It is a secure place, the rooms were clean.

I was supposed to be moved from disability room to a normal bedroom and I was disappointed the guy who was doing day shift told me I can go the other staff coming in the evening will move me since the maintenance staff were buzy clearing rooms... When I got back I went to the reception and the lady i found there was so rude told me the guy was supposed to move me him self she can't move me....

Everything😍We really enjoyed our stay,from comfortable bed,staff all friendly we really felt at home😍We really wanted a restful vacation so the quietness was exceptional,will definitely come back,we had to change our room because i couldn't use stairs because of my knee operation,it was changed immediately without any problem,thank u,the bar tenders who worked on the 21st between 20h00 -22h00 can't remember their names,i think its Thami and the other guy he looks a little old🤠Thank u for excellent service thumbs up 👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A fact that there is no refrigerator in the rooms😏And few tv channels

I particularly liked the property's excellent location, which made it easy for me to get to the Durban ICC where my daughter's dance competition was held. I also appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff.

Actually, I didn't have any major issues or dislikes during my stay at City Lodge Hotel Durban. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and amenities provided.

Breakfast set up was really excellent. The Location is perfectly fine.Its open and safe. Very convenient for business traveller like myself. I would highly recommend to others as the best place to stay.

If you could improve on bottled water supplies in the rooms to be 2 not 1.The Conditioner in room 205 was not effective as in cooling. In the bath room i didn't find any form bath or shower gel.

The breakfast was good, only the sausages (pork and beef) was terrible quality. I end up eating only the egg, bacon and mushrooms. Location was fine, just for the evening to eat and sleep.

No fridge in bedroom. It's warm and my water and cooldrink was warm and not nice to drink that way. Complementary water in the room would be nice. Most hotels in this price bracket have complementary cold water. I had to buy water. Expensive from the bar and no shops close by to buy from.

There seems to be no order when it comes to alcohol. Guests were allowed in with lots of alcohol and that caused a lot to misbehave causing a lot of noise and some guests were not respected the place has the license to sell alcohol. Be strict like before no persons should be allowed to enter with their alcohol they should buy at the premises

All was well and the place was good and clean 💯. The staff was helpful.

We were only there for 2 nights but it was very quiet and clean. Nice rooms and staff. We didn't have the breakfast but everything was good and the location was close to things in the area and it was lovely, I felt safe and next time we will use more of the facilities...will be back

The breakfast was delicious and up to standard. Service was good. I suggest that the hotel can have a menu for breakfast for all people to be able to buy what they can afford not only continental or baffert.
