Friendly staff very clean around all areas. In good location to everything been here a few times and would stay again.

The room we had you could hear every one flushing toilets as the pipe was internal in behind the cupboard couldn’t sleep as bed is right beside it. Kids disco was later and later each night.

Everything was excellent for a 3 start hotel. The breakfast was nice, lots of choice however every day was almost the same food which was a bit boring the last days, but over all very nice food. Very helpful and friendly staff, room very clean & comfortable which made our stay pleasant. :)

I did not like that the pool areas was not cleaned on daily bases, the floor was sticky most of the days and there was no table beside the sunbeds to leave your drinks. The kids pool was very cold comparing to the big pool. Our son who is 3 years old, didn't want to go to the kids pool due to the cold water, so this would be something the hotel needs to improve for sure. Over all nice stay, just few small things that needs to be improved.

We loved everything in the hotel. It was clean. The food was lovely with lots of variety. The kids entertainers were great. The evening entertainment was great. If you don't like kids don't go during school holidays. It is brilliant for families with kids. The rooms were clean and comfy. Shower, toilet and bath great. Rooms cleaned daily. Clean bedding and towels. All staff are lovely and attentive. The pools were cleaned daily and they were opened weather permitting. Our girls loved them even though it was cold but it was November time. We will be back. Our granddaughters are fussy and they want to go back. The all inclusive package was brilliant. The cocktails were morish.

Mmm not much. Three small ants in our bathroom noticed one day out of 7. I could have mentioned it but it wasn't a big deal. There were none in the bedroom area. Noticed a few ants in the dining area one day but again we moved and it wasn't a big deal. Cardiac hill l. I had an accident whilst away and I ended up in a wheelchair. I had to push it up myself as I am a big lady. It isn't far to the hotel but steep.people with mobility issues like my self may struggle. There were loads of steps to get to the beach. However I was informed if I had walked further down to the right there was easier access. All in all nothing much to grumble about. I give 10 out of 10.

we got room with the view on the 7th floor-amazing view, room was cleaned everyday, and towels changed. breakfast was decent, nice entertainment team for kids. Bus stop just down the hill 200 meters, which can take you to Malaga for 1.8 euro

we had half board, I understand that hotel can make extra money with just selling water at dinner or lunch time, but I think water should be available for free without asking for it, and if you want iced water than you just pay for it.

We travel abroad several times a year, but this was our first time in Spain. In short, we loved the hotel. The food was tasty and diverse, the view from the balcony was so serene and lovely, our room was spacious and comfortable. The pools were really nice as well. There was also a game room where we enjoyed playing pool and other games. We only attended one magic show, and it was so much fun! Everyone in the team was very nice, polite and helpful. The hotel is close to the bus station, the Paloma Park, gorgeous beaches, Selwo Marina. We also visited the Arroyo de la Miel for the amazing Teleferico experience. You can also take the train from/to the airport to/from the Arroyo de la Miel station. Considering the services, the location and the food, we honestly believe this hotel deserves more than 3 stars. Good Hotel for 3 Star, location great, 5 minute walk to beach , shops and restaurants. We only paid for breakfast but, decided to pay extra and had evening meal there one night. Great choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Coffee was great inside restaurant too, which makes a change, since I normally find the hotel coffees are poor.

We couldn’t park in the car park until we had checked in however, this caused a problem because there was nowhere to leave car while I checked in so, had to abandon it at entrance with hazard lights on while I checked in. It appeared that other cars were doing the same which, caused traffic congestion on the hill. Checking in takes longer too because if you have car you have to make 3 separate payments. One to pay for the accommodation , one to pay for the car park stay and then another payment for a deposit for the car park fob. I think this could be improved.

Excellent staff and beautiful view from our sea view balcony. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Lunch and Dinner, everyone will find something you like. Quiet hotel in a nice area. Great games room which will entertain all. Plenty of space and sun beds. We needed an early taxi the morning we left and the guy rang one and it collected us in under 5 minutes and cost €25. Couldn’t fault it- so much so we are returning next year!

We took a travel kettle as none in our room but reception has them available to hire if you wish. Cardiac hill - steep but very doable and certainly wouldn’t put me off booking again.

There was a good selection of food for both breakfast and dinner, so there were always things I was happy to eat (and I'm a fussy eater). The room was very well proportioned, so that the bathroom was a decent size. The balcony was very nice, and the view of the sea was lovely. The hotel was in a very convenient location. Some steep hills, but nothing unmanageable. Ireally liked the pools. Very convenient, clean and well maintained.

The beds were not especially firm, which caused problems for my friend (who has a very bad back). They put a "topper" on it to try and help, but it made things worse, so he went back to the normal mattress. It turned out okay in the end - it wasn't awful for his back - but for a while we were thinking of changing hotels.

The hotel main rooms, bars and cafes were clean and had great service. (the sunny side cafe could have faster service though) , the room had beautiful view of the ocean and the pool garden. Room was cleaned very well before we arrived. Service in the reception was exceptional. The Oceanic restaurant had decent breakfast and dinner.

The bed was really hard, as were the pillows. When the room was cleaned they often just tucked the sheets over the sand and dirt without changing them.

Entertainment is very good for adults & kids, hotel is in a great location (up a steep hill doh), and the pool area for kids is good. The hotel overall is good 👍

The breakfast wasn't the best as in a fry, the pancakes & other foods were grand as we only end up eating stuff like that. The room we stayed in was small but manageable as there were only 2 adults & 1 child.
