I like the the whole service from the reception though it took us a long time before they checked us in but it was understandable bcoz the rooms had to be cleaned and we arrived very early in the morning bcoz we traveled the whole night from Pretoria but everything was sorted as soon as the rooms were available

The bed on the other room on 5th floor unfortunately I forgot the room number but it was next to the room next door the lifts, the bed is old and uncomfortable, the mattress make a whole in between the bed when you sleep

Aircon was ok. Rooms ok.. Locking system very safe and parking very understandable. Front desk at hotel, very helpful and such wonderful souls with good heart including security guides, spot on.

No plates, knife and spoons for dish up. Only kettle and cups. How was i suppose to stir. Fridge very small not freezing enough. TV remote not working, wadrobe old fashion too old needs renovation.

Next time pls keep towels in the room and clean before other guests take over the room not to call for towels, it was very bad to find snacks under the cough ,and clean the floor its was very bad walking on the papers on the floor while going on the ground flour. staff was very friendly and welcoming . I don’t know if tv don’t have remote but we had to wake up and open/close tv

the check in. Some customers like me comes to Durban with morning flights but we not allowed to check in before 2PM. i had to go seat in restaurant until check in times which for me is unfair. what is the need to ask me what time will i arrive if i wont be allowed to occupy the room until 2 PM?

Everything about the hotel, friendly staff especially the lady that attended me at the reception, she made me feel at home, she made me understand everything that I've been asked about the hotel, parking, breakfast etc.

The wi-fi didn't pull through to my room, the toilet seat was little bit high as my feet were in the air when seated other than that i enjoyed my stay

Everything was okay, we did not have much engagement with the staff but all was okay, the room was clean and neat.

The sliding window in the bathtub had a peace missing, so while bathing, the water sprinkles outside and it becomes a safety issue when you have to get out of the bathtub cause the floor is wet you might even slip and fall. But other than that everything was perfect 🥰 💞 👌

The Room was clean and comfortable. The Property is positioned at a reachable sport. The receptionist was Friendly and welcoming. Over all I am satisfied.

The Hotel is well positioned in that it is not far from the Beach and that has allowed us a very wonderful experience. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves

I liked everything about the hotel from the entrance, reception staff who welcomed me with respect and i already felt home just by walking in. A booking app was so easy to use, step by step till you finish. Everything was awesome!

Iyoh the noise from neighbour rooms, you could hear kid's playing in the corridor running around

The service.our bags were safely stored before our check in time and also after checking out they looked after our stuff. The hotel is peaceful and safe.securiy guards all-day and night

Room service.used same sheets the whole weekend and the were no mops for wiping spilled water after showering and toilet brushes

My family and I loved everything about the Hotel. It was super clean, beautiful room, beautiful view, aircon, clean beds, clean bathroom, lovely staff. It was a great one night stay and relaxing. We will be returning for a longer stay
