The food breakfast was the best. I give chef and the staff stars.

Noise the noise was too much our room was facing the parking bay, people where grooving in their cars all night long . I think you need to be there if you are in the groove mode not relaxation.

Our phone was taken from the couches at the reception by one of the guest at the hotel, they where to help us locate the person, and we found the phone. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is just a walk to the beach. The breakfast is superb. The receptionist are friendly.

When we where supposed to check in, the rooms where not ready. I wasn't aware that visiting this place during school holidays is a bad idea, it was packed, we had to wait some time to eat breakfast because it was full. They don't have enough eating areas to accommodate large number of guests for breakfast.

Breakfast,staff members excepecially a guy called magayi,and the fact that the beach and ushaka were very close

Late housekeeping,always happening after 16h00,it was disturbing our peace when we wanted to relax from the beach,the small fridge arrived when we were going,we struggle keeping our staff cold,wifi network was very very poor,actually we were never able to connect

Breakfast was superb, the room was fine but the problem the aircon was not working when it is cold it cant make the room to be hot.

The problem I had I lost my perfume in my room, the last time I used it it was Saturday morning the 29 Oct 2022 that was the last time I used it. Sunday morning it was no were to be found.

The view, the rooms were always clean. The staff was professional, friendly, helpful and beyond amazing, from reception staff, kitchen, cleaners, and so forth. Breakfast was delicious 😋 and exceeded our expectations. When we arrived we had a gentleman greeting us and helping with our bags. Whenever we needed assistance, it was very quick.

The bathroom had both bath tub and shower head which had a shower curtain, that wasn't ideal. The carpet in the rooms had a bit of bad smell due to rain. The lifts were not working well, one was okay however it only takes 7 people which caused a long wait

Accommodation location because of near to restaurant and walking distance to the beach .

I think the bed at room 320 is old and needs replacement because is not comfortable.

It is at the centre of everything you looking for in Durban

The family room it should be 1x double for parents and maybe at the other end be bun beds or another room for children you cannot say it's a family room while parents sleep together with kids same room

Breakfast....bacon to crisp... couldn't get omelette line was moving slow....maybe can consider having 2 chefs for egg isle

The staff made my stay very comfortable, they were helpful with any request I had.

Patrick the security guard was always ready to walk with me to where ever I wanted to go, the ladies at the front desk was also very helpful. On arrival I was a bit early, staff did all they could to get me into my room in a reasonable amount of time. They also upgraded my room from a street view to ocean view for free because I was staying for a extensive period of time. The highlight of my trip was when I was presented with a bottle of champagne from Kristen from customer relations, words can't explain the gratitude I felt at that moment. I'n conclusion i can comfortably say this was the best hotel experience I have ever had in all my years of travelling.

I liked almost everything.

The toilet from reception to the room they need to be soaked with domestos, they are clean but smells urine. I think their cleaning products are diluted with water that's why they can't keep the toilet fresh if they can stop diluting their cleaning products it will be perfect especially for the toilets the reason I'm saying they are diluted I had to ask for a jik from the lady who was cleaning I wanted to put it in my toilet when I was spraying if could smell that it is not as strong as it suppose to be that's why their toilet smells the reception toilet is worse .
