Rooms are serviced daily and very clean stuff and security very friendly and helpful. Checking out was not so complicated not treated like a thief ,guests are given trust.

I did not like the fact that the bus come and load people in front of the hotel door 24 hours. Travellers or guests are constantly making noise around the building. There are also workers in blue overalls working night shift sitting around the building using Wi-Fi and making noise most of the night

The place is neat and the location is good

We saw some cockroaches at the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly, the service was good, the place was clean and the room was very nice, i requested an extra bed and that was sorted before my arrival😁 for overall experience at the hotel i give 8 out of 10.

The fact that the is no back up power or rechargeable lights when there is loadshedding. And the noise from other guests was too much but that i know was beyond the hotel control bcuz adults should know how to behave but it was too much. And the curtains need to be washed. But beside the curtains the room, toilet and shower were really clean.

20/10 I loved the beautiful view from my room, which was super clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we really appreciated the team spirit. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, so we could take walks. The food at the hotel's restaurant was super scrumptious and just delicious! Room service is EVERYTHINGGG! We mostly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

The location is great and easy to access, the food was amazing and customer service is excellent. I enjoyed my stay, though it was short because of work. Thank you guys!

Maybe adjust the check-in hours, 3pm is kind of late

The room is big enough with enough space, the facilities in the room were right, we just had to request an iron. The apartment is closer to the shops, at the beach front, and closer to activities. Their room service is superb, the staff is always there to help and always smiling. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to anyone.

There's nothing we really didn't like, our room had no towels but upon phoning the reception towels were brought to our room.

I loved the room, it was beautiful. The restaurant had a great breakfast option and it was delicious too. For the amount we paid the room was a 10 out of 10.Housekeeping was very kind as well.

The checking in process was unpleasant. We got there at 14:50, gave the receptionist the ID as well as the name and surname the booking was made under. She couldn't find the booking. I gave her the confirmation number and pin as per booking.com. She still couldn't find the booking. After more than 10 minutes of no updates, going to the backroom and making a call - we were eventually checked in. That was the low of our stay. I am happy that she thanked us for our patience and offered an apology

The food at their restaurant was delicious and the staff at reception and the security staff were friendly. There was an issue with my booking which was sorted out promptly.

The housekeeping lady who was responsible for my room (121) for my entire stay treated me like a child! She never changed my linen for all 4 nights that I spent at the hotel and didn't clean my toilet and shower and all this after asking me to wait at reception for her to finish cleaning my room. I spent a total of 7 hours outside my room waiting for her to finish only to find the above-mentioned dirty.

Everything was good the staff from front desk to the cleaners very friendly people good service.The hotel is so clean and neat keep up the good work I will surely visit again I enjoyed my stay with my kids👌👌

We notice there was a small rat when we were about to leave which I believe it came through the window it's not the hotel's fault just be on the lookout, otherwise all was good

Our stay at pavilion hotel was pleasant from when we arrived the rooms were clean aircons were working,bar fridges were there except i a one family room there was none but requested one while we were going out when we came back it was there so the staff was friendly.we even extended our stay with one night they made a plan for us we didn't have to worry cos they booked us in and kept our bags in storage for us to enjoy more activities so we are happy about everything. Even the bag that we thought was lost because it left at the reception area they helped it was kept safe until we came back.i would definitely recommend it to my friends and family for accommodation its very convenient the location is perfect close to beach and everything and the view is perfect .i definitely recommend 👌
