I booked a runway view room and enjoyed some down time just watching the airport activities. Had 2 great nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. The staff were in all cases friendly and helpful. Must also recommend The Pheasant pub nearby for great food (and very generous servings) and drink.

Only 2 minor observations. Although the rooms are well spundproofed from the outside, there is the unavoidable background noise from doors and corridors. Not an annoyance as such, but earplugs recommended for light sleepers. Avoid the expensive paid shuttle service (nearly 7gbp as I write this) and get one of the local buses from the central bus terminal, which stop opposite

Location, well designed stylish clean room and bed, good sound isolation. And as usual unbelievably amazing breakfast!!! Second time staying in this hotel - it's really very comfortable staying in all aspects - well done ✔️ recommended!

Good location for catching an early morning flight etc. It’s takes around 10-15 minutes to airport . Hotel has a bus which runs every 15 minutes and cost £6. Very easy.

The hotel has spacious communal areas with plenty of parking and a number of alternative eating venues nearby. Its proximity to the Heathrow Runway will be an aviation anoraks dream especially with a view room which I had ! I found the hotel staff were polite and provided excellent customer service. I’d particularly like to credit the bar manager who ran a very efficient operation. The full breakfast had an excellent choice of items and the bar food was well portioned and enjoyable.

I’m not a small chap and found the room doorway’s quite narrow and the bathroom quite tight. Drink was quite pricey but it’s London hotel prices so it is what it is I guess ?

Avoid Hotel Taxi service ( order a black cab ) as a official Black cab from the airport charged me 8 pounds to get to the hotel and the hotel taxi service was a crazy 25 pounds for 5 minute trip

The room was a good size and very well appointed. The hotel is also in a great location for the airport and the airport shuttle service is effective. What I would like to do especially here, is note the excellent butter chicken I had in the hotel restaurant. After three weeks of travelling around England and often feeling unimpressed with the food, I enjoyed a perfect meal in your restaurant. The staff were attentive and friendly, and clearly proud of their Indian chef, when I asked for my gratitude to be passed on. I may not need to stay at Heathrow again but I do think it’s a bit comical that the best dinner I had in three weeks was at an airport hotel. Thank you Renaissance!

Excellent location with nice views of the runways.

The staff are all lovely and work hard to offer excellent service. Unfortunately, there are not enough staff in the restaurant for breakfast, and we had to ask for coffee three times, and dirty plates are not cleared away. Not the staffs fault, just need more of them. A manager did appear but not keen to help! We love the hotel, but I just can not understand the soap policy. Shower Gel and Shampoo in position for a shower, but when having a bath, I had to stand up to get gel to wash myself. Plus, there is no soap dispenser near the sink, so you have to lean over to the shower gel. Barmy!. Hence a 9 rather than a 10.

Easy to get there from the airport - there was an inexpensive shuttle that took us right there. After a bunch of sub-par experiences, this was like a breath of fresh air. The staff were amazing and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the airport and terminals and timeframes. The rooms were immaculate, and our room even had an adjoining door with our kids, without us even asking for it. The AC was amazing, the beds were soft and comfy, and the bathroom was clean.

Honestly, the only thing is maybe the location. It was perfect for us because we were just staying there the night before flying out, but it is kinda in an industrial part of town, so if you wanted to eat somewhere less expensive you kinda had to go a ways. We just went to the restaurant in the hotel, and it was fine.
