, but there is no basic things, you have to buy all just for 1-3 days if you saying.

We literally liked everything! I do not understand negative comments about collecting the key from a different location and the deposit - all information is provided before you book! And the deposit was back on my account the day we checked - out. If any issues occur, they are available for you on WhatsApp and respond quickly. The place is very spacious, clean. Beds are super comfortable and the apartment has the best location! Totally recommended.

The only thing that was missing was a toilet brush ;)

The apartment has everything you need, two bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen, if you need to wash something there is also a washing machine and a bathroom with all the necessary stuff. I't very clean The location is good, and in two minutes you can reach taxi, bus, or metro. They guy at the reception was very kind e helpful

The only think that I haven't appreciate is that you have to collect the keys in different place that are 15 minutes by metro from the apartment.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We rented two apartments for six people each. The apartments were clean and in a great location. They had everything we needed and we would happily stay there again.Contrary to most comments, we found our way from the key collection point to the location of the apartments extremely quickly. It was a few stops away on the subway.The apartments looked exactly as they were on the website

The only thing we liked was that in the apartment the broom that had to be cleaned with was extremely uncomfortable, it was more like a floor brush than a broom. And the spatula was for the table. hosts may only invest in more convenient brooms to clean the apartments before they leave.

Beautiful location. Walkability score high. Safe neighborhood. Lots of cafes and eateries nearby. Nice big apartment with comfortable beds. The second bedroom is a bit smaller but has 2 single beds that meet our needs. 2 separate bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine. Supplies are adequately stocked for our needs. We had arrived early to pick up keys at the office. So they stored our luggage until the apartment was cleaned and ready. They called a taxi for our journey there. A lovely stay.

Front door was quite problematic to activate opening for entry. We had to text the main office where we picked up the keys, which is inconvenient for travellers. No tea towels or at least a roll of paper towels in kitchen.

Large apartment with clean, new bathroom, nicely decorated, in a very good area, within walking distance to everything that we wanted to see.

-nothing in the kitchen (no tea, paper towels, etc). Everything needs to be bought -hairdryer broken - I almost lost my hair when the fire came out of it -apartment is dark. It is not a big deal I guess but it would be great to have big light in each room

1. the most important thing that you need to know before booking - that you need to come to Cosmo apartments office first, and it’s not near to the location of apartments. if you have heavy bags and/or children, be ready to spend time, nerves and money for the taxi to make check-in in another place. and when we decided to stay for 2 more days, to prolongate I need to come to their office again (though they already had my credit card details and all passports of the guests). 2. you need to take all rubbish (waste) out, or they will give you a penalty of 50 euro. though you pay for the cleaning 3. wi-if was good only in the kitchen and living room. in the bedrooms the signal was very weak.

Beautiful apartment newly built. Very clean and an amazing location

In order to check in and get the keys you have to go a half hour drive away and then a half hour drive back to the apartment. The check-in office is on the other side of the city. This is not disclosed properly when you make the reservation. I needed to add a few days to the reservation and I had to walk or drive an hour round trip to go to the office and back to do it.

Great location. Easy to commute to most places by foot or metro. Comfortable. Sound-proof between apartments (or maybe we did not have neighbours)

The entry door was very hard to open and close. Need to push very hard. Even the staff struggled with it as they left the door unclosed after they brought something to us, and we could enter without using the key. Fortunately, nobody else saw it and we had all our belongings ok. Windows to the outside are not well soundproof. We could easily hear people and bin trucks.

Fantastic location in pedestrianised street running up to Gracia. Very Clean, with comfy beds and great accommodation for friends which included sofa bed in sitting room.

Poorly provisioned kitchen if you wanted self catering ( no wine glasses , only one huge pan, no kettle etc) . No instructions or guidance for anything in the apartment so couldn’t use the safe and didn’t know where to empty bins. No pin for wifi and the WhatsApp qr we were given to contact reception didn’t work. Really is a long treck grom Sants where you must collect keys. No concierge on site to police people in the flats who made a noise very late at night/early morning which must make this a terrible for neighbours as it’s a residential area with lots of families. Didn’t sleep one night due to two balconies having parties. Overall though very central lovely place to stay but could easily be 10/10 if management sorted little stuff. Great value!
