It was very convenient to the flamenco workshop at Amor de Dios. There is a jacuzzi on the roof. It is very nice having drinks on the roof at sunset. There are some rooms with bathtubs.

There are very different sizes of rooms. On our first night, when we arrived late, we were given room 509. It had a bathtub but the bedroom was so small there was barely any room to walk around the bed. Since we were planning on staying for 2 weeks and this was not like the rooms I had previously been given, I asked the staff for a better room. They accommodated my request. Thanks! One other thing which could be improved is the temperature of the jacuzzi. I would prefer it to be warmer.

Its people are their greatest asset. Pedro, Sergio, and Miriam made us to feel like family the best location in Madrid, a short walk to plazas; la Gran Via; shopping; easy access to metro, buses, taxis delicious breakfast brunch, lunch, or dinner; comfortable bed Tripadvisor did the rest: great tours, wonderful shows

Everything was perfect; like in the previous three stays. Make sure your hotel in Madrid will be CATALONIA ATOCHA Reserve well ahead of time!!!

We were placed on the 3rd floor in a room with a bay window. We stayed for 5 nights. At first we were concerned about the noise on the street, however! - worry not! There is a noise ordinance in the city and we had no issue with noise from the street even when we had the window open at night! The location was terrific! Quite walkable to all major museums and tourist sites. The best plus was there are multiple health food stores on the street. Quite helpful when I had a sinus infection from travel. BOOK THIS HOTEL_ you will not regret it. The staff is great too! Super helpful

How about a workout space? That would be helpful.

This is such a beautiful property in an excellent location to walk to the main areas around downtown Madrid. The room was very modern and updated with a huge balcony. The staff at the reception desk, Cristina and Sergio, were so patient and helpful with us (we had been traveling for almost 18 hours and were just a little weary lol) The staff member, Miriam who worked the bar & dining area was pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed having the fruit infused water in the lobby that really helped to refresh us after coming back from seeing the sites. The view was amazing.

It's clearly a good hotel with proper overall quality. The room felt spacy and comfortable. The shower was really great and I have the impression it had been recently renovated. Great bed and noise insulation from other rooms.

Madrid was quite cold during my stay, but the temperature in the room was uncomfortably hot. The radiator in the bathroom was stuck at maximum heating so I had to either turn on the airco (in winter) or open the windows, I chose the later, after some time the temperature was OK, but felt like a mix of heat waves and cold fresh air. Of course as the windows remained opened it was super noisy...

Centrally located within walking distance to all major Sightseeing attractions. Main train station to possible day trips also within walking distance. Metro is located within steps of the door. There are plenty of restaurants to select for dinner.

The room I was in had a funny noise. Every time water was used or flushed from the upper floor, the plumbing made strange sounds. Not to any of their fault, but the AC didn't work one night it was an unpleasant night, I didn't sleep

The hotel is located near the Main Atocha Train station. The hotel is near the major tourist spots and there are alot of good restaurants in the area There is even a Metro station 100meters away from the hotel. The room is very clean and well kept. We arrived earlier from the check in time but Vickye the front desk staff was very helpful and let us leave our luggage at the front desk. The hotel even has a nice waiting area while waiting for the check in time. Very good value for money and will definitely book again when i go back to Madrid.

We liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay in Madrid. Location is great : 15 minutes walk from railway station as well to the most places of interest in the city. Room was very big and comfortable, it is much bigger then 15 sq. meters, outlined in the description. It was great to have a cattle with tea and coffee in the room as well as access to beautiful terrace at the roof. Personal was nice and friendly, most speaking English. There is a lot of nice cafes around with good coffee and snacks, as well as minimarket

There were repair work on the facade of the building. From my point of view, it would be honest to mention this in the description of the hotel.

We travelled as a family (6 adults) and we booked 3 rooms. The floor layout was a little confusing at first but everything was okay once we saw where the rooms are. Rooms were very clean thanks to Paulina (chambermaid). We would like to thank Omair and Pedro at the reception desk for being very helpful. Breakfast was very nice, had many choices and the staff was amazing.

The location was great- it was walking distance to all the major sights and a block from the metro that gave us access to further sights in the city. It was also very close to Anton Martin market, where we enjoyed a great cafe. The room was spacious, had a bathtub that I didn't expect, and the terrace was a nice addition where I enjoyed my morning coffee.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived after check-in time. We were told to wait in the lounge and that they would come and get us when it was ready, but noone came. We had to check with another person at the front desk about 40 minutes later. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice if they did what they said they would.
