I loved the size of the appartment, we were with kids and family and it was nice to have some space and it was bigger than expected, lots of storage, the 2 bathrooms were a biiig plus, oane of thrm had double sink, the beds were confortable and the sofa was so large, kitchen had everything we needed and more, the size of the ta le from tbe living room was big enough to fit us all. It also had a deposit box, a safe in the dressing area.

The sofa was a bit hard but we put one more layer of bedding and was ok. It was a very nice area and no noise during night and morning. Nothing much really, we loved it for our stau!

the location is perfect. it's a good choice for a family of 4 people. there are all the kitchen facilities. everything was ok.

it seems like the room wasn't clean. the floor looked dirty

Our first apt was very small. Fortunately, we were able to get a 2 bedroom apt for the last 3 nights at a higher cost, but that was ok. The larger apt was spacious.

The beds in both the 1 bedroon and 2 bedroom were bad, cheap mattresses, and two singles that separated easily. Uncomfortable. The street Los Madrazos was closed due to construction with waste containers in the street. Not what you would want to see when you get to a large city for vacation. They should not rent these apts during this construction period, or we should have been made aware of the site limitations. A partial credit should be awarded for all the inconveniences.

It was really nice not to have to go anywhere to collect keys. The weblink to unlock the doors remotely was a much appreciated feature! It also reduced the worry of misplacing keys or key cards. The beds were comfortable but the large sofa in the lounge was quite uncomfortable to sit on. It was also great to have each room individually climate- controlled and to have a decent kitchen with a L'Or coffee machine and pods, sufficient dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent for our stay. Location-wise, it was walking distance to key tourist and historical attractions and public transport.

The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on. We had to pad it with extra blankets that we found in the single bedroom. The balcony door was very heavy to operate. While the apartment is well insulated from external noise, the noise from the neighbours slamming doors was very annoying. It would also have been good to have an instruction manual on how to operate the climate control and underfloor heating. The apartment was very hot when we arrived and the air conditioning didn't seem to make much of a difference until we discovered that the underfloor heating had been left on at 25 degrees C.

Great location - in the center but on a quiet small street. The major sites to visit are all within walking distance, including the Prado Museum just 5mins away. The size was ideal for our family of five and had everything a family could need for a comfortable stay. The two bathrooms are a huge plus for a larger group. We liked the fact that the whole building is with short-time rentals. The two bedrooms are very quiet, which is perfect if you want to sleep in until late.

The space was comfortable and in a great location. The lock system was super convenient, and we greatly appreciated the early check-in to accommodate our flight schedule.

The a/c in the master bedroom smelled very bad when it ran. I am sensitive to mold and had an allergic reaction when it was running. The machine probably needs to be cleaned and disinfected.

Pros: Clean apartment. Nicely equipped kitchen (kettle, oven, hob, washing machine etc). beds comfortable including the pull-out bed and great location.

Cons: The booking process is a real odyssey and takes up a lot of time. A few pointers: at the beginning you need to make sure you process the payment with Slow Suites directly as otherwise in a matter of hours your reservation gets cancelled. Secondly, once you do the lengthy online check in, you don’t get any confirmation of whether it has been processed or not. Then, if you do the booking via Booking, you get a message the day before to say that if you don’t confirm your credit card details your booking will be cancelled which turns out to be unnecessary. And lastly, you don’t get any replies to e-mails or phone calls from Slow Suites. Otherwise, everything else went smoothly.

Location is perfect, walking distance to Royal Palace and Prado museum. Many restaurants and small shops nearby. We arrived at noon, apartment told us that we can store luggage in front desk.

Nothing serious and it has nothing to do with the apartment itself. Road under construction as of May 2025, taxi couldn’t drive to the exact location if apartment and we had to pull luggage for about 100 meters.

It is located in the city center, but in the calm street. It is really good advantage. Amenities were there, even coffee tabs. Beds were comfortable. Thank you very much.

My 2 years old daughter was in the socks.After 15 min of walking I realized that socks are very dirty. It means that they did not clean the floors enough good.

Close to city centre and attractions. Have air conditioning which is quiet and comfortable.

Blocked draining in one shower. Shower heads in both bathrooms have too high recoil pressure that the holder cannot hold it tight and splash to the ceiling. Told staff about all these but problem not solved. No bowls for soup. No coffee capsule replenished after housekeeping.
