The room is specious, and the Harbour views were outstanding, bathroom sparkling clean and front desk staff very friendly

The room is clean but the curtain dirty dirty dirty , and during breakfast one of the bowls had a dead cockroach and I was told they were fumigating 👀 which made me question if dishes were not washed after? Though the gentlemen I spoke to said they were washed but...... Otherwise that's the only bad thing otherwise I was happy with everything,

The location of the hotel is in a good place , easy to access all other tourists attractions site. The staff was very friendly from the door to the reception right until we were escorted to our room. The food from the restaurant was also good and appetizing.

The fact that the room did not have microwave for when you bought food outside the hotel . The basin in the bathrooom were damaged couldn't drain water out as it stuck there, so had to leave dirt y water there , which I think it's also not fair for the cleaning stuff to find such. There's no mop to wipe after using bath tub or shower , so had to use those towels. TV in the room has boring channels and not good picture quality .

Breakfast was great

Tje water was not hot at all stayed for 2 nights day nd night had a cold bath, which is not really good especially after a day out and the mornings you want to have a hot bath, it was not even warm it was cold.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Most of all the Plumber guy I forget his name he helped us ,we were having problem with the sircone and he was so patient with us .there's a guy by the name of Charlie I think is the head chef he is so friendly and not forgetting Mr Patrick he was serving us with a smile . Engaging with us now and then . Mr Patrick and the h ead Chef I rated them 10/10 also Mr Lucky he welcome us and on the way to our rooms he was orientation us about the hotel even in our rooms he gave us orientation and we were so happy that atlist there are still good people outside

The staff there by the dinning hall I they don't know customer service not all of them but most of them .they are always serious no smile .I wish they could be so friendly like Mr Patrick. Sometimes we even scared to ask them help .the food was enjoyable .

Check out time is 10am but you find housekeeping knocking at 9:30 Asking when can they come start cleaning Personally I think it's a bit unprofessional and it's puts guests at a very uncomfortable situation To me it has happened twice now

As I was there for Comrades Marathon, I was literally a stone's throw to the starting line, I didn't have to wake up early. Beautifully located. High 5 goes to Mr Moonsamy. His intervention the next day made it a pleasant stay. I would recommend this ou lady hotel to anyone who wants to experience city centre stay that is more relaxed and comfortable.

My check in process whereby the family room was not ready was a nightmare and I felt the 2 guys at Check in one tall "Didier" or something like that and other short one were not honest as they kept looking at the screen talking to each other and even using some sign language was not pleasant to watch. I knew from there that something was fishy. Nonetheless Mr Moonsamy put that to rest the next day and that was history.

I was on the 19th floor. The first night there was a massive party at the pool on the 21st floor, which lasted until 2 am and disrupted my sleep. Also when I tried to call room service the phone was permanently engaged, and there was no room service menu in the room.

Breakfast was lovely nd the venue was clean.

At the rooms we had not enough toiletries and towel were not changed properly only had 2 while we were four in a room. Even shower cabs were none.
