My room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed their breakfast.

It turns out it’s two hotels which are not necessarily close to each other, I checked in at the other one and still had to go to the other one. It was confusing for Uber requests because they go to the one that I wasn’t at, particularly because even on Ubers the names are combined. There was no note with telephone extensions in the room for reception or room service.

It was clean n accommodating

The breakfast at V&V, the manager didi not allow us to have a takeaway for our breakfast just after dishing even though we explained the rush to where we were supposed to be. We had to miss our breakfast.

Breakfast was great. However, communications needed to be clearer, especially around restaurants as there are several ones linked to the hotel. One restaurant had a special for comrades runners special dinner, which I booked for. However, I went to a different one because I could not differentiate them. After the meal, I was told that my balance is higher than what I thought I reserved the place for. Even though eventually the matter was resolved, it would still be ideal to be specific and clear from the on set. On my last morning, the water pressure was low in the bathrooms, and there was no hot water either.

The ambiguous communications about the restaurants, and of course bathing with cold water in winter is not the kind of thing one wants to do while staying at a hotel.I hope that was a once-off situation.

I was celebrating my birthday and my room was upgraded. I was treated to non-alcoholic champagne and cake on my birthday. They really made my stay beautiful. Thank you to the guest relations manager

Hard and Stale crossaints... Both restaurants (Elangeni and Maharani) they used to have the softest freshesh crossaints in the past

The staff was friendly, delicious breakfast and supper, safe parking area

Water would take more than 30 minutes to drain from the bath, whereas the other family member must take a bath as well, the carpet needs cleaning, the hotel does not provide drinking water, there are no toilet brushes, if someone messes in the toilet bowl, you will stay with a dirty toilet until the following day when the cleaners arrive, of which is not good for our personal hygiene

The hotel is located in a very good area. Very safe and convenient. Excellent staff throughout the hotel . Especially a young man Que he was amazing. Keep up the good service. Thank you to management for the lovely Cake and champagne on my birthday that was a lovely gesture, made my day even more special.

The breakfast was nice but too monotonous, should change it a bit. Pastries not to my taste Add some nuts and seeds to the porridge section and some slice or diced cheese with the crackers

Generally the services are good and we appreciate the great attitude of the staff and their assistance. Room service food is great.

The breakfast area is extremely noisy and overpacked at times. The quality of food is deteriorating. The phone quality the room needs to be urgently addressed. You can not hear the other person and the line cuts off. It is a nightmare to call room service. This is because it is not a proper phone line!! The requirement to check-in first and then park needs to be reviewed. If there is evidence of reservation people should be allowed to park and produce the tag thereafter. It is often busy and potentially unsafe in the front public parking area. Furthermore, sometimes there is no parking and the area is congested. If you arrive late at night e.g. 22h00 it is not acceptable to be expected to follow that process.

Breakfast, I appreciated the fact that you catered for the ISKCON devotees, no onion and garlic, but please can you keep all the vegetarian meals in a separate place, as you find the ones that do not eat meat mix and mess it up. You had fruit salads and yoghurt and biscuits but they you have cold meats near it, its really bad. then you have the veg meals and the meat meals next to each other, there was splashed and contamination with the veg meals.

room 1915 and 1916 were close by and the left over meals was left outside 1916 for an entire day and night and not removed, so everytime I went into 1915 I had to pass this food
