Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Tasty breakfast.

The amenities charge per day was unexpected and too high. Also, I like the paper plates for breakfast, but the hotel ought to get rid of the one-use plastic utensils and use compostable utensils. Also, plastic water cups ought to be recycled not thrown in the trash.

I loved the staff, genuinely friendly and helpful. I liked the pool area though a drain system should be installed into the floor. I liked the rooms and bathrooms, clean and neat as well as nice. Loved the pillows! The beds were supportive without pitted areas from previous use though they are a bit on the firm side. This is much better than bowed or too soft, it’s just good to know so you can bring a thin topper if you want. We use hiking air mattresses often in this scenario and they work great. The breakfast was delicious and simple and they had a few extra things that were nice like hot drinks always available, cookies in the evening, hand sanitizer wipes in your bathroom next to the makeup removers. It was not necessary, but was nice.

Just that the bed was a bit to firm. Loved everything else.

Even though the property looked old, but it was very clean very cozy and very welcoming. Terri made us feel like home asking how we are feeling and what do we need. The breakfast was amazing! Location is great close to the mall.

The bed was so uncomfortable and made so much noise at night sometimes it was hard to sleep.

It was a great location, it had a big room and the staff were very friendly.

We specifically got it for the hot tub and pool and the hot tub wasn't working. Also, when we went to get ice, the ice machine was out of order. The breakfast was very small.

The staff!! The front desk staff both in the evening and morning were excellent. Professional and friendly. The property was clean and the room temperature was comfortable. The variety of breakfast and the location near a good restaurant was great for dinner.

Our bathroom door (room 309) SQUEAKED and wouldn’t stay closed.

This pool is one of the few that is maintained and heated well. The kids had a blastand so did I.

The bathroom in the room didn't have a active filtering, so after showing, the mirrir was so fogged up. It felt muggy, but that was minor.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable.

Very bad smell in room #128, musty nasty smell. Carpet was dirty. The AC is very loud and didn’t work very well

Property is very clean and accommodating. 24 hr coffee /cocoa available is a nice touch. My family loved that after swimming in the indoor heated pool in January.

They couldn’t find my reservations via booking.com

Rooms and common areas were clean.BUT greeted at entrance with an overflowing trash bin for at least 2 days. First mom are important and that is not a good look.

Don't appreciate the lobby tv being on fox news any time of the day. I would suggest a show like animal planet. Not all people have the same views that are bias toward our currant presidency. Thankyou.
